Ok I have to admit the tower itself looks really good. My initial thoughts is that the Quinjet is highly unnecessary, the broken windows where Hulk is holding is too small compared to GG bursting out of the Bugle, and not having an actual Ultron Prime. Also I'm really glad they didn't go beyond 32x32 baseplate.

Rather than have a subpar Quinjet as a sidebuild, I'd rather they spend the parts budget on transparent technic beams (new piece) so you can integrate the recent Quinjet with Avenger's Tower. The Leviathan, I would want to see more before commenting but I wouldn't mind seeing built-in dmg, i.e. Ultron bursting out ala Green Goblin on one floor and Leviathan side swiping broken windows on another LOL

LEGO needs to spend the necessary investment to formulate and produce non-yellowing white pieces.

It'll be a huge disappointment if LEGO doesn't include a damaged print on the helmet/mask to go with the damaged chest.

I desperately need a Loki diorama set. Both S01 and S02 are filled with amazing moments and set pieces. Also, Loki deserves far more attention it's the only well written and well acted show. Every other D+ or Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Punisher show pales in comparison. It's also covering wasted opportunity, inefficiency and bad product decisions with the 4x Chitauri, chariot and "Quinjet". Don't think its a written rule but LEGO designers often design bloat into sets to justify the budgeted final price.

Yea, it also doesn't help that X-Jet will be Hoopty lvl in absurd pricing. Hopefully LEGO accounts for this in their sales forecasting, as it's pretty much guaranteed not to sell well based on pricing alone.

It doesn't help that the product design of the current X-Men'97 sets have been terrible... buildable Wovlerine and Woverine Gauntlet both overpriced and trash. Really hope the Marvel team can design something worth buying.

This topic is fading to obscurity, but as the resident cynic I am here to boost it LEGO willingly chooses to have set minifigs inferior to CMF minifigs in quality and detail. I'm sure costs is part of the equation, however, more important is maintaining the value proposition of the CMF product.

It's a safe bet that set minifigs will always be noticeably less detailed than any CMF fig. Wanda and Spiderman are good examples. Same will apply with Wolverine, Storm, and Beast.

The old Ultron Mark 1 is better in almost every way except the new leg mould. The new head lacks distinctive smile/mouth features, not having a red shoulder/pauldron is a huge miss, also not sure why they decided not to have alternating arm colours... adds so much more detail and colour breakup without adding to its costs. Overall disappointed in the downgrade and it means we're likely not getting a normal Ultron which desperately needs a reprint.

The Wasp was always a good minifig, glad she's included since she's quite pricey on Bricklink the last time I checked. That said, arm and leg printing would've gone a long way.

As someone that works in product development, every component has an opportunity and actual cost. Many of you seem to be suffering from short term memory but it's worth reminding that the Bugle designer provided a lot of insight into the minifig selection process. Read up on the designer's notes on how they were able to add Daredevil to the Bugle and why "random" civies were chosen. Regardless, I wouldn't necessarily label most of them as random considering they're pretty major characters in Spiderman, and are far more valuable than generic chitauri. Yes it's a waste of minifig slots or if you want to get pedantic a complete waste of parts budget.

Oof hoping this rumour is really offbase: 1. Wong - Why? He has next to no association with Avenger's Tower, I'm guessing it's a random civie minifig that might be Asian 2. 4x Chitauri - insert Michael Scott "No God no!". A complete of waste of minifig slots. The UCS tower should absolutely be including major villains - Red Skull, Loki, Winter Soldier/Bucky, or Zenmo. For comparison the Daily Bugle included zero fodder and included Green Goblin, Venom, Carnage, Mysterio, and Sandman. 3. Thor is a founding Avenger's member and will probably be included, this gives me hope that this rumour is false.

Age of Apocalypse/Amazing X-Men is probably my favourite universe... but I have doubts LEGO will ever visit this period. While not R-rated like Deadpool with gore and profanity, it does have a bit of sex/suggestive themes LOL. If I recall, Quicksilver is actually leader of the X-Men and the Sentinels are quite brutal.

They might give us the Hulk mech minifig instead That said the reprint of the Thanos bigfig gives me some hope.

Bugle technically has 4 sidebuilds... Sandman, Green Goblin Glider, Spider Buggy and the Taxi. Hopefully Avenger's Tower will implement the sidebuilds tastefully. I would love to see an Ultron breakout section similar to Green Goblin, not a fan of static buildings without built-in action scenes.

The Lego 3D builder app is brutal... first time using it to build Venomized Groot and it just wasn't a good experience. Bloated with slow animations and not ideal for smartphones, literally could feel my phone (Galaxy S21) overheating to the point where I had to take off my case and take somewhat frequent breaks to close the app. Might be a lot better on tablets, but there really just needs to be a digital PDF if LEGO wants to cut cost and save on printing.

I actually want more Venom minifigs ... only have the one from the Daily Bugle

Oh no not another one, the No Way Home ship has long past sailed... I don't even want the NWH Final Battle set. Please just give us some sets for Across the Spiderverse, need to have Spiderman 2099 and Scarlet Spider.
