  1. I really do like this series, and it sure is a great way to promote the movie and the Minifigures line itself. So far, I have Scribble Face Bad Cop (and having seen the movie, know the story of how he came to be), Hard Hat Emmet, and the slightly disappointing Wiley Fusebot. Still looking for the Where are my Pant's Guy, Abraham Lincoln, and the Panda Guy.
  2. "(Look at the picture well, this is the same helmet as in the movie)" I find this incredibly funny. Well, yes, it is the same helmet mold, but it IS missing the crack.
  3. Hey, there isn't a topic for this yet, so why not... This thread is to discuss the shorts only. If your looking for the set discussion, head over to the Action Figures Forum and click on Mixels 2014 Discussion. Please do not post any lies about the series or troll. You do have the right to share your opinion, but not troll. This thread is used for discussion of all the seasons of the series. Have fun!
  4. What? No more web browsing, no more online multiplayer, no more a lot of things... why are they doing this?
  5. It's highly unlikely that this will happen. Unless Alien Conquest pulls a Space Police on us, LEGO is just going to continue coming out with a new space theme, then discontinue it, and then replace it with a similar, yet different space theme. It's the circle of bricks!
  6. Phh, as if you don't know me already! I'm happy to be here and excited to meet you all!
  7. I would like to join the Academy, please.
  8. Obsessing over the cute, lovable Mixels.

  9. "Why do you take apart all of your nice sets to build new things?" I laugh.
  10. LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game from 2005 is definitely a classic, so that would be my favorite. I remember playing that game all the time on my old PC.
  11. Wow, this is an amazing MOC. Clearly, you spent a lot of time working on it. While still looking very similar to the cafe in the film, you gave it your own unique touch, which is nice. I particularly love the coffee mug on top of the building. Keep on building!
  12. This movie was absolutely beautiful. I ended up seeing it on Valentine's Day, and I hadn't been so excited to be in a theater in ages. It's hilarious! The cast is impeccable, and the animation style is unique and clearly a lot of time was spent making it look the best it could be. The end is very heartwarming, and handled in the best way possible. I will admit, I got a little misty. Long story short, this film is a work of art! In regards to the recently announced sequel, I expect that they will handle it well. The movie ended on a good note, and I don't want it to be ruined. When they are making this one, I hope they include more themes and have a completely new story and characters, with maybe Emmet & company only making a small cameo. Honestly, I'd rather see a Ninjago film first, with the same type of photorealistic animation as the original TLM. It's great to see LEGO expanding into other media more, and using the tools they have to attract more fans to the hobby. Don't disappoint me!
  13. Agents has got to be one of the greatest LEGO themes in the last decade, in my opinion. The set designs were so full of fun and the villains were very unique. Seeing a revival of it shows that sales must have been great, which is very good news. I really do love some of the transparent elements on the minifigures. The sets definitely capture the feel of the 2008 theme, with some innovation. Well done, LEGO!
  14. About these sets: the designs are lovely, and I'm sure little girls are already loving them. However, I would never be caught buying Rapunzel's Tower of Creativity for the great parts and look. And dat Pascal. How can I casually purchase this without attracting any unwanted attention? I have the same problem with Friends. Great parts packs for MOCs, but how can I obtain them without making a fool of myself?
  15. I picked up Flain, Volectro and Seismo about a week ago. Having built all of them already, they are great little sets! I love the character of them, and the parts. They are, dare I say, adorable. So Muppet-like and fun. It's the spirit of LEGO in one little bag! Not disappointed at all. They open up a ton of fun and possibilities, and after the later two series are released, I hope this theme can be expanded into 2015 and beyond. Definitely going to try to collect them all. I am absolutely for the idea of breaking the sets down and making your own little monsters out of them. That is entirely the point of this theme: to give us awesome new combiner models at an affordable price! They are called Mixels, after all. I don't think The Man Upstairs would like this theme very much.
  16. Not a fan, but I have some friends who loved hearing this news! Who else thinks that LEGO may in fact be planning to release Doctor Who sets after doing this? The demand is definitely there, and I for one think it would be cool to see a TARDIS. Now, if only they could make it bigger on the inside!
  17. My most recent licensed buy is the Minecraft Microworld Village, without counting The LEGO Movie (LEGO's own movie) or Mixels (a joint creation between LEGO and Cartoon Network).
  18. Hello, everyone. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Green Ninja. Most people call me that, or GN, Ninja, or by my Club Penguin username, Puffle Pal26. I've been lurking around Eurobricks for years, but have now finally decided to join and get into the discussion. I am from the great state of Massachusetts in the United States. I only drawing and animation, writing, gaming, music, and of course, LEGO. LEGO makes up most of my life. I started playing with Duplo at an early age, then started building with System when I was old enough. Ever since, I have been an avid collector. My personal Brickset collection has a record of me owning over 300 different sets over the years, ranging from many different themes, including constraction, licensed, and original LEGO properties. Although I'm known by most of my friends and family, as well as throughout the Club Penguin game community as "the" LEGO builder, I've never really brought myself to being a part of the broader LEGO community. This changes now. I've started to come in contact with some well-knowns from within the community, such as the folks at The Brick Fan and BrickQueen. I currently own an account on CUUSOO, called PufflePal, where I post my projects, one of which is a Club Penguin Town Center with over 600 supporters and support from even the game's CEO. I joined Brickset early last year, where I comment whenever I can and read every single day. You may recognize me from the dying Brickipedia on Wikia, which I was partly active on. I have since moved to Brickimedia. I do have a BZPower forum account, though I hardly ever use it. I am not part of a LUG and have never been to a fan convention, though I hope to when the time comes. You're probably all bored by now if you are reading this, but there's more! Here are some random facts about me, some involving LEGO. -I joined Club Penguin in March 2007. I have my own blog for it and am known through most of the community. -I used to collect tons of Star Wars sets, but stopped in 2010 when the sets got boring and a little repetitive. -I saw The LEGO Movie in its second weekend of release, on February 14, 2014. Beautiful film. It was one of my dreams to see my favorite toy on the big screen. Dreams really do come true! -My favorite theme of all time is BIONICLE. Que the angry constraction haters. My favorite current theme is Ninjago, hence my username. -I love wikis and forums! -I hate sports. Don't ask why. So yeah, I'm pretty much done here. Feel free to leave me a PM, as I love to meet and befriend other people. Don't forget to look for me on other LEGO fan sites. You can follow me on Twitter @GreenNinjaCP, and email me at greenninjaatcp@gmail.com. See y'all around!
