  1. Looks great! The best alternative model for this set so far in my opinion.
  2. Looks pretty good. I'm happy it's dark bluish grey but it's also a bit underwhelming that there are still missing a few crucial parts not included in this set, for instance panel #1, #2, #13 and #14. I also hope the chassis is not as empty as the Porsche RSR and Ferrari 488.
  3. Many thanks to both @astyanax and @langko for the amazing design and allowing me to test the instructions. The car is stunning (even better in person!) and definitely one of the strongest builds I’ve had me hands on. So here is mine: I initially built it in red, but after seeing I have way too many red cars I looked for an alternative. Blue or dark blue would have looked amazing, but unfortunately I have yet to find matching paint and the wheelarches in the Ford GT are a different size. So I ended up with white, which in my opinion looks even better with the gold accents. For those interested I have a couple more photos here: https://bricksafe.com/pages/LvdH/huayrapics If you really want to see the attention to detail in this build, buy the instructions and build it for yourself. This build really has it all, but they cannot be fully appreciated unless you build it.
  4. I’m not sure if I understand you correctly, but the axle is supposed to rotate, because that is connected to the steering wheel and a turntable, which then turns the wheels. If you lock the orange axle then it will extend if you steer in one direction and retract if you steer in the other direction. The MLA will stay the same length without the connector because there is no resistance to hold the axle. Unless the CaDA MLA works differently (i.e. due to part quality or just a different design), there should not be a connector in my eyes. You can try it for yourself. This concept has actually already been posted a couple years ago. Probably the gearbox 90° limiter.
  5. Checking both my model and the one in Tlego's photos, the #1 connector is not present in either. Look here in Tlego's original build: https://www.bricksafe.com/files/T_Antonie/ferrari-laferrari-18/20220711_140458.jpg (look between the two shock absorbers for the orange axle)
  6. Is that yellow #1 connector supposed to be connected to the orange axle of the mini LA? Wouldn’t that extend/retract the MLA while steering? I don’t recall needing that on mine and I also don’t see it in my built model. Either I forgot it while building or that’s another change by CaDA.
  7. I know there is at least one person who built it with 100% LEGO using CaDA instructions. It’s possible but does require a little bit of thinking Regarding wheels: there is a second person in Germany. He doesn’t have a website but you can reach him via @kreativ.rims on IG or “Eugen Teledezki” on FB. Admittedly they’re not as nice as the ones from Technic-Rims, but they are also less than a quarter of the price.
  8. According to the box it's 32 cm long, which equates to about 1:12.7. The 42110 Defender is approximately 1:10 scale.
  9. There is a light bluish gray bush on the axle next to the rim. They’re definitely not LBG.
  10. 62.4mm (Arocs) tires are back, also with new color (sand green, I think) rims.
  11. Everything up until here looks perfect to me. Especially for a B model. The brickbuilt details look great and I particularly like the vents in the top portion of the doors. It's the front end that, to me, does not stick the landing. Great job anyways, it does look very well built.
  12. I think some will appreciate this one. Upcoming model from CaDA, designed by Eric Trax.
  13. It looks like the round edges of the axle are gone. Hopefully the axle is also slightly extended so it's actually 1 module in length (not 0.9 or whatever it is).
  14. You can always go for a DIY option. These are made by @vinkie_116 on Instagram using a wooden plank painted in the car’s respective color. Then they are hung by using these “panels” used for the Lego Art series.
  15. Apparently 42159 will be a Yamaha MT. Considering the price point ($250) it's probably the successor to the BMW bike. https://www.brickfanatics.com/lego-technic-42159-yamaha-mt-2022-rumoured
  16. This is what “agile blue” looks like. https://s1.cdn.autoevolution.com/images/news/this-stunning-bugatti-chiron-super-sport-in-agile-blue-will-make-you-drool-191878_1.jpg I’m guessing the LEGO version will be dark azure because this looks more bright and the McLaren Senna already came in normal blue.
  17. You can also spot it at around 4:50 in the video.
  18. They mostly seem to be very and common standard parts and some of them might even be extras included in the set. But here is a short list of parts I spotted: 1x black 6 long axle 1x LBG technic bush 1x black 2x4 L-shaped liftarm 2x red pin connector with axle 2x tan frictionless axle pin 2x black pin with pin hole 2x black 1x3 perpendicular connector 2x black round 1x1 plate with bar hole 1x red non-CaDA branded #13 panel 1x red non-CaDA branded #14 panel 2x red connector with 2 pins I may have missed something, but like I said most of these parts could be included as extras in the set.
  19. Not having an axle end on that new CV joint really limits its usefulness.
  20. The instructions are available here: https://pixelts.de.tl/Aston-Martin.htm And parts list here: https://bricksafe.com/files/LvdH/Aston Martin Vantage GT3.xml
  21. The fact that the boy has to keep the front wheel in place to prevent the front fork from bending even more than it does in the video doesn't look good.
  22. Using three of these which are black on the red model. One green, one white and one red.
  23. One seller already listed it on their website for $200. May sounds more likely. Especially given that it seems pretty much ready for launch, based on the built model as well as box seen at Nuremberg.
  24. What QA issues? They are intentional features. CaDA (hopefully) seems to be fixing them. At least the wheels. This car deserves (and needs) better wheels, and definitely not something chrome.
  25. It didn't come with special wheels, and still doesn't come with them either. They've always been a separate purchase, and not even released at the same time.
