    Really good review ! I juz started technic a year ago and being a construction fan, my first was the 42009. Then I came to know that it had 2 previous precursors and when I wanted to get my hands on them, the prices didn't allow me to. So I'll juz have to settle for photos of them :)

    Nice build. I am always curious about how the strings attached to lift the boom. Would like some advice on that.

    I am looking forward to the finished product. Didn't get a chance to own the 8258 so hopefully I am able to get my hands on another 42009 to build this beast if the instructions become available.
