  1. I found mine at a Fred Meyer in northwest Oregon about a month ago. If you have any Kroger-owned grocery/department stores in your area, that might be your best bet. Good luck. It's been one of the trickiest non-promotional polybags I've ever tried to find.
  2. Sure thing. Not sure I got the best angle of it, but it's a substantial build. And it's super easy to build the mirror image version of it - I didn't have to redesign anything to make it work.
  3. Same here! I was excited to support it and sad to hear it had expired. I hope you'll give it another shot!
  4. Yeah - I can post pictures later. I built one as a mirror image of the other and connected them so that the towers are at the far ends. I think it looks pretty sharp!
  5. Nice! Where’d you find it?
  6. Yes, I imagine just about everything in the UK is becoming more brexpensive.
  7. Taxes aren't included in U.S. pricing.
  8. That Black Panther set has probably already sold 10x what the Tron set will ever sell. The break-even points for each set are wildly different.
  9. I am totally fine with paying a small premium for a set based on a movie franchise that I love dearly but has never been a blockbuster financial success. This is a niche licensed set for a niche audience. I'm delighted that it's being made at all, and I'm happy to support it.
  10. I have zero insider info but agree completely. If the Thanos we got was based on outdated concept art, I doubt another couple of months would have made a difference. Plus, there’s no way a series of Avengers movie sets will omit Hulk. The next Avengers movie is just a year away. We’ll get an updated Thanos then.
  11. Well, either they’re not releasing it in the U.S. in April, or they’re not promoting it on the April U.S. calendar, because that calendar is out for everyone to see, and there’s nothing about the Tron set on it.
  12. No, I'm looking at the U.S. April 2018 calendar, and there's nothing on it about the Tron set.
  13. I'm looking at the back of the April calendar right now, and I don't see anything. What am I missing?
  14. Details? Store? City? Country?
  15. Those are almost certainly there to connect a second Wakandan Wall set, like the LOTR Battle At the Black Gate set. I wouldn't read anything else into that.
  16. I have zero insider information, but I have to wonder if the reason has more to do with not upsetting Disney. I know the character is in the public domain, and any similarities between his design in the Batman comics and the Disney film is due to their common origin in the book's illustrations, but I could see Disney defending their version of the character pretty aggressively.
  17. You're totally right. That'll teach me to post before I've had my second cup of coffee.
  18. Wouldn’t be the first time a CMF series debuted parts that showed up in a licensed line. Fingers crossed!
  19. Are we sure that that doesn't mean "Good Guy Seriously Huge Investment of Parts?"
  20. I've collected the whole line, and I've never paid more than 70% of retail price for any of them. And I haven't had to wait more than a month or two from their on-sale dates. I love the concept, and I'm totally in favor of it, but I've never seen a theme get discounted more steeply or more quickly.
  21. EDIT: Just double-checked the listing, and it has photos of the minifigs and boxes, and it's fulfilled by Walmart, so it appears to be the complete set. But thanks for the heads up!
  22. Black Panther Royal Talon Fighter Attack (76100) is available for 20% off at Walmart in the U.S., but it's listed as "Black Panther Good Guy Vehicle" on the website.
  23. I'd love that, but that seems really, really optimistic. Lego needs much longer than 6-7 months to design a licensed set, get it approved by the licensors, and produce it at the volume they need to support retailers across the globe. Plus, I don't think there's currently any kid-friendly FF or X-men TV shows or movies to help drum up interest. Those characters aren't even in the most recent Lego Avengers game. We're probably at least a year and a half out from any significant FF or X-Men sets.
