  1. Just upload the brickstock file on 1st page, second link after instruction. to your bricklink wanted list. et voila.. and have fun with it.
  2. I don't keep set build so all parts are spare. According to brickstock, i have about 38k of parts, in 1362 lots. The 3 main pins make about 9.5k. All about 45 kg (with building instructions). That's only my post dark age collection. Don't have the count on my pre dark age parts.
  3. From official set I own or could build with my parts collection, I could say none is hard. That said, I remember having to struggle with a creation found on this forum, the Terex RH400 Mining Excavator from Sheo. You can easily end up having wires either to long or to short at some place and noway to pull or push them. So only way out, start to reverse build till you can adjust the wires.
  4. Today I started the build of 42055 Bucket Wheel Excavator, and got a strange part Tire 49.5 x 20 15413 one out of the 4 is much harder. Tire could only be put on rim by heating it a bit to get it a little smoother. I think it's about 20 to 30 shore A harder. Did it happen to anyone else?
  5. The link to the instruction thread for those who missed it
  6. I have a small question, is this topic only about TLG "technic 2017 discussion and speculation", or also about any of our great master technic creator builder ? Where to speculate about for ex, madoca 1977 creation for 2017.
  7. Madoca, thank you, I really appreciate your tremendous work and that you share it too. Great work and keep going and enjoying to work with lego.
  8. Well done, another mechanism which specially maniacs of aligning stuff should really consider. Never not align U-joint unless you know the effect.
  9. That's exactly what lego technic is about, to show how so called simple mechanism do work. Nice work !! And I really enjoyed to watch it.
  10. Migros this week and some cumulus advantage included. (multiply factor 5+2). Base price is 179 CHF, minus 30%, 125.30 CHF and the rest is cumulus (fidelity program). VAT is included.
  11. Got today, 42043 for 107.66 € or 116.6 CHF. new
  12. Do you have a windows system variable LDRAWDIR defined ? and pointing to the same directory C:\Program Files(x86)\LDCad\ldraw or does it point somewhere else ?
  13. Alex, I think you should not search another way to do this. You only need to know how to dismantle it safely. Rather put a notice at end of the BI with some hints to dismantle the Terex.
  14. In the Terex instruction with 2464 pages (the actual complete one) it's at page 892 where the cross axle 4 with stop is put in place. In the Terex superstructure instruction with 1640 pages, it's at page 68.
  15. OK this construction is used in Sheo's Terex. I was more afraid to brake a part then I should have. In fact with my Swiss army knife it went unexpectedly smoth as you recommended Ludo Visser. Thank you
  16. I need your help, I have following assembly and I could not yet find a solution to get the cross axle 4 with stop out safely. Warning don't try this assy if you are not ready to loose the parts, or if you don't have a solution. EDIT: Thank you Doug72 in post 11 for the easiest solution and RohanBeckett in post 21 for the video. so I learned that the The red connector pin is hollow
  17. I needed to use this tool(s). Specially the pliers, to grap some nasty axle. And the bottle opener to push some axle to the end position.
  18. If you have the patience to build this beauty, you should either have the patience to follow the building sequence in reverse order to disassemble it or just leave it assembled. I agree, that so far this construction is by far the most "interlocked" one I have seen, everywhere a pin or an axle to fix and to double fix. I like it so much.
  19. This should be asked more in the LEGO Digital Designer and other digital tools forum but as far as I know the ldraw parts have no weight value or density nor volume. So you would have to use a professional cad and build up your part catalog.
  20. DrJB, CG (center of gravity) of the boom will not help you to much, as you should consider also that you want to expand the boom and you might also want to lift something with it. So CG of the boom retracted is not enough for this application.
  21. If I would have only one of these RC motors, I would really consider to get a second one. And then build the nice moc's available here in the forum. It's so fun to drive, that you have to use them.
  22. I should receive one in a few hours from now, and it will be build first in B model.
  23. So far I managed to build: Jurgen Krooshoop: ulimate 8043, ultimate 42009 Barman: Avatar Helicopter Mahjqa: Motoraized Batman Tumbler, Stilzkin Bridge Launcher LForces : M1 Abrams, GTK Boxer Madoca1977: Off road pickup, Dump truck (well not finished), SUV and SUV mk2, Tatra 813 Trial Truck pitrex: obviously the Ford Fiesta WRC (as I made the BI) and planned to build next Madoca1977: Corvette C3 Stingray Sheo: Terex I don't keep them for to long, as I need the parts soon enough.
  24. SBrick for Android is still an alpha version, so we will get the issues solved and we will get an amazing feeling. Just not now. The ALL NOW generation will have to learn patience. Before uninstalling the app, you can 1 try to clean the app cache.
  25. darksheep, thank you for additional pics. Did you use only one battery box? How is the driving with only one ? when I had the Fiesta assembled I did not think to try it with only the rear battery box.
