  1. There new panels, and they appear in blue. Then the next supercar is blue! Max D has 3x7 flat panel on the sides.
  2. Jeep Wrangler has panel 3x7 in yellow (from 42114 Volvo)
  3. McLaren has Corvette wheel arches in blue, but these have markings. I dont know if a sticker can cover the wheel arch as I thin it's multiplanar. If it's printed then it's bad. Excavator has L panel in transparent (similar to that in BMW bike and Tow Truck) as the cabin front glass.
  4. The catalog has been leaked on the internet. It has clear photos with confidential stamps across the photos. I've only seen pages for City, Ninjago, Spiderman, Minecraft. Hopefully Technic pages will appear soon.
  5. Me upon seeing: Replace "we" with "TLG"
  6. TLG's been acting drunk lately. https://www.promobricks.de/lego-mindstorms-porsche/110202/
  7. This can be released as a redone spider crane:
  8. I think these will be the next 42030 and 42114 flagships: Underground Mining Loader and Underground Mining Truck
  9. Tow trucks of all sorts. I do have 8110 A, but I dont think it should be categorized as a Tow Truck. It's just a flatbed truck with a tow fork. So I didnt include it here.
  10. There was a First Responder in Technic (42075) that has only basic function. If there's a Technic Ambulance I think it'll get the same treatment.
  11. I'm rooting for a C+ Reach Stacker using Unimog wheels and XLAs.
  12. What is the solution for the motor and the battery box that you used?
  13. And since grohl only worked on a B model of one set in 2020, let's hope he was busy with sth bigger that will launch in 2021. I was hoping to see a 2H flagship from him.
  14. Previous chassis: Current chassis: I moved the articulation point 2 studs forward, and freed up some space in front of the frame connected to the LAs. Therefore I can move the motor to the space in front of that frame and reinforce the rear parts with more frames. I think this is the final version of the chassis in my set. Side view: I also give up on trying to mod a pendular suspension into the rear axles. The middle axle is the one that is most convenient to be made oscillating. Because it lies in the middle of the body, the structures around it can be easily reinforced through archs above the axle. However, if the middle axle oscillates, it will rub into the long LAs on the side. In the real Volvo the hydraulic acutators are thinner, longer, and mounted higher. The middle axle also bears the main weight of the dump bed. Making the rear axle oscillates on the other hand will weaken the whole structural integrity. In the current design the mounting point is supported by two L liftarms attached directly to the frame that houses the rear differential. If the rear axle oscillates, the mounting point is only supported from the frames on the top, which have to be supported by the two vertical frames between the two rear axles. However, the frame that houses the differential will have to flip inward, which will require getting rid of the two vertical frames. Any suggestions are welcomed.
  15. The Servo has stopped appearing on Lego shops in both the US and EU since June. I think it's discontinued. Other PF components are still listed, though. It'd be a shame if TLG phase out PF components completely.
  16. I will after I finish my 42030->42114 mod
  17. Indeed. In the official set, the distance from the drive train to the yellow roof is 19 studs. I've just measured that in mine and it is also 19 studs.
  18. I think my mod is fairly to scale now. The next thing to do is to move the articulation point forward 2 studs and maybe move the snout back 1 stud
  19. Big Mercedes Benz vs small not-Mercedes Benz
  20. 42008 in red vs 42112. They are both 4-axle trucks. Special extra: bottom view comparison
