Oh I really love this set so let me give a quick list of my thoughts (maybe a more detailed one when I own the set). Things I like: Slave 1, since I always thought the others where way to big for my display. Lando and Han look amazing Dining chamber is so fancy I assume this is the vader with the episode 6 face, which is pretty hard to find now, if not I'm disappointed The overall build is perfect next to the death star Things I don't like: CC Leia's hair Carbonite hair, common C3po is once again the boring old one without armprinting. I rather have him with arm printing or a completely new messy version. And as a reaction to a post on the other topic: Common, that's as much as the original Death Star and definition unfair for the amount of bricks. But I'm gonna buy it anyway since the d2c hogwarts that I saved for became an easy pass.

"Brick Fanatics believe" so I assume it's all just speculation based on what Lego fans are saying on another Lego site? Since that appears to be the only place that mentions this. Or is this site very trustworthy on its news? (I'm sorry, first time I've heard of them)

Harry Potter 2018 - Rumors & Discussion
Huigberts Builds replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm sorry I should have explained myself better and/or quoted another one of your posts, I was talking about the look of the lego buildings, not the studio set or the order the buildings of both Lego and studio/movie were placed. The lego building we see appears very simplistic and not very detailed, it doesn't fit that well with the style of the other microscale sets, ofcourse if it is going to be a set it could always be unfinished or a placeholder design, but that's just speculation like any other posts about the diagon alley.- 8,371 replies

So the 4th (or first set) is set number 75970 and it's price is $14,99. I hope we'll get more info tomorrow or in the coming days.

Harry Potter 2018 - Rumors & Discussion
Huigberts Builds replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
That's not exactly movie accurate, the entire point of micro scale sets is to make the set as accurate as possible within a reasonable price range, that's not what we see on the image, I would even say that from what I can see the buildings on the picture are less detailed and smaller than the 2011 system scaled Diagon Alley d2c set. It's possible we'll get a micro scale set, but atm there is zero evidence for this.- 8,371 replies

It's definitely not system scale, most likely a MOC because it isn't that accurate to be an official microscale set tbh, it looks more like the architecture las vegas skyline tbh.- 8,371 replies

Huigberts Builds replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
Tbh it sounds totally like a wishlist to me, since a d2c was revealed people were screaming for Diagon Alley. Now very soon after the confirmation of microscale Hogwarts all of the sudden another d2c pops up with Diagon Alley. Including tons of minifigures including non named deadeaters for army building, 2 goblins which require new molding, Molly Weasley and more. Plus there is the chamber of secrets with the missing characters from the cmf wave and last but not least the room of requirements with characters that shouldn't be there. I would love it but I don't see it happening. But lego please prove me wrong.- 8,371 replies

Future Simpsons Lego- Rumours, discussion and wishlisting
Huigberts Builds replied to Legochaek's topic in LEGO Licensed
Finally the return of the Simpsons, I'm really happy with the Brick headz, I just love the use of the joystick piece (or whatever it's called) for Homer's hair. I wonder if we could expect the entire family or if this is just a one time thing like dimensions. Personally I would love myself a Marge Brickhead. -
I believe only Reinhardt, Roadhog and Winston are up for the bigfig treatment. Orisa and Bastion are also big, but I think they would work better as brickbuild characters
-
I expect at least 1 character from each category (tank, support, damage). A friend of mine who isn't into Lego but very much into the lore of overwatch thinks we will get at least the original overwatch members (founders) so Reaper, Ana, Soldier: 76, Torbjörn and Reinhardt. Also Tracer (the mascot of the game pretty much) would be a given. Fan favorite D.va would make for an awesome build and so does Bastion. A character I won't see happening on the other hand is Zenyatta, he's just too complicated to translate well into lego, but hey, surprise me lego.

This is very true, yesterday I finally went to the store to buy the sets and the store was full of children being like 'Mom, Dad, Harry Potter lego is finally back'. I assume they were just old enough to have experienced the 2011 wave. They sell very well.- 8,371 replies

The overwatch eyes aren't that big (anime style) anyway, they'll translate fine with regular Lego eyes, maybe 1 or 2 exceptions but that's it.

I just got the Great Hall, Whomping Willow and the entire CMF series (even Graves). I'm so thankful to the (as always) amazing service at the lego store in Gouda. Can't wait to build them.- 8,371 replies

Yeah I was talking about the 4th (yet unconfirmed) set, which a assume is set number 75970 since they number set 75971 as the second set. If there is a 75974 it will be the 5th set and indeed probably the most expensive, but as for now we have no information that hints to a 5th set.
-
I would say the 4th set will be the cheapest one

Could it be a juniors set? Like a smaller version of the normal Quidditch set with really big pieces?- 8,371 replies

Also my thoughts. Very interesting. But than again in which set are they going to put the other figures. I mean (and this is purely speculation) Umbridge and bogart Snape could be included in a DADA set I suppose, but what about Slughorn? We already got the potions classroom. Hagrids Hut maybe? Still we'll get the marvel pack so it would be strange to not release the other ones. But if we get the packs why release a training set . These bricktober packs are truly a mystery.- 8,371 replies

Yeah these are definitely system sets prices. Really excited.

I doubt we'll see Wrecking Ball since he's just recently been introduced, same could be said for Brigitte. Other vehicles could be bastion (kinda) and payloads (of which there are many, one of which is a limousine.) There are indeed tons of cool locations they could use, overwatch is really diversed in its environments. I think the temple of Anubis would be a good guess since Lego likes to put out some Egyptian based sets every few years, there's also the steampunk like version of London which is very cool looking, or even the blizzard world theme park which could include the eagle roller coaster (or whatever it's supposed to be). The settings alone could make this theme highly desirable, I think it's best compared to Johnny Thunder. Then there's the rich cast of characters with lots of different ethnicities, which could be best compared to a regular cmf series since non of them are looking anything like eachother or could be categorised under one theme like wizards or superheroes. Also it seems like the custom Tracers that are out there sells like hotcakes, so I think this theme will do just fine for about 1 or 2 waves.

I don't think it's a rumour. It originated from just people speculating and wishlisting in Instagram comments.

My top 5 minifigures? Hmmm, let's see, I would say: 5. Nearly Headless Nick, he translates so well into minifigure form. It was probably a hard one to make since he had to look like a ghost, but he doesn't use the ghost leg piece like the ghostbusters ghosts, he also couldn't be translucent like the one in game, and still, with the right colours they were able to make him look exactly like the character, 10 times better than the one from the lego games. 4. Mad-Eye Moody, the previous one didn't do the character justice, bad hair, pegleg on the wrong side, terrible face, wrong colours, but this one has a new hair piece, double-moulded legs and even a double-sided face to reveal barty crouch jr. 3. Trelawney, they did everything right with this figure, the previous one didn't look anything like her, but this time they went all out with an amazing hairpiece, they could've easily used the series 9 fortune teller hairpiece but gave us this amazing hairpiece anyways. 2. Michael Gambon Dumbledore, just wow, after years of terrible dumbledores which were basically just the very first one released with a colour swab we finally get a new one, even with a new hair/head combo and a new beard, they could have used the one from the lego movie, but this is just perfection. 1. Hagrid, finally a new Hagrid, I love his new body and hair, so much better than the Jack Stone based one from years ago.- 8,371 replies

So basically, if I buy the entire left side of a full box, I will most likely get almost an entire series including Percival Graves - 4 figures + 2 duplicates?- 8,371 replies
