  1. This new wave is a little dissapointing. I like the figures except for Croc's bigfig, but the builds are very uninspiring. I would have loved if the sets included some sort of building (part) or a location. Strangely the best part imho is the little red tractor. i do like the juniors set though, it's a nice add on to the earlier juniors batcave. I wil get that for my son.
  2. The Neptune figure also has a naked torso.
  3. Is it possible to put in order in on the German lego site and get it shipped to the Netherlands? It's a 30 euro difference.
  4. That's what I figured. More than 20 you think. Man I love these figs. This is a hard set to let go...
  5. The Licensensing for this Lego set is very different from the dvd set. There are many celebrities in the show and character like the Green Hornet that have other compagnies or licensing issues. Since Lego is not making figures out of those celebrities and WB have recently come to aggreement with (I believe) Paramount this should not cost lego anymore than the regular DC sets. Don't forget that DC currently has a 1966 comicbook series. As for Bricklinking the figures, don't bet on it. They'll soon go for 20 euro's or more.

  7. 290 Euro's on the Dutch site. While it's supposed to cost 250 Euro's in Germany. I feel I'm getting robbed. We need a AFOL in the US who's willing to ship these sets to us... Man this is dissapointing I really wanted this set.
  8. I only needed to rub off some p[rinting form Jack Sparrow's head and used a marker for the hair. Any tips on new heads I could use, for some diffferent expressions?
  9. This site seems to have a good look all the minifigures from the 66 batcave. http://legomarveldc.wikia.com/wiki/Alfred_%281966%29
  10. I don't like it if Croc was a big-fig. Those sets usually go for 70/80 Euro's. Croc isn't supposed to be that big either, he's a normal man with a bad skin condition not a lizard. Maybe just a stud higher. I would have prefferd a head cast with bigger shoulders.
  11. The Alfred from the new 66 set is a very different character. A kidnapped new Alfred would have done well with the Arkham sets or any smaller set. If it's just about the appeal to kids then what about Killer Croc? I'm not buying that anyone would shelf out 200 for the new batcave set just to get Alfred.
  12. But some of the more exclusive figures are almost impossible to get in Europe. I would gladly attend a comiccon in the US once, but I need to take a continental flight to get there. DC collectibles does release rehashed of their statues every now and then, sometimes with slight alterations. That would do the trick. Also a slap in the face..what about those fans that stood in line to sell the figures for 200+. They deserve a slap imo.
  13. Why is Lego allowing crazy price speculation with their mini-figures? I understand their bussiness model to put some more exclusive figures in bigger sets or retired products, but I do not onderstand the exclusive comiccon or package deal etc. figures. After a month orso they should be available through normal channels. Hell they'd even make money off it. Now they are playing into the hands off the chinese knock-off companies and crazy re-sellers who charge insane amounts. Also some bricklink sellers seem to have insane amounts of licensed minifigures sometimes up to 50+, where do they get these? They could easily kill the reseller market by releasing a small junior set (or the junior racers) with Alfred or Killer-Croc (after 5 years it's sure time). I wonder why Lego doesn't adress this issue?

  18. There's a cannibal loose in Gotham, his first victim has just been found eaten in Park Row avenue. Det. Bullock is on scene. He might have stepped in some evidence.
  19. Want to do some small moc's this year around the Batman. This is the first.
  20. This does not work on the dutch site.
  21. Any instructions for this thing? Wil help you out with finding a way to fit a minifig inside.
  22. They have these wooden boxes with glass top currently at a dutch shop "Xenos". They are only 3,80 Euro. They make a nice minifigure display.
  23. Maybe they could do some sort of vintage 60's/70's/80's line? A-Team Batman (60's) Starsky/Hutch Battlestar Galactica etc.. I have no idea but perhaps the licensing would come from one or two major studios?
  24. You don't know it and you think it looks butt? Anyway google images, check out the blu's and yes there are three different movies versions.
