I have to agree with you about Black Widow, at least for the face. When did Selina Kyle join the Avengers? Wrong comic book universe, Lego. I have to say that I disagree with you on Hawkeye and Thor, though. I find Hawkeye boring. The face and torso are unexciting to me. While Thor, on the other hand, looks at least decent but I do wish his armor was better detailed. Do the set pictures now confirmed that the Tony Stark head is just a somewhat changed Jack Sparrow head?

I bought the new TIE at Wal-Mart Sunday, since its actually $5 cheaper than Lego there. Target has it at $50 too but Wal-Mart is closer to me. Overall, the whole time at the store took around 10-15 minutes. Most of the time was at the register. The set itself is quite bigger than I thought it would be, which is nice. I did have a little kid moment when I purposely dropped it on the floor and pieces shattered everywhere. That was a pleasant experience.

What about Leia as the singer?

I think the timing is right for these magnet sets. They should be released when the actual sets with these figures are in stores, unlike the "new" Star Wars magnet sets.

Robot Chicken has really "destroyed" any hope I had for Dengar. This sneak peek has made him out to be a decent character but I just hope he isn't just a throwaway character appearance and we get to see more of him later. What I want to see now is Zuckuss and 4-LOM making an appearance.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned the Black Tron logo on CM-3 Space Villain, but there's that and a ton of references to previous themes in Space Police III, like the Octan logos on the Skull Twins' jackets.

I went into Target today just to see if they had anything new/interesting and saw that the new Tie Fighter is being sold for $49.99. That's less than what Lego sells it at ($54.99). I just thought everyone should know.

I just hope they somehow explain why Speed Demon has hands in the back and are holding those gold sword/spikes. Its really part that sticks out for me and looks un-attractive. I also want to see what he looks like off the bike unless he is one with the bike.

I would love to make this myself and keep it displayed on a shelf. Can you post directions and a parts list?

The Yoda in the poster is a cross between CW Yoda and the original one. The eyes are less pronounce and I don't really see hair on the back of the head. This "new" Yoda would be gladly welcomed in my collection if it ever sees the light of day.

Wow, that is amazing. I was skeptical with Clones Wars bringing in Chewie and his lackluster appearance/role but this trailer shows that Maul is a pivotal player in these episodes instead of just a random encounter.

Or posting a link for the episode (in English, preferably) would be great too.

Look at the Y-Wing and the green interceptor from this year. The boxes say that they come with hard to find figures. At least from my experience and little bit of research, Lego puts Hard to Find on retail store exclusives. In the US that would be TRU, Target, and Walmart. On a different note, has anyone noticed that there are a lot of Target exclusives in the summer sets? From my frequent visits to Target, they have a pretty pitiful Lego/construction toy aisle at least compared to TRU, where they have at least one full aisle of Lego, while some bigger TRUs even have 2 aisles devoted just to Lego.

When I get the motivation, I was going to put the robot in Olivia's Workshop as another project she has created, along with the robot from series 1 and some random Star Wars droids I can get my hands on. Could someone show me how the mechanic's hair looks on the genie? Or if that doesn't work, does anyone know what other hair could work for the genie to be Genie from Aladdin?

That looks great! It doesn't come off as really blocky like the official Lego version. Nice job!

It was a great turnout yesterday and I gave out all the whole sets that my store received for the event. I had brought some of my own collection into the store so people could see some of the new figures in person. I had 2 friends sets, Olivia's Workshop and Emma's Design Studio, new Star Wars, Superheroes, CM 6, Harry Potter, PotC, and Nijago figs out. They were a real hit. Due to the huge success of this event, we may even make our own events for our store. Since I'm basically the store's event coordinator I can even choose what our personal events will be. Next Saturday will probably be something Star Wars related.

When I ran the Cars event back in the fall, I let anyone grab a set if they were respectful for the kids around them and if there was no one else there, I would let someone take an extra because we had so many. I just hope this runs as smooth as the previous event. Everyone that can so come by for this since its actually for a cause.

Thor hammer, Wolverine claws and CMF designs for Dracula and Frank makes this theme look like a trash bin of parts from other themes. Not like that's a bad thing.

What an epic creation/mod!! Now if only Fangz was more like this in real life...
