I don't have the DS so I can't really tell you about the build or anything. I have seen it on display at a LEGO store, and it's quite a display piece. But I would without a doubt and always recommend Modulars. They're great buildings with some great building techniques. Impressive display pieces, especially if you have more than one. A nod to the days gone by with the classic smiley head.

I too saw Chimpanzee today. It was a cute movie. Lil Oscar! Some great overhead shots of the rainforest. That waterfall was impressive. Tim Allen was great, I loved that he threw in his 'Home Improvement' grunt when he mentioned tools.

Well, we're getting closer to a reveal. It's still a few months(release is November?). By the end of the summer, I'm sure we'll see at least the ol' blurry retailers catalogue picture.

I was just curious if your use of 1x1(x4) on the first row, the 1x2's and 2x2's on the rest of the first building. I thought maybe it was part of the design. If it's just use what you have I get it.

Great job. Nice incorporating of the official set. You're added bits are great. I really like outer wall, particularly the rock formations you have. The riot is perfect, you have the action breaking out all over the place, there's so much to look at. An amazing first MOC.

Being a fan doesn't mean you have to love every single thing a series puts out. I like the movies, but I haven't read or care to read the books. Does that mean I'm not a SW fan?

This really is so frustratingly annoying...SPARK people clearly have too mich time to whine about things which they can't control. Ooh...look out "dangerous" stereotypes! Scary pink color! Come on, seriously. I guess it's because I'm a guy and flowing with testosterone, but what is the big deal about pink, hair/nail salons, cafes, for girls that is so bad?...I wish Edell would join here and give her reasoning for such dislike of Friends(followed by a swift banning ). Why are they so insulted by pink and girly things?

Wow, you've certainly come a long way since Garden Grove. From small buildings, to good looking modulars. Well done. The facades are well done, but on the first, why do you have 3 types of tiles? I like the brown arches on top, nice contrast. The sides on the brown building are nice, a shame they are hidden by the others. Nice billboard.

There's part of me(my wallet) that's happy they have 2 in 1, otherwise I'd buy all the BPs I could and there wouldn't be any money left for other sets.

You have to find out where that fella from the Jack in the Box commercial lives. If he's able to marry bacon, you should be able to marry a LEGO set.

I'm typically a one at a timer, maybe 2 depending on which set(s). I got a bit eager with the Marvel sets buying all but Hulks set. I'm glad it wasn't there, otherwise it would've been more money on my CC I'm going to groan about when the bill comes.

Your best bet is to hit up eBay or Bricklink. While expensive, 10195 will get you 8 figs(2 pilots). But for $250+, you could spend that money just on figs and get a lot more. I don't think theres any high clone number sets on the shelves at the moment.

This is an easy answer for me, one faction all the way! While I like the Commando BDs, but I don't want 20 of them... I'm not building a CIS army, so I don't want piles of droids. I'm a Clone Army kind of guy.
