Same.... Large set fatigue? Other 'Modulars' like Sanctum? Lack of Lego money? Mines the last one.... -

BREAKING: The Orient Express Train approved in LEGO Ideas

Love me some Lego Trains, but also love electric vehicles. Very sad to read that the BYD buses aren't doing well, BYD have been very successful with electric and hybrids cars. I was hoping they would be successful with their buses too. Shame. Same for me - I'll skip if this isn't 6-8 wide. -
Superb! Many congratulations on such a fine looking train. Looks brilliant running on those large layouts

Fx Bricks (Michael Gale) announces Fx Track system
dylanfarrow replied to HoMa's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Thanks! Hoped I hadn't gone crazy and made it up...! Those copper wheels looks amazing, however glad to know they'll be dark / black in the future. Emphasis mine - and yes, yes you have. I can't wait to drop a huge order when the plan comes together. Save now, use plastic and batteries for awhile longer! Thanks @michaelgale for taking all this risk. I truly hope we can make all the risk worthwhile for you. -

As a child playing with the 12v era, it was amazing. Switch points, lights (yes, holding them at red till the cars and mini figs boarded) and lighting setup. So many nights of fun. Rose tinted glasses are a distinct possibility... -

I'm now in Australia, so super looking forward to an Aussie distributor. Will buy for sure. @coasterAll US packages have been super delayed (3 months ish) so not surprised about the delay. -

@coaster how long do you think it would take to ship to UK? I’m only here till the 27th. Do you think they’ll make it? I know shipping to Aus is much more :/ edit: R 56s -
Brilliant. Congrats on such an amazing model!

Outstanding!! Great photography thanks for the tips on wire size, managed to get some 0.04 and it is perfect. Tiles properly click into place and you can’t see a thing. Quick question. What lead you to put in ‘lights’ within each floor, eg lights over the counters in the Diner, instead of putting the lights into the ceiling of the floor above? I’d like to keep it as clean as yours is, and keep the playability of the sets Also are you wiring your leds in parallel or series? Love the clean power at the back of the Diner.

That’s the best thing about LEGO, if it doesn’t work for you, you can change it ? Impressive! It completely changes the atmosphere and feel of the building and fits in well for your scene of buildings.
