DC Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussions
Steph 104th replied to Ezekiel2517's topic in LEGO Licensed
@just2good, many thanks for providing these images. I can't wait for these sets, defiantly THE BEST wave ever. I still feel that Darkseid's little hover canon is unnecessary, leave it out and drop the price. -

I agree with Sam982, we are grateful to just2good that we can even see image this early. Let him post them when he can, he is doing us a HUGE favor. I too would like to see the images but is a day or to really going to kill us, after all we won't be able to own these sets until late December. -
Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion
Steph 104th replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
@Numbah1Nerd, Inhumans won't be used as it is its own story and own people, plus if the follow the Comics they will have to be created by the Kree a long time ago to become Inhumans. Von Stucker refered to them as 'miracles' whatever that is ment to be. I doubt they will be Inhumans as that is rumoured to be in the early stages of production with that movie, unless they use SW and Quicksilver as an introduction to Inhumans. -

@just2good, thanks for sharing your fountain of knowledge. If you don't mind another question, what colour was Green Arrow's bow? -

Another reprecution of these stupid Rights issues will be Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch's origins, in next years AoU. Because they are not allowed to call them mutants the will have some other concocked backstory. -
I know it might seem very overpriced, which in part it is, but if you watch the review you see how much really goes into Smaug. He has folding wings, his mouth opens on 5 different levels. His head, neck, wings and tail are all on ball joints. I am pretty certain he is the most complex mold Lego has ever produced.

Superb creation, this is beutiful no matter where you look, very modular worthy.

We have received prelimanary images for next years sets. If someone would be kind enough to share the images through their Flickr stream. The prices are unknown for the sets, except for the Green Lantern set we saw at Comic Con, but we have estimates for the rest. -
The only major difference between Dain's helmet and the Iron Hills soldiers helmets is the plume that Dain gets. But it is I minor difference, I think I will be picking up a few Dains to build an army, just swap a few beards here and there. Here's a referance http://forums.revora.net/uploads/monthly_11_2013/post-17208-0-31524600-1385646912.jpg

Looks awesome, great work! I can't wait to see it in its complete glory.

Smaug is my new favorite Big-Fig or what ever he qualifies as, the fact that he can fold his wings in makes him even more exceptional.

REVIEW: The Battle of the Five Armies
Steph 104th replied to ZCerberus's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thanks for the thorough review, I will definatly be picking up this set. -
Can't wait, @Dr.Cogg those are very good examples, Sauron's mace would be perfect for Azog.
-
After seeing the BOTFA trailer again I came to think, instead of the Orc hairpiece mold we could have gotten an Ironhills Dwarf helmet and Ram. We can only dream.
-
Brilliant, beautiful creation.
-
The more horrendous the Orc looks means Lego has achieved their goal. They are meant to be ugly and inhuman (no Marvel referance implied).
-
Works on Chrome, Explorer and Firefox for me.
-
Thanks just2good for the images, really can't wait for these sets now.

15 October for all

You achieved what you set out to do, this is a great Lair for them. -
Emmet's apartment from The LEGO Movie
Steph 104th replied to BlackStar's topic in Special LEGO Themes
These are great builds. Just ask the mods to move this to the 'Special Theme' Threads that where all the Lego Movie Related things belong. -
I don't think there are any forms of the young version left, Lego has been very thorough. Old Bilbo is vey likely as he appears in both the Hobbit and LOTR

Not that I know of, if the do that we will get the face printed on a black headpiece like the Flash resulting in a somewhat discoloured looking face though. -
Awesome representation of these clasics!

We have gotten books for most of the big themes-DC Superheroes, Star Wars, Harry Potter. So why not a hobbit one, if we get one it will most likely be after the release of the BOTFA movie
