For 56mm rims (Unimog, Defender): Tractor tire is 107mm, while offroad tire (G63) is 87.9mm For 43.2mm rims (Audi): Tractor tire is 81mm, while offroad tire (Audi) is 81.5mm. There's no real correlation between tractor tire size and offroad tire size for the same rim size.

56 mm tyres are quite inconvenient to build around because it's too close to 7M dimension, which causes it to rub with upper sides.

Maybe 49.5, since G63's tyre is slightly smaller than Unimog's tyre.
