  1. Their entire customer service phone center seems to be in the UK btw (well, that's where phone calls seem to end), I wonder if the Brexit is gonna affect that.
  2. They're even findable in plenty of colors if you don't care them not being official. But if you've never played with that part, don't get your hopes too high, they're not that useful, there is zero rotation possible, and some clips (like clip+bar) don't even fit onto them. They're pretty much limited to hands and thin robot arms.
  3. With this new dish not looking necessary at all to the Friends set it's found in What are the chances it has been designed for an upcoming AT-ST? Especially when the 2021 SW sets have been scaled down a little, and this is 4x4 while it should ideally be 5x5. But with 4 studs, you can stick a 3x3 technic disk in-between them, something you couldn't do with the old 4x4 dish (which got a hollow stud update in 2020 btw), so it looks perfect for that. Meaning: yeah +1 for a 2021 Endor set, I guess.
  4. doesn't matter, it means it has been produced in large quantities months ago, thus it's already known that it will be in stock one day or another
  5. Nah, I remember having spotted it in a set before I even knew the beekeeper's spray wasn't a new part but just it+a coffee cup. Searching again, it's also appearing in this monkey kid set: https://brickset.com/sets/80023-1/Monkie-Kid-s-Team-Quadcopter
  6. Yeah, aside from the printed Mario tiles, they will all eventually be sold.. but it could be tomorrow or in 3 months.. I'm glad I "went chinese" for some of those I was interested in, I for ex already own 1x1 upwards brackets in LBG & bricks with studs on 2 sides in DBG, I don't need to wait for Lego who doesn't want my money. (and as an added bonus, the clone brick with studs on 2 sides has a hollow stud on top, the way Lego should have done it)
  7. I would suspect everything is in the system way before we're allowed to see it. When placing phone orders, operators see a lot of stuff we're not seeing, they can even tell that a recolor is gonna be released months later & in which sets.
  8. I have no life and I'm checking new sets in B&P, they're there! (but missing many parts. Usually they're listed but not available, they're just not listed at all) Edit: not worth it for now, many sets, nothing of what I was waiting for is even listed. Most likely the new parts are flagged to appear at a later date.
  9. Not counting the store-specific rules, that's often the most annoying part. You generally find 95% of your parts in 2 or 3 stores where they're cheap, and for the last 5% you have to deal with those "min order 20eur, 2eur/lot, only shipping insured, 2eur handling fee, +5% paypal" sellers, who happen to be the only ones to have one of the rare parts in your list.
  10. On one hand you have those who provide legit parts but are way out of price (because gathering parts costs, and MOCs are never optimized for cost), but you're probably better finding the shop that has all parts, from the Studio app, and order from it - not the cheapest way to order parts but still cheaper. On the other hand you have the chinese who are by far the cheapest & easiest option, but of course they steal MOCs (you can still buy the instructions if you feel guilty) and while these days clone parts are mostly good, they will not care and you'll always be missing parts. I don't think there's a future for easily buying MOCs in a legit way with real LEGO parts, purely for costs reasons. I think it will have to go for clone parts, but through someone serious who does quality control (& goes for genuine Lego where clones suck). Even if LEGO hadn't cancelled what the LDD was for (ordering your MOC from within the app), it would still limit MOCs to parts currently in production, filtering out most of MOC's I guess. Still, it would be nice to be able to easily order say 80% of a MOC's parts through LEGO. Looks like the double of what real LEGO sets would cost, which ok still isn't that bad, and I understand where the costs come from. But combine that with MOCs never optimized for costs, if most of them are above 1000eur, it limits the market even more, & thus will keep prices high. It think it can only remain a niche, when you consider that china can produce them for at least 8x cheaper, one has to be a *real* fan of LEGO & the MOC itself to consider it.
  11. The rejected one that I really want is the T-rex (& I can only hope it's not gonna be rejected for good because of Lego's own that sucks) https://ideas.lego.com/projects/04deb275-9fd2-4e8a-9ca6-ebf44a6ac45d/updates#content_nav_tabs Sadly the last Designer Program showed that they were only interested in proper, solid builds, and I assume that it's built like a MOC and our only chance to ever get one is China.
  12. Used to be, but it's hard now. An inexperienced operator might add them for you, but they may be cancelled (even though in my last order they haven't been cancelled, but it has been only partially shipped). If it's the wheels you're after, I'd try Bricklink instead.
  13. I'm building it right now and it's really a great built full of tricks. But it saddens me that what I wish was printed, isn't (like the license plates, which were prints on the small version), and what should be stickers, is actually printed! Indeed, I was expecting the no-ghost logo on the doors to be stickers, and thus to be able to complete the curve & put the sticker over the door - something that Lego bans from their design (sticker over assembly) but that I'm totally ok to do here. But it's a print!, so no hacking on the doors I'm afraid :(
  14. Yeah it (67811) is not in Studio yet I'm afraid. But can already be found on Bricks&Pieces.
  15. A part to consider for the side rings: while this old wheel sucks as a support because it's too thin & offers no friction for clips ..the new (larger) one from the Ecto 1 really does and is an amazing base for cylindrical stuff, with more room around.
  16. Well it's the only no-price item that got cancelled in my order, the other ones got a price, and another one was initially cancelled by the operator, an unprinted white skull part. So at that stage they knew at least one of them was impossible to get. I had only ordred 4 wand boxes, knowing such a special part wouldn't be cheap. The strange ones are still the gold-plated ones. I wouldn't have dared to order dozens, and yet they're still there sitting at 2 cents, regularly back in stock. And no one has paid more for them.
  17. I know, I've had it happen with wrongly-priced items as well. And actually, checking my order again, it went from 0 (operator initially said 27eur, minus my 20eur coupon, and ended up giving me the rest for the 1 hour of waiting) to 16eur. And I see they've cancelled 6306752 (the cup), the one that still has no price. Great. So yeah, when Lego tells you they give stuff for free for whatever technical reason, it's rarely true.
  18. Funny, I ordered some parts by phone on monday, they weren't available on B&P, now most of them are, so maybe they were forced to put a price on them. I was kinda forced to order by phone because they were offering half-priced 20eur coupons, only the online ones were already out of stock. The operator had so many troubles with the website (1hour 20min on the phone!), most likely because of the no-price parts. So, here are the other ones that I ordered & that are now available: 35480 (1x2 rounded plate) in blue 73873 (1x2 printed console) 18747 (rollerskate) in tan (I also had 68504 in my order but it still doesn't show a price) Also, new sets available: 40416, 21165, 21166, 21167 & 10276 (colosseum) probably the last 3, now out of stock
  19. For what it's worth, "40337 Microscale Gingerbread House" has just appeared (but no other set), but with no new parts. It says 2019 so it's old (but new addition to brickwatch), but I hadn't seen it. Was that an old gift?
  20. The Ecto-1 (+ Sesame Street that was already there, + some Mindstorms extensions), but not the Colosseum nor the asian sets yet.
  21. Some sets/parts have appeared. Also, the 2-cent gold parts like the slopes are back in stock, for some reason. Surely the price can't be a mistake, by now.
  22. The ones we got in brown in the Mickey/Minnie set, most likely. Looks cool enough. But it's missing a slight slant on the top section, that even the small one features. So the top looks a bit blocky.
  23. -it wasn't released (to the public) -it's not a real vehicle, a flaw in the design isn't gonna kill people (toys can still hurt kids and I'm sure Lego takes that more seriously)
