  1. xD I wish you luck. Hopefully we get those pieces in varying colours eventually
  2. 7 Skull Warriors seems like a lot... Hoping for pics when you get them all, would like to see how they all look as an army :3 Have any plans for the new bones?
  3. True... could maybe see a polybag happen, though not sure what it would be from
  4. Believe all the sets that are coming out this year in terms of Marvel have been revealed
  5. To be fair the sequel will probably also include given in most versions he has an Infinity Gem, so will likely be the owner of an Infinity Gem this time around. We probably will get a movie-verse Nova figure, given i would'nt be too suprised if he is introduced in GOTG3
  6. Indeed, though i would look into extra costs that may occur so you dont get caught out. I wish you luck getting them though :3 Personally i'm waiting for the online release as have some VIP points that will expire soon that i want to spend :P
  7. Carnage due to level of detail. Though my favourite of the year is probably the Ultron drones
  8. Not sure what is up with the assembly required - but thats hilarious xD As for the summer sets, they are and have been on Amazon (Atleast the UK version) for about a week now. Not sure why you could'nt find them :s - Slicer - Warrior - Scorpio - Basher - Grinder (Hopefully the links work for you)
  9. Really like the Captain America and Quicksilver busts, think they came out the best :3
  10. Personally i am still confused as to why Skull Scorpio is referred to as being 'created' by Skull Grinder. Does that mean that Skull Scorpio isnt a natural creature? or is it simply implying that Grinder resurrected him? It's complicated even more if we believe the comics which show that their is more than one Skull Scorpio, how many are there? Did Grinder create/resurrect them all? "Enter the dark burial ground of the ancient city to search for lost masks of power with Skull Scorpio! This evil creation of Skull Grinder is a fierce enemy for anyone who gets in its way. If you encounter LEGO Bionicle heroes underground, press the trigger on the tail to unleash the stinger with hook blades. Then pick up their elemental masks in the gripping pincers to give Skull Scorpio even more poisonous power!" Similar situation with Skull Warrior as there seems to be an army of him
  11. I think you can mod that a bit by extending or shortening the pole that attaches to the button. Just a matter of experimenting. With me it didnt have much of an issue holding, just that when opening the hatch to put the bike in, it would occasionally trigger the button, so i ended up lowering it.
  12. Getting the same vibe as you mentioned here, odd for a Skeleton to wear a mask to cover his skeleton face that is actually another skull. Hopefully summer gives some answers, though i feel trying to explain to kids that the Skull Villains wear the skulls of their victims might be a little too dark to openly admit
  13. Ah, thanks for that, must have missed it given all the varied descriptions
  14. Doubt we will ever get sets based directly of the comics... so unless they get a tv show/cartoon/movie i would'nt get your hopes too high for actual sets. SDCC exclusives seems the only chance of getting more. -- As a side note, its interesting how the all-new Avengers is pretty much the exact same characters who have been in the Avengers before just with minor altercations to who is filling the role. Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, The Vision, Ms. Marvel, Nova and Spider-Man would'nt sound as exciting i guess. To me its still the same roles being filled, would have helped having a brand new member of the Avengers rather than changing the characters who fill each role.
  15. So i've seen this discussed by a few people, however i'm wondering whether people view the Skull masks of the Skull gang and the Skull Spiders as actual masks or simply a lack of a mask? When you collect the masks from these skull villains, do you think of them as masks or skulls? E.g. Do you view the Skull Grinder's face as actually being a Skull or is he just wearing a mask that looks like a skull. --- Also, is the catalogue release dates for a specific location. Seems a bit silly if the UK for example has the sets available now at Lego stores yet wont be available online until August?
  16. Ah, have to agree on that :P Wonder if we will even get a Doctor Strange set... Civil War is understandable as its got all the Avengers, but not sure about the other films ><
  17. From my very limited knowledge of Strange, i thought the idea was that his hands were damaged so much that he could barely use them for anything which was his reason for learning magic in order to help. Is this one have a different origin, as he seems fine with the axe? :s
  18. A couple of websites have them at the moment, including Amazon and Smyths. Living in a similar area i dont believe that Birmingham has a Lego store unfortunately. Used to be one in the Bullring however it closed down a while back, most of them are on the outskirts. Depending on the location you could probably travel to one of them, would suggest using a store locator.
  19. Not interested in the Sam Wilson cap - and it lacks a lot of printing and detail. So much that i'm not even bothered that i will likely never own that set.
  20. Maybe we'll get him in a Defenders set when that show is out
  21. I think the idea is that they will use stick to the gearbox for most the sets and occasionally experiment with non-gearbox methods such as the case with Basher. Hopefully we see more variation of the functions
  22. Those gaps 0_0 http://i.imgur.com/ITpztRc.jpg
  23. Could always be brought back after Infinity War... keep your hopes up :P
  24. I can see Black Widow finally getting a cheaper set after all this time, though i doubt Vision would because he's only been recently introduced and i'd guess they may be sprucing him up to give us a more accurate figure after the complaints.
  25. Some speculated briefly that because the version shown on the activity book looked slightly more gold than the close-up version that it may have been a solid gold coloured mask. Same here, i viewed it as very old armour that had been worn down by battle. Definitely would'nt call it torn cloth but can understand how the original toy fair reports got that idea.
