  1. Thank you legolijntje, I'm not in a hurry. I'm building the car now, to check the LDD file. However I think, others in the technic forum would like to get a BI asap. So let's see if a master of MLCad with some time now is willing to make the BI. Some more hint to the project. It's a technic car make start with the letter "F"
  2. I'm working on a second reverse engineering project. I did it in LDD. But some parts are missing in LDD and some can't be placed or bent as needed. I'm a novice in MLCad and I'm looking for a master of MLCad, who would make the BI from the export of the LDD file ? Original MOC builder is informed. Project is about a nice technic car with remote controle. Approx 660 parts.
  3. Checked it with my errors, and they are the same. So something else is causing your crashing when trying to configure.
  4. One way is to open "control panel" - "administrative tools" - "event viewer" - "windows logs" - "application"
  5. I wanted to ask Blakbird if he has some Error related to Brickstock in the application log event under windows logs and if which one. And just before I checked what I have on my pc in the event logs, and surprize even my BrickStock is working, I still get some errors in the application log related to BrickStock. According to the error type, legolijntje is right with the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable. Only thing we don't know is which version is needed. Only Patrick Brans could help as he created BrickStock.
  6. Good to know that the temp solution is working. Hope we can figure out why on your pc, BrickStock crashes on starting configure. 7zip is free
  7. .lzma must be decompressed. 7Zip can decompress it.
  8. Good catch hrontos, here the database for trials. I could not try it. I don't have the Brickstore program anymore.
  9. Brickstore has been created by Robert Griebl. He stoped to maintain it and unfortunately Bricklink also made some changes, and since February 2014 the database is not updated anymore in Brickstore. BrickStock is created by Patrick Brans based on the source of Brickstore. The story in french can be found here There is no update for the Brickstore database.
  10. I just tried to install it again in a Virtual Machine running under windows xp and no issue. updated the database also. Big question is how to figure out the why it's crashing on your pc.
  11. Which version do you use "for private use" or "for commercial use" ? I only use the private one
  12. Give it a try to install BrickStock at his default location. It might be that your path is too deep.
  13. Win 7 ultimate 64. Where did you install it? (path)
  14. I use the latest version of BrickStock 1.2.7 with no trouble. I did not set the proxy. Only login for Bricklink.
  15. I did also the Brickstore file for the base here . It has 1100 parts due to the turntable in one part. Looking forward for the instruction of the base.
  16. Yep I'm in the process, will publish it soon. However I'm not 100% for the PF elements which or not availabe in LDD. But the funny color parts will be removed (place holder for PF elements) edit: Here the Brickstock / (Brickstore) file for the revised 2 of gerger's lxf file. edit 2: file moved to new location
  17. Hi Superkalle, would it be possible to add a feature to export to a Brickstock file (.bsx) ?
  18. Thank you for checking, file is updated
  19. I like it too... and here the Brickstock file. Could someone confirm the tires. Updated file as sugested by jantjeuh.
  20. I pleged in the first days, and added some money on top of that not only the 3 GBP. I'm not pledging for getting a super bargain. I'm in because I want this to reach production, not only for me but for all who waited too long for such device and solution. Of course the creators could have made a lot of different pleges, but you would not find it clear also, as there would have to be to many of them. So I like how it is, the addition of the train pledge is a good gap filler too (8 SBrick). for this project.
  21. In fact the 8871 is a "set" composed only of the 58118, and normaly in a plastic bag. (50cm) Same for the 8886 is a set composed only of the 60656. (20cm)
  22. That was quick. Un grand MERCI Philo
  23. I see the right people get involved. We will get the Sbrick in LDraw. That's GOOD news. and we might get it before the Sbrick. So now, I really need to get used to use MLcad or other tools with the LDraw library.
  24. Approved and Backed by Zimix. I hope that most of the guests reading this topic will also back it. Only thing that worries me, I will have to move to LDraw, as LDD will not provide this part. Or LDD users will have to use some assembled parts solution, like for newer PF motors.
