Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion

He's making a valid point. Lego portrayed her with a bit of skin near the necklace in the past. Makes no sense for no definining aspect between the black pieces of her printing. -

Eh... should have done something with it though so the necklace stands out. -

She has the dual molded legs which is something, but the necklace still looks like a 'power' button and she's missing the skin to give it definition, feels unfinished. -

Head should be similar, but probably a different colour. Torso should be different design. Can see the arms and legs having a somewhat similar build You say that, but I can easily see them using a similar concept to this where the mech head also fits over the minifigure head and then the chest sort of closes around the figure, sort of like a more refined version of this design: I think chances are they avoided producing sets for the Disney+ shows because of remarks about sets not being accurate for Endgame. It's unlikely Lego would show them a full range of locations, vehicles or options for them to choose from for the Disney+ shows and let them know how much screentime they get in the series. Chances are that Disney was only willing to provide them with the finalised design for the characters going under the viewpoint that Disney themselves, via the 'Marvel Must Haves' would be the ones to reveal the figures to prevent the new costumes/characters leaking prior. The only exception would be 'What If' as they revealed that aspect fully in trailers. As such it simply made more sense for Lego to prioritise replicating the characters in the CMF wave than risk a potentially innacurate set or a set based off something that barely appears in the shows that nobody would really want and would wind up bricklinking the figures for -

Not sure why they bothered with Mantis... head is the same, torso is different but not notably better or worse - though it may actually be slightly less accurate as it includes a belt I don't think she wore Iron Monger Mech is 479 pieces What If set is 369 pieces Either they have a lot new molded pieces, license fee works differently or perhaps we'll get a big fig - either way it speaks to a different design for the mech so it's not going to be an exact copy. -

If you are on about the stories - they are references to WandaVision, TF&TWS and Loki - with the fourth story being the reveal of the Disney+ CMF Series having characters from those three shows and 'What If'. Earliest info we had on it was that 12 seemed like the most likely, but we did not get confirmation. Would work off '12' at the moment. I doubt this will be the only CMF Disney+ Wave we get, this will open the floodgates and Lego will hopefully see the demand for Marvel figures. It'd make sense for us to get a CMF Disney+ series every year, unless they change format and provide us with more Disney+ sets, but I think they have went with CMF as they likely realised it would make more sense to just provide the figures than attempt to replicate a location. Disney+ CMF 2021: WandaVision, TF&TWS, Loki, What If season 1 Disney+ CMF 2022: Ms Marvel, Hawkeye, Moon Knight, She-Hulk Disney+ CMF 2023: Secret Invasion, Iron Heart, Armor Wars, What If Season 2? -

Dang well thanks for clarifying it's not confirmed Admittedly while Bucky has a new outfit, I'd rather get a different character than him so this potentially frees up a spot. -

If they are not boxed, best option is to feel OR to maybe attend a Lego store when they first release - sometimes they have the figures opened or sorted on the first day. At least they did near me last year. Bricklink could work, but they'll likely be expensive. Scarlet Witch especially - though admittedly she may show up in the Doctor Strange 2 sets. -

Yeah, would kinda forget about that honestly. We'll know sooner or later and we have more to speculate on with the CMF series - we have also seemingly got confirmation we are getting Bucky included somewhere via Brick Clicker... so it does not really matter if the torso is legitimate or not if we are going to be getting a figure regardless. Perhaps they meant the similar heads? Both are very similar to the Mark 1 and likely use that as inspiration for the design. The 'What If' version is likely Howard's first Iron Man suit, or a variant of it given the 'C-15' marking. -

