  1. Love the look of that Arkham set, also love how that Batcave has additional slots for more Batsuits :D
  2. supported this a couple of days ago, neet lil build :)
  3. supported this a lil while ago, great/simple design :)
  4. I don't think it would be too much of an issue in this case as aren't Hanna-Barbera characters are now owned by WB/DC?
  5. If you do a quick search on the forums there's a few guides for it, I still cant fully wrap my head around it but there's one where you add/replace the image to other default decals in LDD itself... but I just ended up using Decorations tool in "LDD to POV-Ray Converter" to replace default decals during the rendering process. Here's a couple of views of STAR Labs set up along on my shelf between my other superhero figs
  6. very cool looking build, the colours and style is spot on :)
  7. Thanks, I'll keep pushing them till their timers run down and even if they don't reach their goal, I hope it would show that people are interested in the CW versions of the DC Characters enough for them to include them in some sets :) Just need to try find a big enough audience, a lot of the groups and forums about the shows are really stricked to following rules of purely discussing what happens on the show ;/ Will wait till season 3 starts before looking at how to include Wally into a design :) Just need to figure out how his headpiece would work ;/ (ideally a new piece instead of a printed head)
  8. Thank you everyone :) Here's a load more images of the designs if you'd like to browse over the lot - https://www.flickr.com/photos/140336823@N02/
  9. Hi, A few months back I posted about my LEGO Idea for a STAR Labs build, I have since been able to aquire most the pieces I need to make the build. I really like the build and have it along side my other superhero figures/builds but want to complete it best I can with some custom printed pieces, I was wondering if anyone knew of somewhere that can make them for a decent price? Stuff like computer screen displays on flat tiles and possibly custom printed Torsos STAR Labs - https://ideas.lego.com/projects/130286 I have also come up with a couple more ideas on LDD for Flash themed sets that I'd like to share and get peoples opinions on :) Pipeline Metahuman Cells - https://ideas.lego.com/projects/144817 Flash v Zoom - https://ideas.lego.com/projects/146605
  10. Looking at the Marvel micro racers, the headpiece for Magneto would be ideal for a more serious looking Raven with the Dimensions fig
  11. Its one of the reasons for my LEGO Ideas project, in the hope that it would show there's some demand for other things that DC has to offer other than Batman & co. I eventually ordered a knock off from Ebay which tbh was better quality than I was expecting, I just didn't like the cowl/helmet it came with, so I got myself the Flash MicroRacer set and repainted the cowl yellow and it works really well. I'm guessing we're pretty much done with 2016 sets, unless there's some surprises due to pop out? At least with pretty much most of the suicide squad members appearing in sets this year, it might encourage LEGO/DC to be a bit more adventurous with next years lineup and we'll continue to see newer characters to the LEGO world
  12. correct, all sets that have been released are versions based on either the Comics or Movie
  13. agreed, there's so much potential to build on the DC universe from it without the need to incluce Batman hopefully they'll soon realise that
  14. Nipped out yesterday to see if I could pick up Slimer but nobody had it in stock even tho the Toys R Us website said it was available for click and collect within 1hr at my store... they had none -_- Day searching wasn't wasted tho as picked up TBTF (Marty) Level pack for £12 from the reduced section (from £29) in TESCO because the box had been punctured :D
  15. nope, they stated they wanted more original ideas and existing themes will have a harder time, otherwise why allow them to be submitted in the first place? :) and while they do hold the licence to WB/DC comics I'm sure there'd still be work acquiring the licensing/likeness from the CW who produce the show, so technically they don't yet have it (hence only CC exclusives so far?)
  16. Likewise, it would be a great way to get some more variants if they looked at the CW shows... check out my LEGO Ideas project ;)
  17. Finally got all the pieces needed to complete the build :) (still some placeholders due to colour/print availability) Only waiting on a custom Reverse Flash fig to complete the look of the Time Vault side :)
  18. nicely done :) Really like the fish tank and the polar bear section :D
  19. Thanks, currently waiting on a few more pieces before i have a complete build :) (obviously some placeholders due to lack of colours/part & print availability) also a working treadmill ^_^
  20. love those display cases... It would drive me mad though having to shuffle them along every time a new variant comes out lol
  21. Picked my encyclopaedia up for £6 from Sainsbury's along with LEGO dimensions for Xbox One for £47 along with 2x Harley Cycle Chase for £10 each (15% colleague discount :D) Encyclopaedia not long put on the shelf and Dimensions and Cycle chase being discontinued so remaining stock put down from £85ish to £55 and £20 to £13 ^_^
  22. Brilliant mod, I just completed building mine and found it surprisingly satisfying to build with a better appreciation than what I had when it was first announced, however still agree it lacks a lil something... The original design is more than it appears and I guess they had to simplify it a bit to keep the cost down which does make it look a lil bare in places... If that's what you did with an additional Manor section then I'm tempted to go do the same as that looks great :D I also feel they should've included Batgirl in the set or as the polybag instead of Freeze, a purple/yellow version would've been great to have and there's too many Bat vehicles and not enough "Bats" to drive them all :p
  23. Gorgeous! Just wow...
  24. Its one of the reasons why I submitted my Idea for a set based on Cw's The Flash, Batman/Spiderman have done their jobs in gaining people's interest... Its now time for them to take a back seat (not disappear completely) and to expand/introduce other heroes more frequently, especially with increasing popularity in the Movies and TV shows The TV shows in particular have big ongoing fan bases which include both male and female interest... fansboys wanting the cool superheroes and fangirls wanting cute pocket sized Grant Gustin/Stephen Amell's for example (a bit stereotypical I know... :s )
  25. Finally got mine delivered yesterday (again!) Originally ordered it two weeks ago but the jerks at Yodel tossed it around so much that the plates inside punctured not only the LEGO box, but also the delivery packaging too! So had to get it replaced (even the box must be in good nick for £200!) Have yet to open it but saw it in a LEGO store couple of days ago, the scale of it surprised me, it actually appears bigger than the Ghostbuster HQ which I wasn't expecting... only thing I'm not keen on is the number of stickers that seems to be required, for the price I'd be expecting a lot more of the pieces to be printed (bits like the landing pad and family portraits)
