i allowed the app to access the location services, even checked in the app's properties page... yes, the bluetooth is turned on and in fact the bluetooth icon is green seems all so weird, before it worked...

i'm having issue linking the control + android app to the 42124 buggy because even if the location service is turned on the icon in app stays grey... :/ any hint how to solve that? thanks

oh, very nice! at the moment, don't know why, can't link the lego default app to the hub, even if i turn on the location service the icon on the app keeps to stay grey... even chatted with the lego support and waiting the answer for the technic team... i'm not sure if is the latest file because unfortunately i deleled all backups but found one in the mobile and already sent you by mail... don't worry, don't need any apologize, instead, thank you very much for your work with this amazing app!!!

so, well, just decided to make a new profile to solve everything fast... and also made already a backup i saw that in the hub window there is a number (1.1) at top left corner guess it's the version of the firmware... but now i've a question, how do i check if there are update available? i uninstalled the lego app because doesn't recognize anymore the model 42124 because i added 2 extra lights at ports C & D and so became useless...

ok, so, i deleted the cache and the data and actually could launch the app but (of course) now my profile is gone... i tried to restore the backup i made few days ago but it says "the file is not a profile controlz" there is a way to convert it for the new version? thanks

@_Ozzee_ i just updated but the now app crashes at launch... :/ there is any log that i can send you to understand the causes? meanwhile how can i revert to the previous version? where can i get the apk? thanks

actually with this LDD New Parts LDD has almost all existing parts... so who wanna keep build/use LDD still can... but, i'm agree a Studio topic could be added imo...

nice update thank you! pity can't still set two different speeds for two set of buttons for drive and brake (as could do with the old version) but at least now i could set again the icon of the button... thanks :)

yes, got it... but now my profile is ruined... and moreover tells me that my profile backup is not a controlz file :(

as you can see in the image i set the small buttons as half engine power (49) and the bigger one on the right at (100) for the same engine but the app remembers only the last one saved... with the old app both worked perfectly... also with previous version of the new app... furthermore, can't set any image for the single button anymore... or i'm dumb that can't find anymore the upload image menu... i just pasted the lights icons on the image otherwise the buttons are empty i was forgetting to mention that i'm using the beta version of the app any way to fix/solve these problems? thanks :)

well, could let work share/upload to my ftp server... so for now i saved my profile... but, i hope won't be necessary, in case i should restore that profile how i could do? where do i need to put that file? thanks

thanks to you for the reply. actually i saw that option, but, as you mentioned, doesn't work in android 10... tried also just to share with google files but without luck... really hope you could solve that problem because in past i lost one profile... and would like that won't happen anymore. by the way, with the previous version was more fast and easy to set the proprierties, but i can understand that the new fancy way is like that lego uses in his app.

me... the profile became totally black (preview image disappeared) even inside the customization window is all black (controls and buttons are gone) would like to know where is the folder where the profiles are stored... maybe can just merge the data instead do all over again also would be great if could please add an option to backup and restore the profiles so could avoid this kind of problems in future... also would be useful if could let connect the hub without gps (turned off) as can do in customization window... thanks

I solved the problem of web browser simply saving a blank file and open it instead launch the app... removed the camera control with a program: Actual Window Manager and enlarged the right pieces column to the max size with: MouseRecorder ;)
