  1. Awesome, thanks! Of all the annoying ad things they've come up with, this is by far the worst. I miss the old internet...
  2. Against better judgement I clicked on the grey banner a few times to see if I can find some origin. You get a mini page with ad, AI nonsense, and then the same ad. It’s not related to the ad that’s always at the bottom of the page. The banner title text can change while the page is open, so I will try to see if I can see some associated requests. I’m now getting them on pretty much every page now, it’s super annoying.
  3. It’s an ad by “Chatconnect”. In the below screenshot barely readable under the standard ad control buttons in the top-right:
  4. @aFrInaTi0n I noticed it only today, but I’m not a daily visitor. Oddly enough, they’re now gone. I wonder if it was an ad that was injecting them.
  5. I’m getting very annoying Google Gemini popups and annotations: as I’m only getting them here, I suspect it’s a site setting or an ad that’s doing this. If so, can it please be turned off?
  6. I like your buses, always follow the builds. I feel that you can do better with the wheel arches. They look very basic with a very wide spacing between wheel and panels. Perhaps with a more advanced steering geometry and parts that are not bricks you can get it a bit tighter?
  7. In just want to say this project is absolutely frickin’ awesome. I have many of your builds in my to-do list and you’re not making that list any shorter.
  8. Amazing! Nice videos too! I like how you -literally- framed the explanation of the mechanisms.
  9. Very impressive, good geometry on the bucket! I’m surprised the L-motor can propel this monster. Did you have drawings or photos of the real model to work from? It looks a bit narrow, but maybe that’s just what it looks like.
  10. It would be cool if you could make the figure actually press the weight, maybe with some crank mechanism.
  11. I love retro computing and have made some simple emulators for work in the past, but this seems a big undertaking. I admit not knowing anything about interface A, so quick a primer would help in assessing the feasibility of such a project. In any case, how do you envision “closing the loop”, making sensors react to things moved by motors?
  12. Do we need yet another topic to complain about the number of cars in the lineup? Among the dedicated MOC topics currently on page 1 of this subforum, I count 12 cars, 2 trucks, 1 truck/crane, 1 combine harvester and 1 robotic arm. I can’t blame LEGO for concluding that people like cars.
  13. Really cool model, and awesome video!
