Now the shield seems done, the other question is still on the table. If he is trying to save money then I would use the helms he has for the sword troops first and once he runs out then use any hair he has for the bowmen etc. Also if this is early celts I would nto worry about having the helms the same on every guy anyway. Mix and match them as his supplies allow. Just my .02

This is what I do. If the set instructions are available as a PDF, the booklet goes into a pile. When I have a few, I sell them as a lot. I keep a back up of the PDFs and if I ever need to build the original set again, I have the instructions right on my hard drive. Lot less space that way.

So it looks like the walls are mostly done, now on to what is going inside the walls. Can't wait to see what you have in store for the buildings inside.

This just begs to be included into a larger MOC. I hope you build it someday.

Lego40k, it is not $1700 in two years, it is 1700+ *sets* in two years. Slightly more money I would bet.

This has happened once to me (out of dozens of buys). Ibuy using paypal so I just used them to aid in resolving the matter. Sorry you had to experiance this.

Yes, I changed it. Made it so I use the same name on all the Lego forums I go to. That is my fault. I sent the link to him. Yes, that forum can be quite "R" rated and is not always the best fit for folks. But to go on and look at a specific photo in a particular thread like this should not have been too bad.

I really love the color use on the towers. This castle is wonderful.

I really like these. Some nice combos. My favorite is the Armour Salesman. I just like how he looks. But they are all nice.

So far on brick link I have found that checking the seller's feedback was the best indication of what used means to them. So far, I have had some "used" bricks that seems new and unused even. But as others have said it is really a wide ranged and subjective area.

If I had 1765 sets I would really be asking myself some hard questions. How many of those sets do I really want? Do I have doubles of sets I really only want singles of? Would I be better selecting only one or two themes and collecting those? Then I would start to seperate my collection into "have to keep" and "sell off" piles. Then I would sell off the sets in the sell off pile. But that is just me.

Oh Peppermint_M, I like this one much better. Very creative use of the brown combined with the grey. Nice job.

What is art? Is this MOC art? The answers will be different from person to person. What makes art, art is highly subjective and while we might agree to the theoretical answers mumbling something about feelings and stimulation of the emotional brain, once we leave theory and start to look at specific MOCs I think is where we will fail to answer your question. From my point of view, this is one of those extremely subjective questions that can never be defined.
