  1. Ooh, what good deals. That is a couple of tempting offers...if only I had the money and didn't already owe due to previous purchases. I may have to bite on the Helms Deep and Uruk set. Any idea how long these deals last? Even better that it's free shipping.
  2. Well, good thing it is a LEGO set. Excellent review, CopMike! Very thorough. I like seeing the bags parts spread out and key parts of the build. What's with the 1x1 red on some modules and the 1x2 with cheese slopes on others? Is it supposed to represent lava and water or something? The pieces get covered up anyways...
  3. Another beautiful building! The exterior is very ornate and looks out of the Victorian era. I like that you switched up the shape of the bay window. The steps up to the front door is a nice and realistic touch. The rose bushes gives it a nice pop of color. Again, your interiors match your exteriors. Great job. When I first saw the cooking in the kitchen picture, I thought, "alright buddy!" but then I saw the odd front only top only his lady friend.
  4. Very cool! I love the techniques used here. The roof looks great, added window is a nice touch. I like the black/white walls combo seen here. The added playability from the roof and wall section is ingenious. The interior bits are nice details as well. Just a great looking house, I'd love to add this to my collection.
  5. Who can say they've made a Death Star using only 2 pieces. Pretty funny.
  6. It is the same hair piece. For your previous request. Look at the Licensed picture/funnies threads. There's plenty of pictures of Tony Stark with that hair.
  7. Can you post a picture of the cracked head? I have all the Marvel sets and I don't have any problems with the aliens, or ever with heads.
  8. Not so much of a which set to buy, but how to pull the trigger. On 10221. After seeing it on display several times at a Brand store and its ever so impressive size. But $400 is just so much money for a single set. I bought(at different times) two 10195s and both times I kind of regretted paying $250... What did you tell yourself that made you pull the trigger?
  9. This really is sad...I just read over on FBTB that all the figs in 6868 Hulks Helicarrier Breakout were gone. It is partially our fault, AFOLs as a whole, because the secondary market for figs is insane. I don't get many of the CMFs I want because the prices.
  10. I don't think checkers at Target know the prices of toys, or many items in the store. Unless it's something they're familiar with in their own shopping habits.
  11. Your figs are awesome. I've seen the different ones in your Drow threads showing your insane builds. You make some of the creepiest and coolest figs. I'll keep an eye on this thread.
  12. I think you achieved a decent enough cloud. It looks fine, not like one of the full, cotton kind of fluff cloud. More like a wispy, thinner kind. Good job. I agree about adding more to the ground, even just a green plate or two to give the ground some texture.
  13. What neat little scenes. I like the bench the mime is occupying, very ornate. The fountain is nice too. All great builds.
  14. Awesome idea. Add another to the list of who'd like to see this.
  15. In defense of ol' Market Street. It's not technically a Modular, it's Factory. It wasn't made by a designer, but a fan. Not saying it's not worthy of the name, because there is plenty of awesome MOCs on here. According to Brickset, the haunted house set while be under the Monster Fighters genre.
  16. Love the presentation! The one thing I'd change is the light blue to green to match the sticker/bin. Neat little build, nonetheless.
  17. I love it! As much as tat sucker spins, that sound brick will be dead in no time. I really like the addition of the lights. Gives off an eerie feeling. Seeing spinning lights in the sky in the dead of night...no thanks!
  18. I've always pronounced it nin-jaw-go. I've watched the show a few times and they only say ninja-go when they're about to use spinjitzu. I think saying jah-go too is fine.
  19. Yep, but with the clone pilot it looks more like a visor and is better fitting here. The glasses of the ADU fig wouldn't be enough, I think. It would be a good substitute if you didn't have the clone head.
  20. I could totally see these, or your MOOD scale be sets. Look at the Technic sets of old, these are worlds better. Then the Ultra Builds of the Superheroes line. It would be cool to see these, especially if they're of your design and creation. Petition time!
  21. I'm not sure how I missed this... I think it's a great looking ship! I love the design, looks very swooshable. I certainly like the symmetry of it, too. The layout is just great. With those monster wings, imagine the payload that sucker could carry!
  22. I especially like Clone pilot on the Galaxy Patrol, looks really good and well fitting. Neat idea.
  23. I think they did a good job on 9526. They could've made the walls more building like, I suppose. They could've made it more like a room. With a removable roof and three walls? But, maybe they had a price point, or size/piece count to work with?
  24. Awesome! Those windows are huge. The hallway is great, with the big arched ceiling. The floor is a neat touch as well. Your attention to detail is always above all. Even the outside of the ceiling has nice details.
