I'm going to do this MOD too. One question though, the dark gray Mixel joint piece, when you mount it to the 1 x 3 piece, is it closer to the front or closer to the back?

Those are just the ones I liked. The whole family wanted the Morro Dragon set. I got that one from Amazon for almost $20 off. I just finished the Chain Cycle and I love it!

I'm going to order 4 of those Chinese food container pieces. Do you guys think the Panel 1 x 1 x 1 Corner w/ Rounded Corners added to the top of each one would be a good representation of the lids being open on the Chinese food containers?

Juts got my first 3 NINJAGO sets. Helped my 6 year old son build the Blaster Bike set, while I have the Chain Cycle Ambush and the Attack Of The Morro Dragon for myself. Also have two of the Kai's Dragon freebies from the LEGO store. Looking forward to building them all.

@Sion: We got two tan baseplates for son as well. He's doing a Tatooine MOC from the "zero movie." I guess he means a prequel to the prequels. I also got another AT-DP Microfighter. My wife got a Wookiee Gunship Microfighter and a AT-AT Microfighter.

I understand what you're saying. I just think he's coming off as contradictory out of frustration. Based on his wording, he seemed passive-aggressively annoyed and insulted by the MOD idea. He seemed to respond poorly. A better response in my opinion would be to say, "Hey, that's an interesting idea! As the designer, I don't think it's necessary, but if it helps more power to you." I did the MOD as I was building the set, maybe that made it easier to do? I added the Technic beams after I built the cockpit, then continued with the rest of the build. Try rebuilding the cockpit from the bottom up and then add the beams.

Got a LEGO gift card from my wife's aunt and uncle for my birthday, so I ordered Kanan's Speeder Bike, a second Wookiee Gunship microfighter and a Speed Champions race car.

Yeah, I don't get why they changed the build.

Any of you guys who just got it, I recommend moving some of the jumper plates from the top center beam under the roof to the top of the front wall. You can shift some of the tiles from there to the center beam. It will help with the bowing of the roof in the front. Credit to Cmay91472 for the idea.

I'm sure it will be available at the LEGO Store too since it's on the LEGO website.

I doubt it was his fault. Sounds like he got it from someone shady who removed the figure.

Love the Wookiee Gunship microfighter. I still need to get a second one so I can make a short Wookiee. I actually got the full size Wookiee Gunship today for my birthday.

The only part that bothers me is Kristin Wiig. She's painfully unfunny. The rest have a chance to make it decent.

There also needs to be a Jedi Temple guard figure with a double bladed yellow lightsaber.

Gozer, like Walter Peck, could be pieced together. White legs and torso, flesh hands, brown spiky hair, a possessed face like Dana's from the Firehouse, done. Maybe the Giant Man figure from the Marvel Super Hero Airport Battle could be a template for a Stay Puft figure?
