That's expected because the rear axle is a live axle. 42069 uses that technique too.

My guess for the limited clutch is a lockable differential that connects directly to the linear clutch. The 4 motors can be for drive, steer, gearbox switch, and differential lock. 42099 hubs are coming back!

I rate this set very highly and it's an absolute must-buy for me on day 1. To me this set is 42043 on a smaller scale. 42043 has: - 3 motorized functions - 4 pneumatic functions - HOG steering - Fake engine - Tilting cabin - Suspensions 42128 has - 4 manual functions - 3 pneumatic functions - HOG steering - Fake engine - Tilting hood (unconfirmed but very likely) - Dual winches Not bad, not bad at all!!

Basically: Thin tire for fat rim (42098 trailer's wheels) Thick tire for fat rim (42098 truck's wheels) Thin tire for thin rim (42098 car's wheels) The new tire in the red pickup truck is thick tire for thin rim.

To be fair I bashed the thing in the leaked pic, which to me is a different entity from the newly revealed thing. A couple of things: - It only almost makes me eat my words. Almost is the operative word. After the initial thrill has faded, I'm still gonna vote with my wallet, which is not buying this thing with electronics. Limited slips and diff locks are new and cool, but it's just not my thing. - New things are revealed. 4 motors and limited-slip clutch. - I only praise the box art. The composition is very dynamic and energetic and creates a very strong first impression. The direction of the model is also unusual. This is one of the very few sets that present the model in the left-to-right direction, which adds to the high motion feel. - And even if my opinion changes because of the box art, why is that a problem? Isn't that what a box art supposed to do? Convincing uncertain customers to buy it?

How about stock clearance after producing it for the McLaren

I know I said I wasnt so interested in this set and planned to buy it with the electronics removed, but hot damn that front packaging almost makes me wannna eat my words!!

The front packaging is impressive!!! It has 3 L-motors and 1 M-motor. Not sure if the M-motor is a new one or the current PU one.

Wait until this new apple red color creeps into Technic...

42069 has a similar hood design but looks way better.

That means we'll probably get a Mack-scaled truck with proper rear dualies!

I bet that someone was researching information for the interesting parts or parts in new color section

The only seller that sells that part told me he managed to buy the parts from some disassembled Osprey set. His shop only sells Osprey-exclusive panels along with some other rare parts. I know because I bought a rare panel from his shop. On an unrelated note, when I emailed him to ask about the origins of his parts, he recognized me as the person that scanned the Osprey instruction.
