Yeah, doubt the exclusive will happen, but it would be nice getting improved flying or sea creatures. In addition, hopefully we get more polybag sets in the future, the Hero Pack was pretty good :3

So, the Lego Shop UK is updating, its just taking its time. They've added the images of the sets for Hulk Buster and Hydra Fortress but they have'nt added the product pages for those two yet

@DarthVader As for your other comment you once again completely misinterpret was i was saying and went off on a long tangent about TTV and misinformation, and generally choosing to slander TTV for no real reason other than some silly rivalry as MonkeyChud noticed. You didnt understand what i wrote and then proceeded to slander me also and lump me as a TTV fanboy simply because i shared the same opinions as someone else online. This is getting ridiculous now, you are so solidified in your viewpoint about the Vahi that you are crushing everyone elses views and claiming that TTV is the root of all evil corncerning everything, spreading misinformation and generally being the worst place online. If you want to talk about the Vahi that is fine, however now you are just trying to start some petty flame war because people disagree with your opinion. BZPower spent several months claiming Bionicle was not coming back and generally discrediting TTV for saying it was. Yeah, they could have easily said 'we cant discuss this at this time' but nope... guessing you are intentionally ignoring those several months of misinformation, censorship and lying so that you can fuel your own childish hatred of TTV and people who may or may not be its fans as being the sole source of misinformation Yeah, Scorpio is growing on me, i like him more than Slicer now. So, Lego shop is very slowly updating as i speak, at the moment it has the Quinjet Chase, Attack On Avengers Tower, Hydra Chase and Iron Man Vs Ultron but the Hydra Fortress and Hulkbuster are missing... also sadly it looks like the only way to get the Winter Soldier in the Uk is via the Helicarrier... :(

If people want to discuss something then they bring it up, people brought up the Vahi and started a discussion, if you dont want to be part of that discussion then simply start another topic of discussion. I dont particularly desire to talk about the Vahi either, but it was the topic at hand.

Seems kind of a redundant statement if that were the case. I just feel if they were going to say that we were going to have a different Mask Of Time, they could have worded it better, instead its kind of intentionally bringing up Legends Of Metru Nui, Vakama, The Vahi and its design... Thats the thing though, the lack of a straight answer, if they were trying to explain that certain elements were being re-used then they could have said that. If we were getting a new Mask Of Time that didnt have any connection to the old then i'm confused as to why they would know certain details and forget the rest... for example, rather than stating 'Remember in Legends Of Metru Nui when Vakama made the Vahi?'. I mean, its something a representative from Lego was told to tell people, so how would telling them that answer their question as to whether G2 is connected to G1, personally it just allows for wiggle room in the future. If his answer to whether their would be a connection is refrencing a prior movie with a prior Mask Of Time, then that causes confusion. Whether his statement implies we are getting a new mask of time, a new vahi, a full version of the vahi (combined with the original) is up for debate because of the openess. Once again, it doesnt really specify an answer to whether the stories are connected either, all his answer tells us is that their will be a Mask Of Time and it will be a full mask. Actually, it does have bearing in reality and speculative discussion. As you specified the exact qoute he said implies that the new mask is a full mask. Their are many possible ways that the Vahi could be connected to this full mask, given his statement is also intended to be in response to the stories being connected. E.g. what if the G2 mask of time was the original mask that is split in half later on forming the Vahi and another mask OR if this G2 mask is the Vahi combined with a second half that was not introduced prior. If it was as simple as that then we would have had that explanation, a simple yes or no answer from the Lego representative, instead a Lego group representative was advised to tell people to remember Legends Of Metru Nui and purposefully bring that up in their mind when asked if it was connected to the old universe. Their are easy ways of telling fans that its not connected or that it is. Its not that the fans are sheltered, far from it, its that people actually realise that a reboot doesnt mean completely discarding elements nowadays. The word 'Reboot' no longer is as simple as it used to be as we have semi-reboots, re-invisionings, quasi-reboots, solid reboots and more. As for what kind of reboot Bionicle is this time around only time will tell, but for the moment it is not concrete that this is a solid reboot so i dont see why that is the only option that you gravitate to at the moment, while their is the possibility that you are correct and it is simply just taking old elements, a lot of things dont really add-up

So, i has the Attack On Avengers Tower now :3 Arrived today via Amazon. Not particularly a fan of the Iron Legion or Ultron MK1 however the Tower i suprisingly like, its at a large enough size where i can understand why its only got three layers. I shall definitely be attempting to make it taller at some point by atleast 1-2 layers. It seems intentionally made so that you are intended to buy more than one, as their are two spare slots for Iron Legion members in the loading bay... Ah well, a couple of hours time shall bring the rest of the sets and the March promotions, depending on if they include The Winter Soldier i might gain some sets sooner than later. Anyone else planning Attack On Avengers Tower revamps? Its believed to be the Quinjet set. Personally either set is good, though Quinjet is probably the better set if you dont have the Milano or the prior Quinjet. If you have the Milano or the other Quinjet then i'd suggest getting the Avengers Tower and buying the Quinjet figures online,

