  1. exactly. But like I said, god mode always took the fun out of the games for me. Infinite gold mode however, that was another story.
  2. Thanks for the review. This will end up being a must buy for my daughter.
  3. Improving yes, always a plus, never stop doing that. But He was asking about things to make him completely impervious to all damage types.
  4. Wouldn't making yourself completely immune to all effects really take most of the fun out of things? I never understood folks who played games with "God Mode" on. Where is the tension?
  5. If I attain it, I would be going the defensive protector route with it.
  6. I can't imagine why not. Why would a class be restricted from a basic rule?
  7. I thought sandy said you could beef up critical hit since it wasn't anything special, just a critical hit.
  8. I feel a power within you, my first friend of the City. Please tell me why it is . . . and what it is that seems to align our paths more closely?
  9. Indeed, I had a run in with some fully Mechanical men while in the doctors dungeons. It may take some research, but I may yet bear a shield.
  10. He looks down at the Dwarf, signs slightly, he gets the feeling he may be telling the tale more than once. My last employer fancied himself a "Doctor." While playing a god he created a disease, a pestilence of incredible power. In the process of destroying the now living source of the Pestilence I contracted it myself. My flesh began to give way to the disease. He claims he removed my arm to save the city. Though my former companion believed he removed my arm to save his own reputation. We were compensated with a sack of coin, and a begone from my home for the trouble of eliminating his "distraction" for him.
  11. Vindsval quietly opens the door to the Library. He enters and winces as his enormous feet boom with each steep. He continues over to the librarian and chuffs softly to gain his attention. Excuse me great scribe. If I may trouble you for assistance. I have recently had a run in with some mechanical men. I was wondering if you could direct me to any information regarding the mechanical or magical animation of the inanimate?
  12. Vindsval Snorts at both Benji's,Mideruns, and Bobby's mention of having more limbs when last they met. I did indeed. It would seem that there are medical practitioners within this good city that leave a little to be desired. Though if truth be told, he did perhaps save me and all of you here from a wasting disease worse than death. The cost of that saving was a little steep on all sides. Vindsval looks down at Carvenhall, It would seem, though mine might be the more sever of the two, you have changed a good deal since out last meeting. Vindsval Sniffs the air. You have the smell of Trickster Kin about you no longer. And you are attired as one of the wise folk. What changes have you to tell us of?
  13. Vindsval moves to the bar and orders a meal of roast beef and potatoes. Tell me Mistress Sheherazade, does the hall have a library open to adventurers? I have a little reading I need to do.
  14. Holy multi-quote lego batman.
  15. excellent, now I just need to find a quest and be chosen for said quest. Good thing i have plenty of time.
  16. ok so for example a healing potion could be in it. And in a round you could drink a potion and attack at the same time. Good deal.
  17. I have been seeing the Hollow effect for weapons pop up a good bit lately. What exactly is the hollow effect?
  18. Vindsval walks up to the smithy. Hello good Master Smith, I would like to do some business if you are willing. First I would remove the Topaz from this Static Staff and then if you would take it I would sell it to you., as well as this spear of which I also have no use. ( Static Staff, Club WP 4, electric elemental damage, Sturdy Spear WP3) 307-50+20+15=292 I would also sell you this Beautiful Gemstone (dire Jade worth 75 gold) 292+75=367 Next I would like you to increase my broomstick's damage to 9WP 367 -80 -90=197
  19. Vindsval walks awkwardly over to the quest board. He is immediately drawn to the tale of young lilly Ziegfried. There seems to be no limit to the peril to younglings in this town. I hope I can be of assistance. Vindsval signs up for Quest 125. After doing so he leaves the hall for the Marketplace.
  20. The Door of the Hall bangs open, and Vindsval walks in. He moves oddly, as if he is off balance. He moves deeper into the room, after a few more steps you realize what it is. He sin't quite all the creature he used to be. If place of his left arm, he has only a polished metal disk.
  21. VINDSVAL LEAVES THE DOCTORS MANSION FOR THE HALL.
  22. May the Wanderer guide you in all things Earthbound. I shall remember you well. Now let us leave this place. He looks back over his shoulder at the pile of cinders on the floor. And let us never have need of this doctor again. I must find a true healer, or at least an exceeding clever one.
  23. That is quite the smithy. I am interested in seeing what you all do there.
  24. Vindsval snatches the pouch out of the air with his single remaining arm. He turns and walks towards the door with Salt-Upon-Wounds. He then looks down at his companion. I know not whether to pity or despise that man. He has caused the deaths of those whom he should have protected at all costs. He takes what he will with no regard, and deems himself justified with self-delusion. I hope he one day realizes what he becomes. Is it petty to wish it to haunt him? Wanderer light his path. He shrugs and winces, the movement stretching the tender flesh at his shoulder. What are your plans now my friend? Now that you have had your first taste of what the cultured of this city have to offer?
  25. I thought it was part of his attack rolls. But yep, there it is. I hope it gets aproved.
