Soooo.... Apart from the Marketplace and two female minifigs... When do you all think we could expect pics of new sets for 2009? Since my wife got into castles recently, I am thinking about getting her something as a birthday present. But her birthday already is in february. So the only set I could get is the marketplace, but she´s going to buy that on herself. We´ve already seen Power Miners, City farms, Pirates... Where are all the cool Castle sets?

Wow! I was hoping for a conclusion on this, but leaving it open is an even smarter move! KUTGW!

I´d like to second these! But I´d like to specify them a little more. - 1979 Chevy Corvette - 1983 Chevy Camaro - 1969 Ford Mustang If possible, add another instructions booklet for an alternate build with the parts present: - 1979 Corvette alternate: 1990 Corvette or 1969 Corvette (the Mako Shark) - 1983 Camaro alternate: 1967 Camaro, 1979 Camaro or 2008 Camaro Concept (as seen in Transformers the Movie) - 1969 Ford Mustang alternate: 2006 Mustang And I´d like to add: 1977 Pontiac Firebird (Alternate: 1979 Firebird. And it has to be black with gold details ) 1982 Pontiac Trans-Am (Alternate: It´s obvious! "KITT" from "Knight Rider") 1984 Pontiac Fiero SE Notchback (Alternate: 1988 GT Fastback) DeLorean (Alternate: Again it´s obvious: The Time Machine from "Back to the Future", but I´m afraid a lot more parts would have to be included for this alternate. Maybe the other way round? Remove the additional parts of the Time Machine to get the regular DeLorean as the alternate model...) So much for the UCS models. I wouldn´t say no if those cars would be available in Minifig-Size, too! Maybe a set like the 10200 Custom Garage, but with classic American sports cars instead of Hot Rods. I already bought the Custom Garage just because of the cars, although I´m definetly not collecting the city theme, but a "Classic American Sports Cars" set would actually convince me to start collecting sets like Café Corner, Green Grocery, Market Street and so on. Meaning the more "mature" City-sets. In fact, a lot more civilian cars have to be made for this adult-aimed city theme! Next up, here´s a suggestion for Factory: To my understanding it was the overload of big and expensive sets in 2007, that killed the Exo-Force line. However, there are a lot of fans of Mecha-themes that would like to see a continuation of Exo-Force. Maybe it would be practicable to release Mecha-Sets that have the Exo-Force feeling in the Factory line? A set like Star Justice or Space Skulls, with a small base, a vehicle, a big Mecha, a small mecha and maybe a small flyer would be awesome! If it´s impossible to relaunch Exo-Force as a theme, then just add one or two factory-sets a year (I´d volunteer to create the models )

Nope, not the only one. Everyone I ask is simply overwhelmed by the creativity TLC put into brick-built-birds. And I have to confess, I really like them, too! Wouldn´t make as much fun to have molded birds - well, chicken, that is. While comparing the brick built horses from the early 80ies with the molded horses I see it makes sense with animals that are a bit bigger. I wouldn´t want to have brick built cows for sure

A nice building, but I think it just doesn´t look medieval enough to me. At least not enough to be combined with the Market Place. If I had to put this building into a time frame, I´d go with the late 19th century.

Well...... Thanks for your posting, but I couldn´t care less about fleshie minifigs or movie-accurate cars - or the cars at all. This set would really ONLY go into my parts bin. Therefore I need to know what parts are in there and if they are "cool" enough to go into an Exo-Force collectors parts bin.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but I´ve just discovered this set is on sale at Amazon.de - for a mere 25 Euros. I am tempted. Not because I like the set or the models, but because of the parts. As most of you might know, I´m especially into Exo-Force. So would you recommend to get this set just for the parts? Are they a good choice to combine with EF-sets? Would anyone of you be interested in obtaining the fleshie-parts of the minifigs from me, as I totally don´t need those?

Well... I could try to tackle a Mini, but would that be the Original or the new-really-big-car-that-doesn´t-deserve-to-be-called-Mini? Furthermore, that car wouldn´t have the ability to swap engines since the engine compartment is far too small to fit the 4x4 stud engines in it.

Yeah, same here. I´m really tempted, but to be honest I don´t have the space for more lego sets. Yesterday I had to get rid of all the double boxes of my Exo-Force sets, since my wife just started collecting castles now.

An Excellent conclusion to an excellent game, Hinck! Now I´d like to shed some light on my night actions. Sadly, I cannot remember whom I wanted to protect on Night 1. And it didn´t matter too much, since I got killed instantly. Great bodyguard, able to protect everybody else but herself. *curses self* Night 2, as I recall, was my "resurection" as a ghost. I had to learn my new ability but couldn´t use it yet. But as the powers above decribed what I may do now my first impulse was actually to investigate on Ivan. My intention there was totally personal, I wanted to make sure Ivan was a good citizen so I knew how to play my part to him. Night 3, with all the evidence pointing towards Petey I thought it was clear for everyone that he must be a Baritone. But I wanted to be sure. It all could have just been a wrong turn and the citizens might have killed an innocent. So I investigated on Petey and confirmed... er... actually I guess I claimed him to be the Baritone in the first place, didn´t I? Never mind. As the Baritones can voice out their convictions, too and try to convince the citizens, I decided to protect the innocents with telling them for sure who a Baritone was. But after all, it was still up to the citizens to believe a ghosts stories. On a side note: I wanted to investigate on Veronica first, because I too thought it was a little surprising how Neal and Veronica were talking to each other. Seemed they didn´t really like each other, though they were working together. Night 4, after successfully getting rid of a Baritone, the citizens were more likely to trust me. So I picked up some hints from the day and tried to find out who another Baritone was. Betty was quite suspicious to me from the very beginning I remember, though now I don´t remember why That she turned out to be the new godfather was a surprise to me as well, but a pleasent surprise, since the citizens had the chance to take her down now. Night 5, I couldn´t find any hints or clues as to whom I could investigate on, so I wanted to pick randomly. But then I thought that blood is thicker than water and decided to stand by my family. Darlene had some arguments with Iris and Iris was rather harsh in this argument, so I investigated on her, always forcing myself to assume that my family was innocent. As you all know it turned out that Iris was another Baritone, too. So I guess I was just lucky this time or had a good feeling for the game. Last day, when the briefcase was opened and the clue was revealed I have to admit that I suspected Ivan and Darlene again. They both vouched for each other which always was okay since I knew that there was only one Baritone left. But I read the clue wrong and was assuming that not a traitor could be recruited but any citizen. My mind was playing tricks on me I guess. A scenario could have been that Ivan recruited Darlene (stick with the family to rebuild the Family). Another one, even worse, that Darlene hooked up on her sisters ex-hubby, seduced him to swap sides and become a Baritone. I don´t know if Hinck cut the clue intentionally to not only remove the word "traitor" as it would have made things too obvious, but also to lead in this wrong direction I picked up on. Anyway, my night actions were gone after night 5 so this whole chapter was just for your reading pleasure Again, a great game and I hope to be able to play in the sequel, too!

Surprisingly this set suddenly got my wife into the whole Castles line. We bought the big castle and the skeleton tower on monday and I guess she´ll get the dwarves mine for christmas from me, which she really likes, too. So... yeah. Good job, TLC, in finding ways to get our money
