chinese plastic hairpieces fit better then other hairpieces. Daughter (7) got this set for her birhtday (she wanted is sooooooooooooooooooooooo much). She is in the middle of building it. Nice allround set with lots of extras, playability and minis. The build shows good use of various pieces. She is allready talking about placing the fort on the duplo cave (from the dino theme) to recreate the image in the booklet. Good.

Yup, I also had the "job" approach. iirc white as scientists, red as military. Can't recall blue. With black suits as commanders. Being replaced by the Futuron black suits in chain of command haha.

So... this morning I sorted the last parts from big box 1. (Big Box 2 is mostly the '80's train system). Everything by sort of brick. Everything in a bag. Now I need to find a good sorting box. It needs to have good access so my kids can actually do something with the LEGO. haha.

bloody sh*t*. That's truly awesome! From first to last brick. The graveyard idea is something I need to keep in mind when expanding the skeleton army from ninjago. Question: how did you build it. I mean, how did you know where what techniques to apply. Did you plan the building from sttart to finish? etc

Nice set. A great way of showing kids on how bricks can be used. All three models are nicely done.

So... now the kids "promoted" from Duplo to Lego it was time to bring out my own '80's lego. After rebuilding old spaceships and castles to see if every brick was still available to me it was the starting of the Ninjago theme by my kids a trigger happened to build something for those coloured ninja's. Ended up being a small castle-house. Not perfect but suited to play. An interior will be added. As said, it was my first own lego creation (did a heck of lot duplo last years) since 20 years ago!

Is it me or are the mountain shrine and that skeleton vehicle not on the site? Fire Temple does look grand.... but that price...

Hi, On the games Robo Champ & Save a Sheep I noticed some parts are produced in Germany, Czech Republic.

Funny note from the Ninjago serie: I have a chinese ninja and a non-chinese ninja The hood fits much better on the chinese ninja. The hood is very loose on the regular ninja.

Bone Dragon is a cool idea. What are the release dates in Europe/the Netherlands?

Hmm, just bought the ice dragon set for our son. Great model. The dragons are great I must say. However, I would think LEGO sales would be higher if they sold every dragon as a single model. Set wise the Fire Dragon wins, though our son does like the Skeletons & vehicles a lot so that's a plus to the Ice Dragon set. Miniature wise it is a real pity you get some double if you want all. Better distribution would be nice, but hey that's marketing. Ah well, our daughter wants the old dojo or Garga castle. Hasnt seen these before...

Gave this set as a birthday present to our son (4) yesterday. He build it together himself (I read the instructions to him, I only needed to attacht claws for him). A really excellent set. We had a great dragon chasing Chopov the biker play yesterday. With kai & jay taking on Frakjaw and Krazi. Truly awesome set and theme. Dragon is clever build, great wing system. Good fun. Oh, chinese plastic minifigs are better then the regular minifigs. Kai & Jay are from the chinese spinner sets. Their Ninja hoods fit perfect and good. The hood of Zane, regular plastic, is pretty loose compared to them. There. Said it. ;)

Hi, my son bought this set while ago. He's a big Ninjago fan. He's (since yesterday) 4. With guidance he build the set together. Great fun to play with.