Time to speculate Chances are the 'What If' set is just going to be a slightly smaller version of the Iron Monger set. The piece count is lower which is interesting. Agent Carter Captain America/Steve Rodgers Unknown figure serving as a rival character for them to fight Moving onto the WandaVision/TF&TWS/Loki/What If inspired CMF Series, my picks are the following: Scarlet Witch (New Crown/Episode 9 costume) White Vision Agatha Harkness (Includes Darkhold) Falcon (Wings, new outfit and Redwing Drone piece) Bucky (Includes Shield) Zemo (Mask/Helmet) Loki (Hair/Crown molded piece) Villain from Loki Supporting character from Loki Black Panther as Starlord (Star Lord Mask variant) The Watcher Howard The Duck I'm taking the disappointment from sources about the lack of a US Agent figure to mean that it's unlikely he's in the CMF series I've disregarded Zombie Cap because most the torso is undamaged and it'd probably wind up like the spoilered image below (in which case it'd just be a new head piece and nothing else) and while Evil Doctor Strange is interesting his costume is effectively the same just in a different lighting because his red chaos magic. I think Black Panther as Starlord would allow for a unique costume and for them to give us a T'Challa head piece along with a variant of Starlords' helmet, even if personally I find that to be the weakest concept being explored in 'What If'. I don't feel any character we have seen from Loki so far would be suited for the CMF series, they all look kinda bland - though we have rumors of characters such as Kid Loki, Lady Loki and Loki namedropping Heimdall so any of those would be welcome - especially Heimdall. -

Fulcrum has confirmed also that the set is based on 'What If' and focus around Agent Carter & Steve's Mech - so chances are it's similar to the Iron Monger Mech set (2 or 3 figures seem likely) piece count is 369. The CMF series is apparently covering WandaVision, TF&TWS, Loki and What If -

That's why we don't discuss it, and instead take the attention towards things that are more legitimate - such as several sources reacting to it and saying things like "I guess the only thing we can be certain of is a new Bucky minifig is coming :laugh_hard:" which combined with the Bohner pics (Lol, Boner pics) seem to imply it's in the CMF series. -

I think this takes the cake as the wildest leak season... over 220 pages and everything is still throwing us for a loop I think it's clear from sources reactions that while the torso may or may not be legit, we are definitely getting Bucky. The fact they are analysing it so hard and even the comments here... they definitely know we are getting Bucky but they are unsure if this is part of the Bucky we are getting As for the arm, it is not black and it has printing, unsure why people thought the arm was black? I feel recent remarks from sources seem to be implying that WandaVision and TF&TWS will be represented in the CMF series somehow - it's possible that one of the other Disney+ themes will be represented there also. They may not be exclusive though, the Disney+ set could admittedly still be based on WandaVision or TF&TWS with some of the figures locked into the CMF series. With that said, Loki is still my pick for the Disney+ set. He seems like a more popular character and while we do not know much, it's likely that Heimdall and potentially Thor will be featured in some form in the show (And as such in the set) given his remarks in the trailer. -

When we had a previous fake leaker on here, other sources called them out. I feel Bohner as such is either one of the sources we already know under a pseudonym or someone the sources here are familiar with or trust to an extent also. Personally I would not be surprised if our constant remarks about CM4Sci have summoned him in the form of Ralph, especially seeing as previously CM4Sci was the only one to mention Scarlet Witch getting any Lego figure which Ralph is now implying is in the CMF series That's kinda logical though, expectations were raised via something new being teased and then it was revealed that it's not happening - as such its natural people get frustrated and doubt it. If the information we got about Black Panther having a helmet/cowl is incorrect, then it may mean other information is incorrect if it came from a similar source. It's an initial gut reaction to the information being revealed as innacurate, that's all it is - doubt of something they thought was a sure thing. Admittedly the 'rotating head' aspect was mentioned by Promobricks also, so that means it's unlikely to be false, but it still means that other aspects we were previously made aware of may not be factual and that should be taken into account. -

With WandaVision & TF&TWS seemingly confirmed for the CMF series, that means the Disney+ set is likely either Loki or 'What If' themed. -

I'd argue Loki is a more popular character and has appeared in more films so would be more likely - but have we definitely ruled out the set being based on 'What If' ? -

