The first Millennium Falcon released in 2000 was my favorite set as a child (and my biggest one !). But today it seems really outdated, overall because of the odd choice of colours, especially the red and blue bricks. So I decided to swap colours to something darker, and I changed some details : new turret inspired by the 2015 Falcon, new antenna, a kitchen, an engine room, new seats for the gunners and the passenger, a bed... And I removed the little "motojet" as it doesn't belong to the Star Wars universe. As the engines stands on the hidden compartment, I created a new one where the motojet used to be. My Crew : As I use the minifigures on my Cantina display, the original Falcon crew (with the yellow skin) are still displayed in the Falcon. Other views : I still have plans for this ship, like replacing the landing gears. But NO ! I won't remove the cockpit. Sure it doesn't look good, but it gives all the funny look of the 2000's Millennium Falcon. Sometimes nostalgia is better than similarity.

Nice Moc I have two critics to do on your diorama. The first one is about the picture : try to remove anything that catch the eye away from the subject, like your mousepad, or your PC toolbar. Then about the MOC itself, I tend to view Kashyyyk as a vertical planet because of the big trees. So you could have placed minifigures on the tree, or add another tree, to make the diorama highter than wide. Still, your diorama is quite good.

[MOC] Kylo Ren Lightsaber hilt made using LEGO
Gouniaf replied to demonhunter1988's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Classy ! You may hide the studs of the base with flat tiles. Did you use LDD before to build the saber ? -
The problem with being an Afol and living in a small flat, is I don't have enough space to display all my sets. So I decided to build a diorama made of 75052 Cantina and other bricks from my collection. Then, I added a lot of minifigures from the original Trilogy plus others like Jar-Jar and a robot from the Space theme. I was inspired by the Creator buildings int he way I wanted my cantina to be opened vertically. The fanboys will tell that the Cantina has only one floor... My crew : The "easter egg" :

I like your Darth Vader ! Sure it's pretty uncommon, but it's not ugly. I actually find it kinda cute. Maybe you should remove the Clones troopers, because their "realistic" design doesn't fit with your cartoon Darth Vader.

Pure genious ! This is art ! Do you have pictures of the back ? I took a glimpse into your Flickr page, I really like your creation. It seems you have your own "style", I love that.

[MOC] RZ-1 A-Wing Interceptor from Star Wars: Rebels Phoenix Squadron
Gouniaf replied to gcanik's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The wings seems a bit too high, but I like how you made them. -
Blocky, but cute !

After purchasing Poe's X-Wing, my Z-95 seemed a little too small, so I have decided to rebuild it. It still has a storage space on the back, but smaller. I haven't added the landing gears yet because I don't have the right parts. I'm considering bricklinking it. Here are the pictures : I was also building a ship inspired by the Resistance Shuttle from The Force Awakens, with vertical wings, a bit like Kylo Ren's shuttle : This is a work in progress, I haven't done much inside, and I'm unsatisfied with the wings. But Nikro's amazing Smuggler's troops transports ( http://www.eurobrick...howtopic=118872 ) decided me to improve my build. I'm thinking about restarting from the beginning.

[MOC] Millennium Falcon - Still the coolest spaceship!
Gouniaf replied to marshal_banana's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That's the best Falcon MOC I've seen so far. Your ship is so accurate it doesn't look like a lego set anymore. Great job -
[MOC] B-wing Shuttle (Smuggler's Troop Transporter)
Gouniaf replied to nikro's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Wow, that is a cool ship. I agree with PaulPrime, it's so much beautiful than the incoming Lego set. Did you build it with LDD in the first place ? By the way, I'm not sure if the cockpit can rotate on the source material, so your ship may be 100 % accurate. Great job ! -
Really nice, I especially like the shoulders made of battle droids' chest. The only thing you could improve is the "eye", but otherwise, your droid is very accurate. Sure it would perfectly stands with the incoming Battle on Takodana set.

The play features make the set pretty decent, close to the official Lego sets. I haven't seen much MOCs from this scene, it's quite original. If ever you have the parts to make it real, I'm looking forward to see the pictures

(MOC) Allegiance-class Heavy Star Destroyer (EU-Dark Empire)
Gouniaf replied to Outworlder's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The whole design is amazing, but what keeps my attention the most is the fact that the ship doesn't collapse on itself despite the size of the upper part. Great job !- 32 replies

That is a real MOC. I mean, even without the step by step pictures, we can guess with just the last picture that you have spend a lot on time on your Falcon. I like the general shape, close to the original Falcon but with a personnal touch. This is a great job. Good luck !

I like it too, nice picture Is there any possibility to have a making-of picture ?

These last pictures are stunning ! Is there any possibility to have someone next to a model for scale purpose ?

Lucrehulk-Class Droid Control Ship (build by Paint0r)
Gouniaf replied to darththeling's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I've never seen this kind of ship in Lego before. I'm really impressed. I'm usually not fond of mid-scale figures, but I must admit your creation is near perfect. -
Great amont of details, especially on the rear and on the engines. I like the design of your ship, very close to the original one.

[MOC] The Moldy Crow 2015 with Custom Minifigs
Gouniaf replied to Suboken Brick Project's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Maybe you should ad a link to your Lego Idea submission, so everyone could give you the support you need. I did a lot of research about the Moldy Crow on the internet as I wanted to build my own, and it seems the first version of your MOC was the most accomplished. I'm glad you did some modifications, and that you have a custom Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors. I would be glad if your creation could be available one of these days...- 19 replies
