Everyone probably would, but the parts are a pain. Dark green is hard to come by in normal sets, which means you'd have to resort to BrickLink (maybe not worth the rebuild after all). I saw a guy build an EN from 2 EN sets. It had a long tender and the engine itself was longer.

Archimedes Screw connected and Jigsaw modules. As they are not fully tweaked I'm not connecting these up to my main layout yet. Mind you, the inboxes and connections are a horror to build, worse than the actual mechanisms. You can see two 7mm Ribbed Hoses sticking out of the first level of the Sweeper module. These used to connect this module to the Wheel module that I moved to be after the Sweeper module rather than before. I'm looking forward to incorporating those with the Jigsaw somehow. That's the Sweeper module. Least faulty out of all the ones I have. Uses 1 M-Motor that runs on a chain system. The outbox is a simple double slope that slides the ball into a gap leading to the Wheel module. That's the Wheel Module connected to a Conveyor module. Pardon me for the mess in the background, I'm building a few train MOCs. Usually the parts are organised in boxes. The Conveyor module connects to a WIP Marble Run module that will then continue the GBC layout. Here are some WIPs. Of course most of you know these modules from the GBC God Akiyuky (blessed be his name). Nevertheless it's still a challenge to reproduce these. Damn, I wish I could come up with my modules... This is Akiyuky's Archimedes Screw Type 2. Getting the hose tweaked to make nice spins is very difficult. Might need to do some snipping. :/ This is the Lift module inspired by Maciejer1's lego-gbc-podnosnik (look it up on YouTube). This badboy isn't hooked up as I'm planning on extending it.

Train looks neat. Weren't you thinking of using the train wagon end parts on the sides and the front and back? They look slightly bare to me.

1 PF train motor manages to pull my double Horizon Express when fully charge, and it does so at a decent speed. It's quite surprising because of the weight distribution on the HE train and simply because of the weight of the double train itself. Nevertheless, I still run mine on a double motor because I don't want to overwork the motor. In my opinion, the bottom line is - there's no objective value. Of course this concerns solely large models. Everything depends on the weight of the carriages, the setup of the train, the layout you're using. There are a lot of factors to consider. But as a rule of thumb I wouldn't recommend anymore than 3 passenger cars on 1 engine, just to keep your parts safe.

Nice model! Just want to ask - why is a 9V model put on RC track? Is it just for display purposes for the photo?
