Try eBay, I got 3 laptops on there for my city folk. Relatively cheap too.

I want to go pretty bad myself, sadly no plans to do so yet... My parents friends took their grandchildren a few times, them not being AFOLs, they absolutely loved looking at all the models and scenes/cities recreated.

Anyone in the US spotted this set yet? Too soon? Maybe closer to August as speculated... My city needs another stoplight!

I've read numerous times in this thread that they wouldn't make themes reminiscent of video games, why? Granted I've never seen one, but it never occurred to me either. Yes, this is an honest question cause I never read/heard that before reading it here.

I'm pretty sure they don't send unwanted garbage mail. They may however, send the "Lego Club" magazine to you for awhile. I received it without making a subscription for it. It may have been an inventive at the time I signed up, not sure. On second thought. I have received mail from VIP before, nothing more than a postcard telling me I have $XX amount of credit dollars to spend.

It looks as though I'm missing a few pieces for the gas station in 10184. If anyone has these and are willing to part with them. I need a lt. Grey 2x2 tile, an apple, banana, and croissant. I've never bought of bricklink, but I'll have a look there. Hopefully I can find the pieces here. I'm located in the USA.

Have you ever played God of War? Legos target audience can't even play God of War(realistically, that is...if parents cared about what their kids play. That's another argument altogether).

That would be cool! I would like to see a brick built Gundam Wing line. They could also incorporate minifigs as the pilots. I say Wing, because that's my favorite series of the Gundam lineup.

Not entirely true. Look at Kingdoms and then there was Western where they had bandits vs law. They do do it, although rare. I can't wait for these to come out. I'll definitely be picking up the Tripod Invader set to wreak havoc on the citizens of my city.

Was thinking the same thing with Balrog. He'll look completed once he has gloves. Tin, did you not make custom one be use TLC is coming out with them? Seeing all of your custom work, I have no doubt you could make killer looking boxing gloves! Why none?

I don't see why people are raising such a stink about this. Nobody is forcing you to buy them. It's called competition, every company does it. Look at fast food chains, for example..company A comes out with say, a wrap...company B sees they're selling well and figures, "hey, we can order tortillas and do the same thing." MegaBloks, I'm sure saw that CMFs are selling well, seeing as they're up to 5(soon to be)series'. Anyways, don't like them, don't buy them.

I don't mind the switch when it comes to the log cabin, because clearly it wouldn't fit in a city setting with the other creator houses. But this, on the other hand for the Hill House, I don't like it because now I'm going to have to buy a green baseplate to put it on to integrate it into myncity because I have all other buildings on baseplates. Plus, like most I have street baseplates. Also, what's up with adding these bland, plain mini figures? No torso prints on this guy either? Why TLG!? Why!

Wow, good job on this one, reminds me of the bigger Castle set. But, if anyone never needed that series 5 Cleopatra mini fig to come out, it's you for this MOC.
