  1. Everyones favorite overlord is one year older...but is he any wiser?....Who cares! Happy Birthday buddy.
  2. What a great build . The dark brown and light blue look great together, and the mill blades look heaps better than those used in the Kingdoms mill set. I really like your base, but think it would have looked better without the base plate under it....but that's just me. Top stuff.
  3. Plus 1 to I Scream Clone , Cheers for the little extra something.
  4. Congratulations on (IMO) the strongest entry in the comp, well done . Good luck in the voting , though I don't think luck will have anything to do with it...........paint me green and call me Gumby.
  5. Ok final update......sign is now more LEGOish....I hope.
  6. Yeah that's hat I meant..I suppose a "composite photo" would have been the correct term.
  7. Wow that's one great MOC! Your use of photo editing has worked wonders on the flat grey walls, adding a life like texture. Your use of hight is very refreshing, and so true to what I'd expect from a dwarven mine. Top stuff, well done!
  8. Looks like a POTC piece to me. Great use of the 16x16 space Cecilie, and some nice action going on too. Best of luck.
  9. First post has been updated for your viewing pleasure.
  10. Beautiful work again mate!! So many great things to admire, your stone work is top notch as per usual, the SNOT cheese floor high lights are a total win, and your choice of minifigure heads is great.....love the Holmes head.
  11. Thanks all for the feed back, and sorry if the title was misleading.. I'll have more pics up later Fangy.
  12. A long time has past since the forest-men roamed the wood lands, taking from the rich and giving to the poor. In this time the royal knights have become fat and lazy, and some what comfortable in their superiority.....but the forest-men are back from the dead and this time it's all about brains..... Forest-men return...Braaains by Taz-Maniac, on Flickr Update: So the forest men have left but a new foe has arrived.....this guys just can't catch a break. I had intended to build this into a large layout, but feel it needs a complete re-build so here's a quick few pics before I pull it down Castle attack by Taz-Maniac, on Flickr
  13. 100% Awesome, 50% ego, 90% confused, 58% wrong, 0% care factor, 1% humility, 3% free roaming radicals, and 0% mathematician..........you do the math.
  14. What's the go with multi-up pictures? Do they count as one or is each image in the "muti-up" counted ? Cheers.
  15. I didn't realise there was a thread for this........ so I hope it's alright to share this here too.
  16. In the immortal words of "LL Cool J"..... Mumma Said... by Taz-Maniac, on Flickr Over view.
  17. Great mid action shot Shmails. The explosion is superbly done with it's blast effects on the surrounding characters adding even more action. I can spot plenty of your fine customs in there and I think you've got a good chance at placing with this awesome entry....good luck.
  18. I don't own any Western sets either, just the minifigures from the collectible series, though I wouldn't mind a few of those old sets (mainly for the figs). Cheers to all for the comments, there is some high quality entries in this category so fingers crossed.
  19. Nice collection of POTC vigs here, they need to be........... [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  20. Cheers for the comments Praiter Yed. Yeah I wonder if that winking guy has just got lucky or is about to? These photos really don't do justice to the build or my camera....I'll need to re-shoot, as many little details have been missed in the above photos.
  21. Action packed and......... [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  22. The west is a wild and dangerous place, and the town of Tomb Brick is one of the most dangerous in the west. The only thing saving the town from the constant raids of ruthless bandits is the hard nosed sheriff and his faithful deputies........can they stop the latest invasion of dirty cowboys? 23. It was in the original pic...... still on my fickr.
  24. More Historical Buildings/structures: 1. 2. 3. 4.
  25. It's the torso from the original General Grievous plus a skeleton leg and a couple of horns. It's not there any more, but it was just a 1x1 plate with two back packs attached, then sat over the rear of the horse.....floating if you will.
