  1. But there are only two students, meaning that you are either ahead or behind the class . And we all know that I am the smartest, just look at my last name. . You have a mane? Where can i get one? Is it like a team mascot thing? . When does class start? Susan
  2. This is sort of off topic, but i was curious as to why the Music thread is located in Community, while the books thread is in Culture? Why is that? Sirius
  3. Come on James, education is one of the most important things for us to focus on, i trust that our teachers are quite satisfactory, but a certain amount of focus is required on your part . Where did you get the 9 from? And why am I Surius Black according to the sign-up list? Interesting that my name had little corellation with my character. Flitwick's name is good. Susan Keen
  4. Either that, or TLG was not satisfied with a 34% profit increase. 40 thousand for a lego set, i never thought that i would see the day. This really hurts my spending plans if i have to save up 400 dollars for a minifig. I think that Jango just lost his role as the most expensive regularly released figure . Siriusly, that is funny! Great find
  5. Are you referring to the new sets in plural, or is this a new one? I'm jealous either way .
  6. Greetings, fellow student!

  7. Susan Keen here! Sorry it took so long, had an essay to finish. By the way, it is Sirius Black, not Surius Black . So does rule 12 mean that Shadows can't be voted out on day 1 . Joking When can we expect the PM's?
  8. Lucius is spot-on! Great job on his cane especially. I would be curious to learn how you did that, as it is a good replica. Sirius
  9. Agreed! I will be "haunting" TRU, until they release it. I had no idea how many individually new parts there were, but this set is incredible! The price isn't very steep when you consider part count, unique molds-prints, number of figures, etc. And i have heard that there is a possibility for a second wave of sets, so something to look for next year! Sirius
  10. 5 figures for $20?? And you don't like it? Even when each figure is different? With dark red robes? Are you Sirius? No wait, i am . Sirius
  11. Pity, i thought that you meant that you had seen them in stores. I will expect them to be in my local store by next Thursday. And yes, this has to be the WORST markup that i have seen yet, maybe enough to make me wait until another store has them. Sirius
  12. Really! Mesa cant wait to see, ooh, mesa is so excited!! I would be interested to see these mocs.
  13. None of those colors are produced in the 2x4 slope brick, so unless he wants to design custom parts, those aren't possible. Though dark blue or dark red would be cool. Sirius
  14. Just a couple, you say . You do seem vaguely familiar... Now onto the important thing, my signup . I AM interested in participating, VERY interested. VERY VERY INTERESTED. . Past experience. I have yet to play in a game, but have followed Hogwarts Mafia since it begun, and the mafia games are what caused me to join this site.I have also read almost all of the past mafia games, excluding the Baritones 1 and 2, and Western Mafia. I would greatly appreciate being allowed to play! Sirius
  15. Good Grief! That is bad even for TRU! I was at one today, and was unable to find any, which one were you at? It would suprise me if they are not widely available a week from now at TRU. The markup on the Castle is ridiculous . Siriusly! Sirius
  16. Wow! This is one of the best Harry Potter mocs that i have seen. The station looks incredible, and has a good resemblance to the actual one in the movie. The overpass is excellent as well. You are really getting along in your Hogsmeade project! What's next on the list for you? Great Job Sirius
  17. Hmm, this, with a few small mods, could easily pass as the Hogwarts Express. I also agree about replacing the red wheels with black ones, it would look better. The train is incredible! Great Work! Sirius
  18. This is an excellent example of a studless moc. Great Work! I love the front of the ship especially, as it makes great use of streamlining. I do have a question about the accuracy of the coloring. In episode three, the ships appear to have a dark grey/black theme, but you chose dark red and light grey. Was this influenced by the official set? Great Moc! Sirius
  19. For the figures, or the parts, or just because . I will definitely get multiples of this for the Gryffindor figure and the death eater head. I do prefer the Quidditch Match, as with four of it, and a few different heads, you can complete the Slytherin and Gryffindor teams.
  20. If you have a collection of over 25,000 bricks, don't break a set that you would desire to rebuild. I learned this the hard way with some of my 2002 SW sets, and even now, 5 years after i started rebuilding, I haven't finished. It is entirely your choice, but i typically leave most of the sets that i like together. I just disassembled and cannabalized parts from the MMV, and i may end up regretting that, but for my upcoming project, it is worth it. Siriusly ! Sirius O. Black
  21. I agree wholeheartedly with this statement. The newer specialized bricks such as, say, the HP towers, or the large wedge bricks that are now available, or the quarter round dk green bricks on the new Slave I are all incredible bricks, and have many potential uses. Without specialized parts, we would have a lot fewer options, and mocs would have less detail. Sirius
  22. Greetings and welcome to Eurobricks! Hope that you enjoy your stay. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard, along with personal checks, and cash.... Not really, but i hope that you have a great stay here! Sirius
  23. Does this belong in the licensed thread or the Buy-Sell-Trade-Finds thread? That PoA Hogwarts Express looks promising . Nobody dare bid on it . Sirius
  24. Sveltes already gotten on to a few people (but of course not me ) for trying to start up a discussion of 2011. The problem is it becomes a list of what people want for these sets, which is an entirely different thread. This is a 2010 discussion thread. Sirius
  25. And at times, goes VERY fast. But HP Lego is definitely worth it. For that matter, Lego in general is worth it.
