I haven't really linked any of my builds to this thread so I guess I'd better start......my latest. Cross roads Wyvern Nest And my Embassies Mitgardia ( Nocturnus Embassy) Dalmire House I hope you enjoy, and find something useful in them.

Top stuff ! my favourite embassy so far too, you have captured the Nocturnus feel perfectly and it's great to see some of our troops at the gate rockin' the dark red capes (they wouldn't be Grimm's elite by any chance?). Best of luck in round two.

Once a place of worship in the far north, Nim'Gyynorr is now the Nocturnian embassy to Mitgardia. In its prime Nim'Gyynorr was a sanctuary to those devoted to the dark arts and a shrine Gnarr the demi god of torture. In more recent times the worship of Gnarr has been outlawed in the north and the church sat dormant for many years before it was given to the Nocturnians as a peace offering. In times of peace the friendly folk of Nocturnus love nothing more than a good old fashioned hunting expedition. Just trek on down to the lava streams and see if you can't find some nasty creature to take out your built up frustration out on, who knows you might be lucky enough to stroll across a dragon or wyvern and get a little something shiny for your troubles. Like it? I love it ! Those trees are superb and the gentle hues of blue work so well in this build, and plate stacking is a personal favourite of mine, well done ! The embassy is great, though it looks a little on the small side.

Cheers Hersbrucker! @ de Gothia: Yep it's just a 1x2 plate on top of the arched window....it does look gappy at first but once it all comes together you don't notice as much.

Cheers for the comments guys! Still needs a bit more Nocturnus flavour, at the moment it looks a little too Avalonian (might have something to do with the fact I've use DC's 1x1 round technique.

Just outside the Albion city walls lies the derelict Dalmire house, Nocturnians are not known for their green thumbs or garden maintenance. If you host your images at Flickr, you don't need to resize them before you upload as you are given a choice of what size you'd like to share them at...if that makes sense. Check out the tutorial thread in my sig
