  1. noted Also: ARGH! I completely forgot that MTT is of course a CIS vehicle intended to carry lots of battle droids, so I guess it does makes sense it comes with so many. In that case, the inclusion of Aayla and Bly is just a really nice bonus, if you ask me Though, yes, additional figures of the Seperatist/CIS side would have been welcome. So, some more info... Well, not really more as in new, just more confirmation of what we already knew. Though the part about the pauldrons is news and it sounds very interesting! Pauldrons are the shoulder thingies, right, not the hip thingies? Also, nice to hear about the Felucia style side build in the 327th BP! Saves me the trouble of Bricklinking parts and building something myself Regards, Mitch
  2. That sounds somewhat encouraging, at least I believe, so far, the minifig list for the MTT consists of Aayla Secura, Commander Bly and ten (super) battle droids, right? If you don't count BD's as minifigures I realize that doesn't sound like a lot at all, and even then, 10 BD's sounds like a LOT. My estimate is that there will be at least one more minifigure and about 5 battle droids in total, in the end. But yeah, let's not get our hopes up too much Regards, Mitch
  3. Oh, crud, I forgot Marvel CMF's only appear twice a year (at maximum) yeah, by that time no one will be thinking about Ironheart anymore... True, true... Regards, Mitch
  4. Excuse me? What do you mean 'instead of'? Don't you mean 'as well as'? Thank you! About the expected August wave news... We've established SW is one of the last to receive it, but can anyone tell about when we should be getting it? Regards, Mitch
  5. Andor really was an amazing show! Every character arc was properly finished/solved (whatever you wanna call it) and/or lines up with how things will turn out in Rogue One. Though I kinda feel Bail Organa was a little more aggressive than we've seen him so far...? Verbally, that is, of course, but still. It would've been fun to see more of him, indeed. I read somewhere there was an episode written of a horror-style story about him just waking up after being reprogrammed, that might've been cool to see. Regards, Mitch
  6. Yeah, I suppose that makes sense... Oh, well, maybe there will be another Marvel CFM along the line and it could include an Iron Heart version Regards, Mitch
  7. So, with Iron Heart coming up, and a trailer now online... Can we expect any sets based on it? Or at least some comic sets loosely inspired by it? I know there were two minifigs of her in the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever line and that this is a D+ show, but since she's following in the footsteps of, generally, a very popular Marvel character, surely they might do something, at least? Regards, Mitch
  8. Yay, I managed to pre-order the F4 set! I get the difficulty regarding The Thing, but I believe ultimately minifig size is the most accurate, except the hands LEGO uses are still way oversized, which is a shame... Regards, Mitch
  9. Bacara's helmet looks good! Getting slightly more hopeful for the UT-AT/CTT set now Also, really hoping for more August wave pictures coming soon Regards, Mitch
  10. I hear you. I was really disappointed when LSW didn't follow the large stream of LEGO news from almost all themes for both June and August... I know I'm (we're) being impatient, but I'd hoped they'd follow on May the 4th, but that didn't happen either... except maybe three June sets. But, like you, I'm very eager for images of the August sets... Except, unlike you, I already know I'll be poor Having said that; the new Plo Koon is fantastic, and the B1 Battle Droid On S.T.A.P. is actually also quite impressive Regards, Mitch
  11. Ooh, that's actually a great suggestion! Yeah, LEGO really should make/should've made a (dark) brown hairpiece with white streaks... Regards, Mitch
  12. For me, the best year is probably 2013 as well. Lot's of AotC sets and some more SWTOR sets, all of great quality back in that day Regards, Mitch
  13. Woooww, what a wave! There are quite a few surprises, right? I certainly don't recall hearing anything about the Thor vs. Chitauri set (which looks amazing, btw ) or Captain America vs Thanos (which seems kinda random, with the plane and all, but hey) The Spider-Man sets all look very sleek. Interesting characters (love the new hoodpiece on the Hobgoblin), great builds... The Iron Man & War Machine vs. Hammer Drones is a bit odd, build-wise, but somehow I kinda like it. Might pick it up, if anything for the new Mk.VI minifig Regards, Mitch
  14. Right? Hm, yeah.. Maybe I'll give that a try when I have the set Regards, Mitch
  15. This looks very great, indeed! I, too, would like to know if there's an interior Regards, Mitch
  16. Yeah, I was afraid of that Also, regarding Pedro Pascal's mustache... could it be can't shave it off due to some sort of contract for a certain role? Kinda like Henry Cavill's mustache in the reshoot of Justice League... Just saying Regards, Mitch
  17. Yeah, I checked out official images of the movie and noticed the white on the sleeves as well. With SW LEGO this would be solved by just making the entire arm white ((based on what they did with certain clone trooper regiments) but I don't think that would look well, here. Good idea about Paz Vizla's armor! Which reminds me, I've been wondering.. what shade of blue does everyone think the F4 minifigures are? In these pictures, it seems kinda regular blue (which would be nice 'cause I once bought 4 pairs blue legs with white 'boots' in anticipation of F4 LEGO ) but the source material is much lighter blue, right? And I believe LEGO does make that shade of blue as well... Regards, Mitch
  18. Alright, guess I have to take back what I said about skipping the F4 set Galactus looks really great, and I guess the minifigures don't look thaaatt awful. The torsos are definitely the highlight, though not as varying as they should be (I believe). Regards, Mitch
  19. Wow, LEGO really cheaped out on the F4 minifigs, from the sound of it... Might skip this set after all Regards, Mitch
  20. Agreed. Perhaps even something more like a large, central structure and smaller buildings surrounding (but attached) to it. Regards, Mitch
  21. Nooo, not another Turbo Tank Some variety, please, people... Blegh. I suppose it's a cool vehicle and definitely more popular than a UT-AT, but still.. Oh, well. At least it has Commander Bacara and Galactic Marines in one set. Regards, Mitch
  22. The GWP looks very nice. I don't get the robot or whatever it is, but the black pillar is a nice reference to the TCW episode Clone Cadets. The minifigures are of course the highlight and I hope I can get my hands on this set, though that's going to be very difficult, since I don't want any of the upcoming sets as much. Everything I'm looking forward to won't be released till august... Regards, Mitch
  23. Love the look of the Slave 1, colorwise. The shape looks great too, but since I'll be going for the playscale set, I'm not sure it'll get the same accuracy treatment. But if the other one has proper color scheme and everything as well, I'll be very pleased Regards, Mitch
  24. I definitely would not mind a Kamino location for a set, GWP or not, and regardless of the size. If true, this could be even better than the Republic Escape Pod Regards, Mitch
  25. Damn, so many characters in Avengers: Doomsday I'm still a bit concerned for the film, with the way everything's been going lately, but I have some faith since the Russo Brothers are directing, so To be honest, I think a lot of those announced yesterday will only be cameos (or something slightly bigger than that), so I'm afraid we won't see all of these turned into LEGO. Regards, Mitch
