  1. Part list: Build yourself a Osprey with lime rotor blades!
  2. Not sure if someone has noticed: the flagship box for both last year and this year no longer has the front flap.
  3. I've got my paws on this set and intend to do the following things: - Scan and upload the instruction manuals - Write a review in Jim's style @Jim Am I allowed to do the first item in EB
  4. I think the most realistic way TLG will go is this: - Sets that have arrived at sellers' shops remain with the sellers and should be sold like normal sets - Cancel or whitewash/Bellwash and rebrand the upcoming batch. There doesnt seem to be any sticker with the Bell or Boeing logo anyway.
  5. I planned to go for a quick and dirty incorporation of 42070's rear suspensions in my upgrade from 42030 B to 42114.
  6. There's a quick mod to make the outriggers sync. But that's not relevant to the thread.
  7. 42070 has a complex gearbox and no one bats an eye. 42114 has a less complex gearbox and every one loses their minds.
  8. @kbalage I thought you would do a quick side by side comparison with the other 6x6 42070, but I was wrong.
  9. Indeed it is. It is worthy of the mantle of a flagship. I have been too quick to dismiss it.
  10. Despite having only less than 2000 parts, this set receives the same double package treatment as the 42055 and 42082. Okay this set is more technically interesting than i thought: - It has a drive train that goes to a linear clutch that goes to a fixed dead end axle hole. - The steering wheel works. - The hazard light is connected to an axle with a button and can be rotated slightly to turn on the gearbox, because the green button faces inward, and apparently the battery box is not designed to be removable. The design for this set is much more well-thought than I thought at first.
  11. I wonder any of these will get rebranded as a "race helicopter".
  12. @kbalage I was thinking that I wanted to see this set next to 42098's truck and you did it before I wrote the request ahaha
  13. I dont think there's gonna be many, or any, that would buy that set at the moment. Lego sets in VN are sold at 1.5 or 2 times the official retail price. The price tag for this set on the shelf is 365 EUR. Real Technic fans in VN will almost always wait for hand-carried sets or private shipments from dedicated vendors.
  14. 42114 has been spotted on shelf in my country (Vietnam).
  15. Oh sorry my bad I didnt look at it carefully.
  16. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/technic-hub-88012
  17. The dumb battery box, the L motor, and the XL motor are all for sales from Lego's shop.
  18. I'd say 42053 A, but only by a small margin. It's the only wheeled excavator in the last 10 years of Technic. and has more realistic details.
