Disney Properties 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
sunhuntin replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Same, but it would have to be based off the original animated movie, or the musical. I have no interest in anything to do with the live action release. Minifigures from the musical would actually be very interesting, and something I would love. -
Three more sets available from April 26: http://www.brickfinder.net/2021/03/30/lego-minions-rise-gru-april-26/?fbclid=IwAR0xDa2yMKf2YdBC0miU9WNTUzPeQwAl7lXoYczRn07f3EbTmyvCndOBuZA

Mine just arrived about half an hour ago. Now to decide if I build it, or give it to mum to build...

They weren't in the NZ VIP area when I ordered. A shame, as they are cute!
-
Ordered my set early this morning with the VIP early access. Added a VIdiyo Beatbox for the free shipping, and then redeemed a voucher to the same value as the Beatbox. That brought me down to .1c below the cost of the Pooh set, plus free GWP rabbit house and Vidiyo sticker sheet.

Thank you! Been trying to see how many there are so far.

My box order matched the one in the image that is circulating. Sorry for the bad news. :( That was the first thing I checked when I opened the box.
-
Opened a box of the figs, and some of the same characters had different tiles. Some only had one, others two. So I ended up with 14 more different tiles than expected. Also, mine all came with the same code on the tape.

Oh boy, I am in sooo much trouble! The set looks incredible!! So glad they did right by Eeyore, and they didn't cheap out on Rabbit either.
-
Just ordered a box of the figures from one of my favourite stores. They had a good discount, and it means I am guaranteed a full set. The beat boxes I will wait to find locally.

I am another who enjoys the "feels", working out what on earth it is I am feeling when it's not obvious. Surprisingly enough, my worst feeling experience was at the LEGO shop. I disliked being right at the counter and had too many distractions. I was still able to do it, but did not attempt a full set. I left that until I found them at another retail store which keeps the box in the LEGO aisle.

Other companies do blind boxes, and what happens is they get ripped open in-store and the contents strewn all over the shelves. Yes, it happens with the CMF bags as well, but no where near as often.
-
Oh, that's a good point! I think it was the smile coupled with the one big eye, very Pleakly-ish to me.
-
Looks like the N-Pop girl has found a new sport. As for the alien, I finally figured out who he reminds me of... Pleakly from Lilo and Stitch.

A new polybag has leaked. Bob with robot arms. #30387

I would love to see interior of the ship, especially the grand staircase, boiler rooms, turkish baths etc. But then, I would also be keen to see a sunken version of her. I love seeing photos from dives that reveal how much is still intact, and what has vanished. Most recently was the crow's next, theoretically removed by a team of "treasure hunters" [grave robbers]

Not Princess, but Mickey and Minnie Brick-sketches can be seen in the usual place. -
If you go this link and scroll down you will find the smaller MOC. Friscorays has already posted the Brickman one. https://sunstomyandfriends.weebly.com/lego-shows.html

I have seen two MOCs of Titanic in recent years. Last year, a show had a display that featured Titanic and some other ships that showed the relay of ice warning and SOS telegraphs. Strangely, no Carpathia on the table. Another was minifig scale and built by Brickman, a certified professional, and showed the ship mid-break, with her stern in the air, with decks and water filled with minifigures. It also showed the break, and had cabins etc visible between the walls of the ship. Neither came across as distasteful or disrespectful towards the victims or the survivors. Personally, I would love to buy one, and would also like to see a representation of how she looks today, after almost 110 years under water.

I am not sure where to post this, so mods please move if needed. I recently picked up train set 182, missing all but 2 of the stickers. Has anyone used this website for replacements? LEGO stickers - 182 Train Set with Motor ( 1975 ) - SpareStickers Many thanks.

All good. We live in New Plymouth, so was just luck we were up there on holiday and they had the bears in. Let me know if you change your mind.

Went to the Newmarket store [Auckland, New Zealand] and they had the new teddy bear costume. Put together six. Was hoping to not miss out of that figure, so was pleased to see it was in stock.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 21. Rumors and discussion
sunhuntin replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
The jaguar reminds me so much of the giant living statue from the movie Road to El Dorado. A must buy purely for that alone. -
Thank you! Such a great idea, and nice representation from the cartoon.
