I think the better question is how the heck do you get the bike down from the second floor.

Everything in the Town set is prefect except for the crane which i think is just too big. I would of rather smaller version with the extra bricks being used to make a car and to make the street sweeper a little bigger.

It is very interesting that the smallville set includes two extra hair pieces. I assume that the two figures in the black suits will have identities rather than being alien soldier extras and will have a major role in the movie.

Is the plate that is used for the training area`s floor printed or stickers?

After being disappointed in the lack of a good bat cycle for robin from Lego I decided to make my own. I took inspiration from the bat pod from the dark knight movie. 9 by legokermie, on Flickr I added some blue to break up the black. 10 by legokermie, on Flickr I had to use some unconventional techniques to get the two cannons on the front. The gold window pieces looks great and is a good idea. will be putting some in my palace set. It blends in well nicely with the style of the building. And as for the tip of the baseplate facing the door it is not raised in mine like the problem with the grand emporium.

My oldest set is a space buggy from the 1980's. It came with a blue spaceman and those thick round space wheels you dont see anymore.

Does anyone have an idea who in the creator theme decides what the next modular will be and how do they make their choice. Perhaps by knowing this we can form a frame work that can help predict what the next building will be. A very interesting point was raised above. Do the design theme start of with a particular design for a building that they would want to implement then choose what type of structure it would be or do they start with the buildig they want then work a design to fit in. With the former in mind I can see someone deciding to do a chinese style building and then decide that a cinema like in Hollywood would work.

With the emdor set we can either get celebration endor with han, leia, luke, wedge, lando and some ewok. However, with lego's focus on plability I think we will get a battle endor with an imperial atst, storm troopers and ewoks to represent the final battle scene on endor. Given lego's desire to have vehicles in their sets I don't see what vehicle can be included in a celebration scene. The a-wing and x-wing would make sense but are already in separate current sets.

Personally I am hooked on the modular buildings and i woundn`t mind getting two per year e.g. one in March and one in September. But that is what mocing is for. I already built my first modular building and im hooked like a kid in a candy shop. Im already building my second and planning my third. As for the next modular building I would love a 5 star restaurant with maybe a delivery truck like the limo with the palace.

The brickshow tv just confirmed a lego ewok village set to be released in 2013. It was said that the set was seen in a lego catalog. The was also mention of an exclusive Lord of the Rings set confirmed. My guess is that the ewok set would be released at the end of the year to drive christmas sales. http://youtu.be/ezKj48x9RTw

I tried sourcing the parts and for the first floor alone the total parts came up to $120 .............just the first floor. It makes you appreciate the price that we get our modular buildings from lego for.

I see a stall with a lady selling apples and grapes/cherries and maybe a butcher shop with turkey and meat stuff and a tree seller of course or maybe a stall selling christmas decorations and flowers. Given the previous sets, it must include one big building and some smaller stalls.

Thats pretty harsh. Im sure Lego tries their best in everything they do. I agree with you on their choice of sets but they are a business and they know what selsl and what doesnt.

I wont leave them up there especially if the bricks are that old. Extreme cold can weaken the strength of the plastic. Maybe its sign telling you that they want to be built. On side note what kinds of sets are they.
