HI Guys, I give you my latest creation a Xenomorph Alien. With this MOC I modifyed my last Queen Alien WIP MOC found here after aquiring some bulk Lego from a garage sale. I ran out of parts with the first build and was not happy with it. This time around its much more accurite and pritty much fully articulated. I was able to give it more of a slinky feel with the ability to get closer to the ground as they would move in the movies. I was pritty inpressed with how the head turned out as I was almost going to give up at one stage as I was not liking the direction I was taking it to. Ater finding more parts I was able to come up with some interesting techniques to give it the classic smooth head. I want to take some better pics and better angles to see all the detailing and post them later and do a few diffrent posses as well. I will also add a few more details befor I post the next pics as well. C & C welcome.

Just checked out Amazon.fr where they where $350 euro or so, now they are $899 euro . I should have got one when they where half the price. I think its going to tale a long time to find one now at a resonable price. If anyone sees it for a resonable price please post or PM me.

Boba had a fleah head and I cant remember if anyone was complaining about it. Athough he is a main character and the stormies are just generic clones or people.

I just checked Amazon.fr and this has sky rocketed. $899 US is what they are asking for now. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, looks like im too late to get this a $500 delivered now . As laways I should have junped on it them I could. Im getting money for Christmas and was hoping to get this, but might be out of my reach now. I will need to keep looking. Edit that is $899 Euro not US .

Not sure I would have to weigh what Ive got. the last two nights I've been modding my MOC of a queen Alien and using my black bionicle parts. When Im finished I might put it togther for sale. I will let you guys know when I do.

Another nice corrodor sceen and again nice lighting using Lego lights. You have re-created this pritty accuritly. :thumbup:

I think it will be alright if you get one printed right. As desused befor I think I will use the new head on the old body.

I just dont really want to get rid of any goodt Bionile sets if I own them and though some of the guys on the Action figure fourm would help with out reserching all about the theme. Im into Star Wars and I pritty much know what all the sets are relativly priced aginst each other. UCS falcon being the most expensive and the droid fighter from 1999 is problably the cheaperet in the reange.

Im sorcing more and more overseas. Its cheaper, dont need to rush around folloing the sales in the retail stores and checking stock levels, get it delivered to your door, can shop at 1am or when ever it suits me. Ive found that www.dvd.co.uk has some nice deals but as always shipping is the killer. Im going to buy 8486 Mack Team Truck for $51 delivered, when Lego RRP is $69 and a 20% off at the retailers will get you it for $56. Still saving $5 and being charged 15 pounds ($19.50 AU) shipping.

So dose anyone want to comment on what Binicles are work keeping if any? Anyone?

First the R2 sounds geat cant wait until we see pics. It will be a must by even befor I see it. I think its nice to get faces on the stormies but why does it look grey in colour? It it like Darth and his face has no colour as it never see the light of day, but surly stormies take their helmets off and get a tan when they go on holiday . Vader cant survive with out his helmet.

Nice, I started bag building my advent calendar but got frustrated and opened them. I only have Gunray still built in the bag for safe keeping, but he wasent hard at all.

WOW that Rancor is huge . Awsome work as usual APCin. I would like to seea door on it though to make it complete. Can you make a Malakili and have him leading the Rancor? Its probly too much to ask to see the Rancor crushed by the door, now that would be cool.

BTW dose anyone know where to get the 8486: Mack's Team Truck. I think it may be a Toys R' us exclusive but could someone plaese confirm for me, a price would be grat as well if you know. I just found it on ebay for around $67 shipped, that not too bad but I dont know what they are going for in the shops.

Hi guys, I dont usually get onto this fourm much but I wanted to ask: In your opinion what is the best Bionicle sets out there? What Bioncle sets are holding the most valuse for resale? Why am I asking this? I have alot of bulk Lego items that I have bought and they all have Bionicles in them. I ususlly part my collection out and remove all Bioncle parts and keep the axels and pins. I have so many parts now and was thinking of selling them in a bulk lot but usually they dont sell for very much money. I was wondering waht sets are worth money and want sets are cool. I see alot of diffs and pull motors in bionicle sets and they make great play features but some are plain terrable. So could you guys tell me what sets to hold onto or are worth anything? I would have close to 100 masks and Im sure although Im not a fan of Bionicle Im sure I would have a few great sets hiding in my collection. If I do decide to sell them I might post them on the Buy, Sell Find fourm befor listing on ebay. Thanks.

I agree with Lord of the fries, love his feet. They look awsome. Very reconisable as usual Mood . How is the Yoda able to spin on his back, can you post a pic? He must be perfectly ballanced.

Awsome creatures. It would be awsome to see them built in real and maybe build the posts that Ani, Obi and Padme are chaned to. My be you could work on it and get it ready for the Star Wars Commuity build for Eposode 2 in a few months.

This is so funny, I always find it really funny when bugs and insects attach people. I cant resist in falling on the ground laughing when it happens (not to me though ).

You have done a great job, it has really come along since the first WIP pics we saw. I also like the great work in the base with the folage and tree.

I generally build eveything I buy for the acception for a few sets. I do keep a few sets unbuilt so if its a rainny day I have somthing new to build and I keep sets for Birthday presents and christmas. Impuse sets are great as they are cheap. Its great to buy a few sets on sale even if you dont like them as you can always give them away as presents. Kids always love getting Lego. I did buy two City Farms one to build and one to sell as I got them on clearance and 1/2 price and IMO its a great set and I'm sure I will get a good price for it in a few years. Collecting Lego is getting expensive and I like to sell a few sets to fund buying larger sets. I try to keep a look out for bulk items to part out into sets and sell them if I dont already own them to fund my collection.

I was putting my bet on Moodland scale minifig builds befor I read the 2nd page. Awsome idea and you have set yourself a challange . I hope you have your ROJ conmmunity build done ?

I agree that Leia in Bousch disguise would be the most desired and wanted fig from Jabba's Palace and Im hoping that we finnaly get her .