Just pointing out, that their is very few meanings one can gather from them purposefully mentioning the Vahi in relation to the 2015 storyline. If they were just pointing out that the Vahi looks like half a mask, then that would be completely pointless to bring up. Its less people being desperate for a connection between G1 and G2 and more people hoping that the Lego Group know what they are doing. Either the Lego Group actually made a refrence to the Vahi for a reason, or the comment was obvious to the point of ludacracy. It would be incredibly silly of the Lego Group to simply state 'remember the vahi, it looked like half a mask, right?...' if they intended to do nothing with the Vahi in G2. Why bring up the past so much if the past has no meaning on the present, it doesnt make sense. If people went up to them and asked them about the G2 storyline as they did, and got told information about the Vahi, naturally it would imply that the Vahi is connected to G2. That is exactly what happened and i am honestly confused as to how anyone can justify the Lego Group bringing up the Vahi in relation to the G2 storyline otherwise. It would also be incredibly silly to include an easter egg of the Vahi so obviously in almost every one of the animations, however it appears in almost every one. Logically you dont tend to hide Easter Eggs in plain site and then make the audience focus on them such as the scene of the Vahi around the Golden Mask Of Fire. Even though the Vahi itself might not appear in the story, something about the Vahi is important and it is being used constantly in order to make people acknowledge that. Whenever you think of Time in the new story you see an image of the Vahi, its intentional. How I Met Your Mother had an episode that explains the situation perfectly called 'The Ducky Tie' in which someone sneezes to associate the sneeze with a word. Its the same with the Vahi and Time in G2, they are intentionally developing a connection for one reason or another, whether its linked to G1 or not. Even though it might not be connected the Vahi does have the ability to bring people to alternative dimensions, essentially if the Vahi was destroyed all of Time and Space would collapse upon itself and occur all at once, which is one of the theories about G2 that a few people have. "The force of time is contained within that mask. Destroy it, and that power is unleashed upon the universe. Past, present and future all existing at once--warps and rips and hours folding in upon each other--madness and chaos as no two moments ever follow one another..." In addition as Quisoves Pugnat mentioned, its possible also that the Vahi does have Time Travel abilities and was only able to activate under certain conditions OR that the G2 mask is not the Vahi OR its a mysterious second half of the Vahi. This is really the only possibility we have for more sets this year, given that they have already hit the qouted 18 sets with the Winter and Summer sets.

Attack On Avengers Tower (Should arrive sometime over the next 1-3 days) Waiting for double VIP points in March or promotional VIP items for the rest; Iron Man Vs Ultron (A couple of them) Hulk Buster Smash Quinjet City Chase If their is any good Marvel VIP promotions (OR the Winter Soldier Polybag) later on in the year then i shall probably get another Attack On Avengers Tower in order to bulk-up the tower, as it really needs it. Anyone else planning on upgrading the Tower?

One final bit of advise then before i head off for a bit :P If you are getting the Helicarrier, get it during the double VIP month which is after 14th March for the UK and probably the same for the US, that will get you around 500-600 VIP points which should help get you more.

Anyone else planning on combining the Star Wars sets with the Bionicles? Using the Star Wars set designs as a template for a revamped Bionicle? I'm thinking of a General Grievous Skull Slicer and a Darth Vader Makuta That would be an epic set

Some of the new figures are good, especially the Ultron variants. The Hydra sets are definitely the weakest though, one being based entirely around vehicles that will likely barely be used in the movie and the other focusing more on a tank than the fortress its named after. I know some people enjoy them, however in terms of overall value the Hydra sets are lacking in anything other than figures. If you have the rest honestly i'd suggest just picking up the figures from the Hydra sets from Bricklink or something else rather than buying the Hydra sets. Getting Quick Silver, Hawkeye, Strucker and a Hydra Soldier seperately will be cheaper than buying the two sets.

It would be very easy on the Toa if they could each battle in an area of their choosing. Thats why they give us new areas or specific things. In addition specific locations and themes help give us specific pieces. Themes help force Lego to provide specific pieces such as the new bone pieces for the skeletons or all the new pieces we got with sets like the Barraki. Though, as noted prior, next year looks like it may have flying villains from the multiple flying creatures on the summer box art.

I just doubt they would do a single solitary sea creature amongst a bunch of land creatures... i mean Gali has had the shortest amount of animation screentime and not got a transparent mask yet, so not sure their is another focus on water. Atleast not for this year, and next year looks like flying sets judging from the insane amount of flying creatures in the summer box art...

Somebody asked for this... not sure who; While you are editing you should switch the position of the lights so its further back and illuminates the entire cockpit area, you should also make the cockpit look better with proper walls

I suppose, but if you are buying a bunch of new sets then you could probably get enough VIP points during the double VIP days from the AOU sets that it'll give you enough to get a spare Iron Man Vs Ultron :P

I think at the moment they are sticking to the skull theme for 2015, so not sure if they'd do a sea monster set this year if we did get a store exclusive, though that would have been listed if we were getting it. The Lego employee thing did only list a total of 18 figures this year (13 Winter, 5 Summer)

Dont forget the double VIP points, either its the whole month or from like the 14th onwards, so might be better to wait for those :P

Eh, we get the Mask Of Creation as the selling point for Mask Maker Vs Skull Grinder. As for personal hope, i hope that its either Gali's mask in trans OR the dark red Skull Spider.

While Civil War will be the first time we see Black Panther suiting up, we could see him beforehand. Also, Ultron's main goal in the movie is to acquire vibranium, its one of the reasons he lets the twins help i think.

Called Lego and the UK are indeed having double VIP points from the 14th onwards to i believe the 29th or 31st... either way, if you are getting the sets from Lego that is the best time to do so. Personally i'd disagree, while the vehicle in the Iron Man Vs Ultron set isnt the best, the figures look amazing and its the best set to get figures with four figures per pack at such a small price.

Its probably possible to get a nanofigure scale version with a nanoscale quinjet... would be interesting to see someone build that xD