Would probably just be US Agent, Falcon, Bucky, Zemo and Flag Smasher then... unless Power Broker winds up being a large role in the finale -

Makes perfect sense honestly, the appeal of the Disney+ shows is the characters and it'd be tricky to warrant making a set for each of the Disney+ themes when the characters are taken from different episodes with entirely different settings. Having the first CMF series focusing on new or exclusive versions of the characters from the Disney+ shows as opposed to being legacy MCU themed would allow them appeal to fans of the prior media along with the newer media. I also feel we have quite a roster of characters that people would like such as: Scarlet Witch, White Vision, Agnes/Agatha, Billy, Tommy, 'Pietro', Monica, Falcon, Bucky, Zemo, US Agents, Hoskins, Loki, etc... would make more sense to do a set based on the safest one of these brands (Either WandaVision or TF&TWS) and for the CMF series to cover the other two and potentially some of 'What If' I also think people seem to ignore that most of the missing figures we have are from Thor films: Malekith, Kurse, Skruge, Surtur, Dark Elves, Odin, Frigga, Sif, Volstagg, Fandral, Hogun, Destroyer, etc... If you end up doing a CMF series based on missing MCU characters, it's going to wind up primarily being Thor characters Yeah, Loki was meant to be out in May I think - so it's entirely possible that 'What If' was meant to have finished airing prior to September for the CMF to be based around that. -

If they go the released Disney+ show route: Scarlet Witch (Crown piece) White Vision Agatha (With Darkhold) Billy Tommy Falcon (Could go with one of his new variant outfits with his wings and Red Wing Bucky (Last time we got his figure was a hard to collect minifigure set) Zemo (Could include his mask) US Agent (Could include the Shield) Loki Unknown Loki character Unknown Loki character -

If she's thrown into the CMF series, then it's probably a Disney+ CMF Series that would most likely cover WandaVision, TF&TWS, Loki and potentially an aspect of 'What If' - with one of these getting some representation in the Disney+ set also or instead of the CMF. If it's based on 'What If', we don't really have much to go off as potential characters beyond these - which admittedly would make for an awesome CMF series, but I know many are only interested in the main MCU and would probably skip this series. The Watcher Captain Peggy Carter (With Shield) T'Challa (With Star Lord Helmet) Zombie Cap Howard the Duck Evil Doctor Strange Other characters are included in the trailer, but it'd be the ones with variants we'd wind up getting. -

Black Cat figure is disappointing - I guess it makes sense to skimp on that figure in terms of printing, but that upper torso is a bit of a mess. The necklace looks like a computer 'power on' button and she lacks the revealed skin that helps define where her costume ends and where the necklace begins - instead it's all just black. So the figure has nothing really going for it in my view beyond the head sculpt and hair as the torso is not accurate . Kinda had hoped for something like Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 - with or without the feminine torso print. Hopefully the other figures are better representative of the comic characters. Maybe we'll be lucky and the weakest figure was the one that leaked... Hopefully CMF - I don't see a reason to include her in a Disney+ set anymore and think Loki could provide a better basis for a potential set. -

For clarity, checking through the thread, Lego_Fulcrum was definitely our primary source stating Black Panther would get a "new helmet/cowl mold". It's possible that they had an unreliable source OR that perhaps we'll get Black Panther with a helmet/cowl mold in a different set (CMF?). *Guessing it was on his 'story' so it might have been an aspect they were not sure of that we took as factual. I can understand the disappointment, Black Panther having an update may have convinced me to get the set, but if it's just another variant fixing the blue issue from the last version then it's a set I can pass on. It's odd that Shuri and the Chitauri would seemingly get a lot of attention, but Black Panther would'nt. Kinda felt they would go all out on Black Panther. Seems unlikely as the set is already going to be including 14 figures and if it includes a Big Fig either as one of these or in addition that'd probably impact the price/parts ratio more. Personally would rather have a minifigure scale version and they already have all they need to do that based on the Lizard man they made for CMF series 5 a while back.
