Release is September 2013, but they will probably show up in August 2013 in some places... last year Poland and Ireland were the lucky ones.

Ok I can understand your position, but you still have: -TLG site. -bricklink -ebay -exchange forums I mean... there's always a way to complete your collection. By the way back on the rack to series 11: i read many believe the scarecrow will have tonto's hairpiece. Who agrees it would be very disappointing? Who also thinks there are odds that the yeti will use the "Gorilla" headgear from LoC?

Why? I do not agree, it's slightly difficult, but saying it's nearly impossible is way too harsh. I had three complete sets, one for me, two for friends, and had no problems in getting them.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion

I heared voices about a Mr.Gold being found in my local toy shop, by a random picker (a mother who bought a random bag for her child). When I talked with the employee, they said Lego told them that you have odds of finding Mr.Gold in about 1 out of 1000. This source is not golden, so I would pick it with reserves. By the way he gave me two boxes new to feel while we were discussing this topic. I didn't find Mr.Gold but I didn't want to go out empty-handed, most for the courtesy of the employee. So I picked a Medusa, I had 9 so I made round figure.- 1,076 replies

This is most strange. I have found exaclty the amount that Fangy wrote and I went to at least 10 boxes. Yes, this is a small number, but neither one time I found a minifig that didn't fall into Fangy numbers.- 1,076 replies

As many said before : each box has the same content. You may have just found boxes that where opened before in order to find Mr.Gold.- 1,076 replies

Yes, I think you're right, by the way here I found them often also at prices like 3€ or 2.90€ so 2.37€ it's however a bargain.- 1,076 replies

I wish I had your luck, I would get plenty of S9 for as low as $1.99... here they still cost €2.50, it's more than $3...- 1,076 replies

Price should increase, then have a drop down (buying this fig at <$300 is a real deal), then skyrocket. Actually I believe $600 is quite a low price for it.- 1,076 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
Itaria No Shintaku replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I really don't want to be other than sympathetic, but the odds are totally against anyone. I strongly believe odds are so small that a super searcher has exactly the same odds as the random buyer. And the last acquisition by michaelozzie confirm what I am saying since the beginning. No sense in damning for finding him. One should open/feel AT LEAST 10K bags (thus opening way more than 150 boxes), and even after this you won't reach the minimum odds. Lego should have spreaded 10 times more, 50K would have lowered the odds to 1 out of 1000 and this way it would have been sensed to go raiding packets. I will raid as ever, the only difference is I will feel all the bags, even after finding what I needed. That's all. Really if I would like someone to find it after me, it would be you, no kidding, you really seem to be the most caring user on EB about Mr.Gold. But for this reason I really would suggest you to keep on looking but WITHOUT ANY HOPE. Really, dude.- 1,076 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
Itaria No Shintaku replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Got mine today, came up with two complete series and as much of spares among Medusae, Romans, etc. I would add to the discussion that I read, over the various forums (apart from here, also brickset and other ones), that staff from various shops are feeling the bags in order to find Mr.Gold and putting it on ebay. Actually, where I got mine and in other shops, every shopkeeper knew about Mr.Gold and its ebay price and ensured me that none where in the boxes. After this, my hope in getting one is lowered to zero. I'm just wandering shops with closed boxes to open them (I already did this trice), that's the only chance to get Goldie.- 1,076 replies

Well thank you sir! Actually they can't compete with The Wall + Castle Black or Winterfell, but they were made actually in no time :D . They are scheduled to be added some details, but nice idea about the warmachines, I'll surely give it a go! Thanks!

Hello everyone, I am proud to assist my friends Sered (http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=81940) and Marco Cancellieri in showing the big A Song of Ice and Fire (know as Game of Thrones for the HBO show) diorama that we together presented at the ItLug Latina 2013 Lugfest. Some information about this diorama: it's 288 studs large and 576 long, making it 2,30 m large and 4,60 long. Sered, as you can see on the linked topic, did an oustanding and unflagging work in building Winterfell. That's so plenty of wonderful details that though the many pictures we took, it doesn't do justice to him. Here there are just a couple of pictures, please click on the previous link to enjoy the work he did: or follow the link https://skydrive.liv...5C5BAC70CE1!124 thanking our great friend Yugo Amaryl. Marco Cancellieri AKA The Chancellor, who always likes (and succeeds) to impress, went into another big job and build none other than the WALL (and Castle Black of course) Again, here are some resized pictures, you can take advantage of Yugo Amaryl's shots again to see them in detail: https://skydrive.liv...5C5BAC70CE1!123 Me and my friend Lothard McLotti went into building the Frey's Twin Towers. Nothing like the above, but nice result though: More to this diorama is being built for the next Legofests. As I speak, people is adding wanting to build another piece of westeros... what will this become? Thank you for watching from Italy!

Well, the problem is the fact that he returns the minifig. If he didn't he can buy as much as he wants, even all the boxes that there are.- 1,076 replies

Well you stopped before 10% of your research... What? This odds are ridicously low! Lego produces 400 million minifigures in 2013, half of which would be collectible. One third of which will be in S10. So you have 5000 Mr. Gold over 65 million, making them 1 out of 13000. How the hell did you think that was so easy???- 1,076 replies

Ok, you all know series 11 names are around since a while, so I had an idea for a replacement game. This time, the one who guess more parts that will be re-used for characters in S11 will win. Please just respect the limit of 1 part per minifigure to avoid people posting 344 different parts ;) You can also state "none" if you think this minifigure will have all brand new parts. Standard torso/head/legs do not count. My guesses, as usual I won't guess anything but hey, let's try! Female Robot: Head of S6 Robot. Evil Mech: Head of Green Sidekick Robot from Galaxy Squad. Waitress: Rollerwheels of Derby Skater from S9. Scarecrow: Pitchfork Old Woman: Pie from S5 Clown Jazz Musician: none Policeman: carrot base in black as a club Barbarian: Sword from S6 Highland Battler Yeti: none Welder: none Gingerbread man: none Scientist: Vials from S4 Mad Scientist Holiday Elf: Hat from S3 Gnome Bavarian Lady: none Tiki Warrior: Spear (the one with rubberish point) Mountain Climber: none Now, go, your turn!
