  1. Hmm, you seem Very outspoken here, and are broadcasting that you are innocent. He never said that all who did not post are mafia, he said it would help, with which I agree. I know many of us have not said a word yet, and it is a valid question as to whom they are hiding from. Why can you only be active now? Why say you are innocent when you have no proof? And why are you so outspoken against this list? I do not know your reasons, so if you could shed some light on your statement, it would help the rest of us understand. Susan
  2. Agreed, but will the recruited mafia have the ability to kill? Or will they retain their original abilities?
  3. Well, this is not the worst possible outcome, but it is not great. We have no (revealed) leads, no information, and are still where we were yesterday, but now we have to deal with the possibility that the mafia has added two members to its group. At this point, we need to consider voting someone out. Doing nothing provides the mafia with an advantage, as our vote is the best way to stop the mafia. It appears that the godfathers are playing conservatively. They are avoiding taking very many night actions (besides recruiting), and therefore are leaving us in the dark. We need to start to take action. Susan
  4. It does seem as though Lego did not go too far in designing the figures. I mean, the goblins, and F and G look pretty good, and Ollivander isn't bad, but the other figures are all duplicates. Almost all of the HP sets released today had a majority of their figures as exclusive. I think that this is exemplified by Hermione having to steal Ginny's clothes. However the buildings give this set a perfect 5 out of 5 already in my opinion! That is human nonsense. You must read the stars in order to determine the future. Or you could just take a bottle of Felix Felicis Sirius
  5. Re: Drevim Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but TRU does have the sets available now. Now back to the more important news . WOW! That has to be one of the best sets designed yet. These buildings are on the detail level of exclusive sets, not just for a liscenced theme! Gringotts has perhaps my favorite design element-the tilted columns, but Borgin and Burkes, not to mention Ollivanders, are near-perfect as well. Take a look at the piece count and price. 2000 pieces for a $150 dollar set with 11 figures in a liscenced theme!!!! That is a most unusual occurence! And take a look at those figures... We finally get Gred and Forge, who will make the burrow a better place, and we finally have someone who can make those wands that our characters need. Personally, i could have done without Greyback, and instead included Narcissa Malfoy, or a new character but oh well. BTW, why did Hermione steal Ginny's sweater . I am assuming that F and G are wearing their WWW outfits, but has that been verified? Now I have another set to look forward to! Has a second HP wave been verified? Sirius
  6. Agreed Ahh, my heart still has not recovered from the shock. We must take our revenge on this insolent young vassal . Now, how to punish you...... Joking . Greetings to you!
  7. Seems ghosts are not just limited to Hogwarts . Not many people can talk to their killers after they died.
  8. Personally i would rather have a slightly smaller castle (and the floor plan is much greater btw) with a LOT more detail that a big, empty castle with giant holes in the walls. This rendition has a lot more life in it that previous editions did. Sirius
  9. Fair point. One thing that needs to be done is to see who has NOT said anything whatsoever about this awful state of affairs. It may well be with a crowd of over forty people that they feel they can avoid detection by saying nothing at all. If someome could compile a list of who has said nothing, it may help us. It is unusual to vote for someone without providing any support or reasons. I may not fully understand why you did this, but it does look unusual if you vote without providing anyexplanation besides that your wife supported a vote. My question: why did you accept her vote so easily? I don't think that this is voteworthy, but it is an unusual action. Would you care to elaborate Possibly, but they will also try to sway the vote against an innocent by attacking them and hoping several unsuspecting townies jump on the bandwagon with them. At this point, i am not comfortable voting anyone off. Let us wait and see what tomorrow brings. Susan
  10. Even if we are underage students? . I'll pass, we need to be as lucid as possible to deal with the maifias. You bring up a fair point about the confusion and the stuttering, but we need to look for anything out of the ordinary. I am not sure if i would go as far as to say that there is nothing suspicious at all. In fact, some might say that that particular statement was suspicious . You bring up a fair point about the maid from the castle. I remember reading about an innocent student by the name of Angela Weasley in a magical castle who confused a few things and got voted out as well. At this point, we have only a couple of small leads to go on. Personally, I wouldn't feel 100% sure of voting either of them out at this point, so we can either view their actions over the following days, or attempt a vote, and hope for the best. Susan
