  1. Sorry, meant that for another thread.
  2. Got the Build Your Own Adventure book with the Y-Wing Microfighter from Walmart.com for 56% off and free shipping.
  3. Nevermind, I bought the book from Walmart for 56% off.
  4. Does anybody know where I can find the instructions for the microfighter Y-Wing from the new build your own adventure book?
  5. Me and my son like the show and I like the ship. I think only some slight MOD's could make a huge difference. That's the one everyone should get even if they don't like those figures.
  6. Got the 75147 Star Scavenger.
  7. You should Bricklink/Brick Owl the Tokkat figure and the most recent Paploo figure so you have all 7 Ewok minifigures. That's what I did.
  8. I would go with solid white. It pops better and I look at it the same way I look at the figures that have black bladed lightsabers. The black bar 4L isn't transparent at all, it's solid. So, white would be my choice.
  9. My LEGO Store usually has the retailer exclusive. They've always carried the Sith Infiltrator and I'm sure they have the Frigate.
  10. The FO TIE Fighter is 50% off too.
  11. You'll be seeing earth tones in your dreams. I'm partially colorblind when it comes to certain shades of browns and greens, so that was a tough one to build for me. Very fun to build the 75157.
  12. Maybe we could get an Outrider set in the near future? There was a ship in the S3 Rebels trailer that looked awfully similar to it. Watch the trailer again and watch closely. It flies by the screen quickly and it is also attached to the Ghost in one shot.
  13. Did they elaborate or just confirm her status?
  14. It's a theory my wife suggested. Myself and Cobb live in humid climates and we have a lot cracked arms and torsos. Where I live has close to 100% humidity during the summer and is generally over 75% most of the year.
  15. It's easy to rectify though, if you have extra hilts and blades available to you. I grabbed a regular chrome hilt and a blue blade to go with her curved hilt and red blade.
  16. @Arctic_Ace: Since you are in a dry climate, do you have a lot of cracks or just a few?
  17. @HawkLord: That is a great set. Only thing it is missing is a blue lightsaber for good Naare. They only give you a red lightsaber for bad Naare.
  18. I built it correctly. Technically yes they support the weight, I just didn't want to put all that pressure on the brackets. I was concerned that they may bend over time. I didn't let it rest on the wings for very long and I wasn't happy with the give and only the brackets holding the wings in place. So I threw a stand together quickly and I would recommend it to everyone but YMMV.
  19. Finished building the A-Wing vs. TIE Advanced set. Lots of interesting building techniques. If you want to display the TIE, you will need to make a stand because it won't rest on the wings. They won't support the weight.
  20. I still think that's a placeholder and the actual blades will not be dark blue. They are much lighter colored, lighter than Ezra's blade, on the box art. I'd like to see high res box art before I get worried. We will see in 3 weeks when people start reviewing the set.
  21. @Gremer: That is a good deal. 30% off a big set is hard to pass up. Plus, it makes that one go from overpriced to a better price per part ratio.
  22. Just bought a Finn Stormtrooper polybag from eBay. Had to pay $20. Lost out on several auctions, then saw one for $19.98 buy it now with free shipping. Believe or not, that was the best deal on eBay for a buy it now.
  23. My wife had a theory that makes sense. Perhaps it is climate that determines whether or not you have lots of cracks or no cracks. I have lots of cracks, I live in probably one of the most humid climates in the United States. Cobb lives in the Netherlands, which has a steadily humid climate. He has lots of cracks. If you live in California, you probably wouldn't have a lot of cracks. I think it is a sound theory that would explain the discrepancy between people who have this problem in excess and people who don't have it at all. HawkLord and Vindicare, I betting that you both live in drier, less humid areas of the USA.
  24. The cracks are real, this is not our imagination. I use a flashlight to check them, the arms crack from the wrist up. The plastic is clearly split apart. The torsos crack from the waist up. The plastic is clearly split apart. They are stored in individual plastic bags or displayed on the shelf. I have a running list of figures with cracked arms or torsos. A month ago, my Winston figure from the Ecto-1 was fine, today I looked at him and his left arm had a huge crack. I've lost count of how many cracks I've found. I ordered 8 replacement torsos today, I have 17 more as of right now that need to be replaced either because of arms or sides cracked. I wait at least a month between orders just in case. After sitting on the shelf for 1 whole week, the Teedo figure from the 75148 Encounter On Jakku set already has a cracked arm. It's either bad luck or I have oily fingers.
