  1. This bit of information was very funny Thank you for the info regarding the word "f**k" Never would have known that.
  2. Today I picked up a few small BL orders to custom color 3177 Small car and won 8707 PM Boulder Blaster, 99% of MOT 10016 Tanker Car, and a third 4543 RR Tractor Flatbed
  3. Another great space themed MOC Teazza I like the odd shapely-ness of the rig. Looks exactly like a Jet Tug. Hows the range on the satellite, heard from E.T? Keep up the great MOCs!
  4. Great utility truck 'LT' Neat cab design. I've used that 4 wide, off-set cab design on a MOC or two I went a different route, a trailer and boom (waiting on pieces) for the light pole. (I love trailer) That side by bed and boom look great for a total custom service truck look. BTW what sticker software and supplies do you use? Keep up the great work Thanks for the sticker info 'Lt'. Just read the comment on this being a year old
  5. A list of sports related items to put in the shop. Divide them into sections and your should end up with a nice selection. I did this with a 20x16 modular and used my small surplus of these -Bicycles -soccer balls -basket balls and -accessories, goal posts, etc-sports apparel -surf boards -wind surf boards and sails -diving equipment -water sports equipment -life vests The last was a thought but, not something I have done -minifig series accessories... for a price Good luck!
  6. That does look very real. What are the specs/ brand of the tape you use. I was looking at 3M and saw a thin and a thicker tape. I figure better continuity with the thicker but, more friction from the same reason. I would like to try my hand at this Also, is there something wrong with the Me-Model site..? Safari (MAC) can't seem to open it and I really want to see these products. Seen there others on eBay but, these rails
  7. Great Raiden Omi I just so happened to be in the middle of the first Mortal Kombat now Too bad for Jango though, that must have been a hard pill to swallow. Another great custom minifig anyway Noticed in the film Raiden was spelled "Rayden" in the credits and was referred to as the "God of Lightning".
  8. 3rd 6551 Checkered flag for $24 Finally enough for a rally
  9. Very nice town 'Alibabo' Lovely details throughout this MOC. Very good work on building this
  10. Great review 'Brickviller' This set looks pretty good. I am still debating on buying these larger aircraft. I have plenty of 4 wide fuselages but, no six wides yet. Seeing this really makes me want to get them!
  11. These are very lovely windmills 'ab@hk' Very elegant and so many great details, especially the water wheel on the side. Great job on this build
  12. These are really awesome looking double decker coaches If I ever get the right pieces I will definitely try in build one of my own. Having multiple minifigs in one vehicle has always been some thing I like. The more the merrier better! "Coffee" break? Reading that made me laugh
  13. Awesome MOCs Danthaman11 I've loved your creations from the first time I saw them. These are very sleek cars, from the roadster to the police cruiser. Very good work
  14. Can someone provide a pic or link to this pitchfork. I am very interested (for the farm) and have never seen it. I hope they are not very expensive on BL...
  15. Great MOC SR Very gruesome scene here. Very nice work on the blood effect but, I see no recent victims? Count Dex must be hungry, no? He best grab a mop P.S. Sorry your wife finds Lego a nuisance, she is missing out
  16. This is a great car, and an awesome MOC of one The AWD is true to spec, too bad TLG won't give you PF RC guys a hi speed motor. The auto doors/ hood is too cool. A really great job on this car, especially for his first try
  17. I will buy multiple sets. New or used (used, discontinued so long as they are only a few bucks over retail). I keep any new set in its box as I am out of space but, when I can expand I will more than likely open both, three or however many I purchase unless I have predetermined that at least one will be resold. i.e. I bought one used Fire Brigade for personal use and 5 for resale. On the other hand I have purchased four Wind Turbines with no intention on resale.
  18. I recently bought two sets of those all plastic storage containers. Two 27 medium drawer cabinets and two 39 small/ medium drawer unit. I will eventually need a couple more as I order from BL for more MOCs. It makes MOCing or modding an existing set SO EASY. S****y part is going through all the pieces. I recommend sorting the pieces into piles before buying these units. Get the pieces in the piles you want them in. Then get those piles in with others, if you don't want to have a bunch of the storage containers. Plan on 2hrs per 5lbs
  19. Is that how BL sellers become BL sellers? Buying numerous sets and part them out piece by piece? As well as coming across estate sales, yard sale etc? I've always wandered
  20. 2011 feature? Definitely the release of a detailed Maersk Train! This is definitely ONE of my favorite sets that will be in my collection
  21. I don't know, I guess I'm still getting used to regularly checking a forum but, I have seen a few members, and topics, getting in a bind with staff over topics of other brand stuff (i.e. MB: Halo). Now don't get me wrong, Mario is awesome, ESPECIALLY Mario Kart (64; Yoshi). IT IS nice to see a relatively good quality brand taking a Nintendo franchise and putting out what looks like a good group of sets. I can't say I will be getting any of these but, I know a little about K'Nex, had a friend that had the old Ball Roller Coaster back in the day, and they are a nice quality building toy. That was in their original toy design. I have not seen K'Nex bricks. I am guessing, that in the last decade, K'Nex has started producing these bricks. Being the largest toy producer in the U.S. (seen same show Aanchir dad saw) and seeing how successful Lego is, that seems like a good move on their part. That being said, I do not think they will match Lego quality and fall somewhere in the ball park of MB. Its still great to see Mario in the building toy realm
  22. Won another 6525 Blaze Commander and my first 6533 Police 4x4 for $4.25. Love the 90's city sets
  23. Great looking bridge AFOL12V I was looking at your layout (again ) and was looking at the Batman and Lego signs on the wall and was wandering if they are from the same guys in Australia that my two are from. I think I paid $9 or $19 + $29 shipping on eBay. Thats about all I could tell you about them apart from size and color but, look like yours. I really want to get the Lego one.
  24. So since there will be animals included and a potential smaller modular design how many minifigs are we expecting? I figure 3, maybe four. I see a painter and pet shop owner. For the third either a homeowner and/or potential pet owner. As for one of the pets, I read something in an earlier post regarding a new monkey mould. Or was that referring to the man in an ape suit? I hope for a monkey. I cant remember if I own one.
  25. Neat MOCs ukaskew I like the burger van, or is it a fried chicken van? The MODs to the Lego Truck are neat. Makes me want to build a race car trailer. As for the burger trailer, cant wait to see the interior. Although a suggestion, lower the roof height by a 1 brick. Looks a little tall compared to its 4x4. Great work, keep it up
