  1. Gone through quite a few recently Got started with A vs. X: What If, Superior Foes of Spiderman, Deadpool Kills Deadpool, Daredevil. Haven't read it yet, but a new mini series, Guardians of the Galaxy Tomorrows Avengers. I'm ready for the movie now. Speaking of Guardians, the long time Spawn fan in me can't wait for issue 5 where Angela finds a new home in the pages of Marvel.
  2. November can't come fast enough for me(this year, '14 & '15 for that matter). Catching Fire is my favorite of the three, so I'm so ready for this.
  3. Totally agree. That's the worst part about prequels. You know who's going to live or die, for the most part. Like with the most recent Star Trek movie. There were some very precarious situations, but you know they make it out alive. Ruins the suspense.
  4. Another one that gets me is 10200 Custom Car Garage. I guess I just slept on it when it was available, but for whatever reason never bought it. Sadly, I probably never will either. The price tag is getting up there and if I bought it, I'd have to sacrifice buying some of the awesome current stuff.
  5. Yeah, a lot of my uncles and cousins as well as my dad all go by their middle name. Oddly enough, I like Phoenix as well. I think it's a name that could take some getting used to however. Just please...PLEASE don't look to celebrity children for names. Talk about mean parents.
  6. That...is...wow! :oh2: The thing is beyond big. Knowing how bg the AT-TE and RGS are, just crazy. When I started scrolling down and saw the JSF, I thought it was going to be microscale, then I saw the AT-RTs and the aforementioned. I certainly would like more info on this and a brick count. That interior is awesome. All the framework around the bays and that outer walls inside are great.
  7. The joy buzzer was especially funny, great job.
  8. This. It's just like with any other well known brand, you're kind of just paying for a name. Shame...
  9. I completely agree. It seems some parents just don't like to really parent a child. More concerned with being their friend.
  10. I was at local toy/comic convention this morning and came across this booth. The guy prints on bricks whatever picture you'd like. I instantly thought of town layouts. Street signs, freeway signs, billboards. What you do is email him a picture of whatever you want printed and he then sends them to you. printabrick.com
  11. It's pretty sad when this stuff happens. Kids need to learn and respect other people's property. These kids certainly need some better parentng or hoobbies. Im sure they did it cause they thought it'd be cool/funny... I've had this sort of thing happen to me, just not with LEGO.
  12. That would be seeing 10182 Cafe Corner on LEGO.com. Then, I also saw 10190 Market Street and was done.
  13. That's too funny, Clemtosh! Poor, poor Robin.
  14. Definitely should be a separate set. If they were included with the Mansion that would mean one of 2 things, hefty price tag or a "dumbed down" Mansion. I think a Blackbird vs. Sentinel set would be perfect.
  15. Oh man! If there was a movie worthy of several viewings, this will certainly be one of them. Oh, and to the guy who's wondering if he'll be the only adult there on opening day...No. Like many other movies I'm dying to see, Feb. 14th can't come fast enough.
  16. I loved it! It was intense, I felt like I needed a nap after watching it. Now, it might be because I never followed Superman in comics before(until now, started Superman Unchained), but I thought Clark was developed well. The flashbacks to his childhood and figuring stuff out was good. I don't agree with who said that the bad guys were just evil, they had a plan/desire. Nobody has mentioned a secret scene, so I'm assuming there wasn't one? I remember Green Lantern having one.
  17. When I moved to a smaller place and got all my stuff out of storage. Yikes. I know what I have, but didn't realize the space needed. Still trying to figure out exactly how I'm going to do this.
  18. Saw an Audi commercial advertising the many customizable options and it started out with a kid at a table with a lot of well sorted bricks and building a car.
  19. Now, it's just something that I like the looks of or have interests in. When I started, it was pretty much all City, which I use in a layout. That was a big gateway theme. Then of course, the nerd in me couldn't resist SW, then came LotR/Hobbit & Superheroes... I love castles, so naturally. I too don't care about play features(so many catapults...). I typically don't but a set solely for the figs, but in the case of 76008 Golf Cart of Doom I did for the Heartbreaker suit. I suppose if the set were an inexpensive one I would do it again.
  20. Ya know, I thought that guy in 3368 looked fishy... Great few batches of funnies Oky! The Les Mis recreation is pretty funny. Never dawned on me. But, I have to agree with Cloney about Draco, as well as his parents. They've all done things that were against old' Voldy. Draco couldn't kill Dumbledore, because he wasn't all bad. Narcissa proclaimed Harry dead in DH, even though he wasn't. Draco didn't give Harry up when they were in the dungeon at Malfoy Manor. And Lucius...well, I can't think of specifics, so maybe he wasn't, "fine" in the end.
  21. Just got my S@H order and was surprised to see 70113 sitting in the box. That's now the second one I unexpectedly received. I wonder what's the deal...too many in the warehouse or something? Speedorz not selling well, so maybe they're giving out freebies to promote it(unlikely as this is a rather large Speedorz set to just be giving away..)?
  22. That was nuts! My jaw hit the floor. Damn Argus Filch! Definitely makes me excited and enticed for the finale Sunday.
  23. Even though I'm completely clueless to TOR and have not bought any sets yet, this one is really tempting me. Especially with that Sith warrior, awesome! Great review. Good pictures and nice explanation of the set and it's figs/pieces. Well done.
  24. It depends on how they do it, mostly the interior. They did make a tavern(4193 London Escape), so it's not out of the realm of possibilities.
  25. The movie, Now You See Me, there was a couple buildings built. They were your mediocre 4 solid wall, no roof contraptions in their 'hide out'. I certainly got excited and squealed a bit when I saw them.