  11. I definitely am starting to agree.
  12. Exactly. I am starting to agree with you. He has made quite a few non-sequiteurial statements. His logic does not follow. It also seems that he is trying to deflect attention from the government. My question: Why are you making these assumptions and statements about the government and the mafias? Not necessarily. I was just recently reading about how a pair of teachers, a student, a nurse, and a servant were scum in a fantastical castle. It just goes to show that the scum can be anywhere. However, I would find it unlikely if entire branches of our city were mafia free, for example the police/government. Is it to early to start taking actions on our suspicions? If we sit back and do nothing, we give the mafia a free reign over the city.
  13. I find it very unlikely that the government is free from corruption. In fact, why are you trying to defend the entire police and government? If they work together, then the town will merely die faster. I also find it unlikely that each mafia is aware of the other's association, as that would make it too easy for them. I also do not follow your logic that if they are together, then they are less dangerous. Any thoughts on who (if any) to vote out? Susan
  14. Great Advice! Now all we have to do is follow through with it . At this point, we really have very little evidence to go on, so we can either vote off a person at random and gauge reactions by other citizens, or we can pass on voting, and see what the night brings. Ugh, Sushi. I could never stand that food. And who would want a rat? With all that is going on right now, on top of my regular school, how am i expected to relax? We have enough on our plate right now without the Sushi (or the rat, for that matter ). Interesting... How can you be sure that all of the police force are innocent? Or is this just an assumption? I remember reading about various authority figures that were indeed scum. How can you be sure that our government is untouched? Susan
  15. Great! My current photo really doesn't do my stunningly good looks justice . I look forward to day 1!
  16. PoP was slightly better, since the figures were more detailed (Anubis excluded), but then again, since this is not a liscensed theme, they are not expected to be. The price on PoP was not that much of a markup (excluding the Ostrich Race) compared to the desired price-per-brick ratio. Agreed on the biplane! Sirus
  17. This is interesting. Have there been many other instances where a set is placed on backorder even before it is released? I haven't seen it occur before. Because of this, it looks like TRU (with a few discounts, hopefully) or a Lego store would be the best bet for those looking for Hogwarts who did not preorder. Sirus
  18. I can understand the dislike of some of the elements of this theme, giant creatures tends to be a bit overplayed. However, some of the minifigs really stand out (Anubis, anyone), and the brick selection isn't bad. This theme isn't great, but it still is fairly good. Sirius
  19. Umm, no, that was the correct price before you changed it. The Hogwarts Castle is $29.99. Where did you here that it was $129.99? Anyway, I have noticed that most sites (Brickset, Bricklink, etc) show it as $129.99. I wonder when they will correct it? Sirius How many of you took the above post Siriusly??
  20. What are they paying for? Coffins? Or are you impartial to this chain of events, and merely desiring for more business? . How can you like this turn of events? As a dedicated student, anything that detracts me from my studies is an utter disaster! I can only hope that my teachers survive this, so I can continue to learn! Sorry, gotta go, have a English essay to finish Susan
  21. Requiem for a Tower, by escala: It has to be THE best instrumental song that i have ever heard. Do a search for it and check it out!
  22. Actually, it is in the North Sea, but i was going to apparate to one in Alabama. Great points, all of which are reasons that i went. Unfortunately, a wasted trip. I do expect them to be there by next Thursday, or at the latest, the 30th. At that point, i might as well order from TLG directly. Re: Legocrazy81 The majority of summer lines at my TRU came out anywhere from a week to a full month early, so it was worth a trip to see. Sorry to dissapoint. Sirius
  23. TRU has a three for two deal going on, so i am going to swing by today to see if i can grab a few sets. Sirius
