I'm only able to make one more entry so I'll have to get on it sometime during this week. -
Beautiful build vitreolum, I especially love the forge, the door, and the minifig posing.

No I did, here it is. Vem Tabook is the name of that wretched Orc, leader of the Zar-Ifrikt. His story will unveil soon enough. -

Nice little build but I'm not a fan of the neon green for the base/grass. -
Looks great but why is the guy paddling with a spear?

I guess that would be up to Ska or NM (whoever made the map I guess) should decide. But I'd say, as of now, it would be fresh water since it's more elevated and could have been from melted glaciers then it becomes salty the further the river goes down. I just want to be salty (so I can make up some sort of water purifier thing) and so the location is pretty warm and not freezing since it is at the base of the mountains. I wouldn't mind a few snow patches though. -

The roadblock looks pretty cool, it's simple but effective, and death to that decrepit Orc! -

Book II - Kaliphlin: Guild sign-up and Discussion

I changed the location to the Rakath Mountains, like Maxim suggested, and I think the location is pretty cool. I marked the location with a dark red dot by a lake in the Rakath Mountains, so if there is nothing there, I'd like my city to be there. Preferably having it be called "The Kragg". -

I just took a second glance at the map and noticed a place I could potentially use and it is isolated, like I wanted, that looks good to use, let me post it below. Light Red indicates where the Zar-Ifrikt has explored. Darker Red indicates where they live/inhabit as well as most populated in. -

I marked the location on one of the maps for a location I'd like. It's the semi-transparent red circle along the Red River. Let me know if I have to change the location if I can't use that small area. -
All those ideas, and advice, are great so I'll keep them in mind. I'll also do some research on those weapons and try to build them in LEGO form for minifigs. As for their fighting style, I do plan on making it more organized. Most Orcs aren't very organized so think of them being like Orcs from LotR and the Hobbit but more organized, more deadlier, stronger, and better armed. Orcs are pretty weak in those movies but are very abundant and that's the way I want to approach it so having the huge steel armor and think leather armor does serve a good purpose. Along with potions and enchantments to make these guys stronger will be something I'll try to do as well but nothing too strong.

I have a basic idea of what life was like in 1450 in Europe, especially, from History classes I took. People like Da Vinci make it interesting with what he designed and that seems to influence my ideas a lot with the Zar-Ifrikt. Here is a page with some designs Da Vinci thought of that are very interesting so feel free to take a look at it if you guys want. Apart from that, I want the style to lean towards the ancient Romans so I'll do more research on that. Back to inventions real quick, I'd love to build things like Trebuchets up to what Da Vinci had in mind, especially the huge Crossbow.

Building with LEGO seems to be one of the very few things that keeps me out of trouble but my parents always argue that I'm too old for them but everyone will always have a different opinion on different things so I'm used to the fact they argue that. So that's why it's hard for me to expand my collection with the newer and more unique parts I was never able to get when I was younger. Anyways, it seems like everyone seems to show off a map with the location of their city, I was thinking of doing the same. Can anyone maybe PM me a picture of just the Kaliphlin map and I could possibly choose a set location for my city? -
Very nice build, I like the corners of it with those bricks that curve and how certain parts extend a bit out. My only dislike is the lack of trees and bushes, it's just all tall grass but it seems a bit skimpy. Other than that, the wall and gate came out awesome.

I'll scrap the idea then. Everything else, weapon wise, is okay though? In GoH, there can also be enchanted weapons, if I'm not mistaken, right? Could I do anything with that? Also, what other kinds of "exotic" technology exists in the GoH realm besides a little bit of gun powder and those muskets?
