That's true. I mostly collect and build in the Castle theme, so I am constantly looking for parts that will be useful for my builds and minifigures. Star Wars is actually a good one for this. City is as well, with all of the nice animals they have been releasing. But I am a LEGO fan in general as well, and I like to suggest things that align with my worldview. That's why I suggested green energy sources rather than fossil fuels. I would like LEGO to continue their work towards smarter policies, whether it is in practice (they are looking into alternative plastics that will be more environmentally friendly) or in purpose (like creating sets that feature recycling, science, female representation, or other such things to help educate young children).

To be honest, I don't really collect in the City line, so I don't really have interest in the Great Vehicles (outside of some parts here and there, but none enough to make be buy a set).

Well, I'd swap their heads for yellow ones and give them these helmets in black: They look much better that way, and it gives an otherwise ugly and useless minifigure a new life in my Castle kingdom. It's the TIE Pilots and Rebels that end up collecting dust for me.

My 10 year old niece really wants to go see it. And the poop emoji is the only one I really like (because that's generally how I feel about emojis), so having Patrick Stewart do the voice actually makes me somewhat interested in what I was previously writing off as a really dumb idea. It's not theater material, I'd feel really stupid spending money on it, but I may have to download it free and watch it at some point.

Above I said I was mostly interested in Rey, Rose, Snoke, and Ren. Still true, but I wouldn't be opposed to getting some of the others. I like Finn, Hux, the First Order Gunner, Vice Admiral Holdo (I honestly just want the hair), Poe from the Walker set, the First Order Officer, and the First Order Shuttle Pilot. BB-8 and BB-9E are also great, and I do want them. It should be pointed out that I mostly build in Castle, so I look for minifigures that could be useful to me in that theme. Characters in simple black or grey outfits will always be welcome to me. Of course, I'm a huge Star Wars fan, so some of these characters are just very desirable already.

Yeah, but there should be a way to get official versions of them without having to do anything unnatural to them. A 'purist' way to get them without prints.

I love how the Heavy Assault Walker looks in dark bluish grey. Don't care much for the minifigure selection beyond Rey, though.
