  1. Or just memorize the hex codes you want to use and type them into the opening Color tag. If you do it often, eventually it becomes a lot easier than copy-pasting.
  2. OoC: Got it, thanks."Master Rone, get Dryad B. Everyone else, let's see if we can take down Dryad A." I attack Dryad A from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. "The Unicorn's Free Hit will miss Master Rone, Master Unth'or can take the Adder's Free Hit, and I'll continue to absorb the Creepers' Free Hits." Order of Actions: Dyric Rone Xander Unth'or Bartholomew Docken Althior Emorith
  3. OoC: A Blinded enemy can't deal Free Hits, if I remember correctly, but is it counted in the order of Free Hits (listed among the Free Hits, just dealing no Damage) or left out of the Free Hits altogether?
  4. It wasn't a serious idea. I thought of Wine in Front of Me, and then of Applesauce and Sausages, and wanted to use those.
  5. OoC: I don't suppose you'd count the .33 of a Level I have, making it .167 of a Level below half? "Okay, Master Rone, can you give me a Remedy? I'll take the Unicorn, and Master Unth'or and Master Emorith can take the Dryads." I attack the Unicorn from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. Order of Actions: Xander Unth'or Bartholomew Docken Dyric Rone Althior Emorith
  6. What do you expect from a chef in the middle of a battle?
  7. SHIELD: Wine in Front of Me - The Killer Chef serves his target poisoned wine, causing the Lethally Poisoned effect. A Lethally Poisoned enemy loses 25 Health each turn. MOLDY BREAD/APPLESAUCE & SAUSAGES - The Killer Chef serves his target moldy bread, causing the Badly Poisoned effect. Alternatively, the Killer Chef can serve his ally sausages with applesauce, restoring 20 Health. STAGNANT WATER/ALE - The Killer Chef serves his target water taken from a stagnant source, causing the Poisoned effect. Alternatively, the Killer Chef can serve his ally ale, causing the Encouraged effect. RAW APPLE/ROASTED APPLE - The Killer Chef serves his target a raw apple, causing the Afraid effect. Alternatively, the Killer Chef can serve his ally a roasted apple, causing the Hastened effect. WILD MUSHROOMS - The Killer Chef serves his target a wild mushroom. A die is rolled, and the target is made either (1, 2, 3) Lucky or (4, 5, 6) Jinxed. DAMAGE - The Killer Chef is struck by the opponent's attack. SPECIAL DAMAGE - The Killer Chef is struck by the opponent's Special skill.
  8. We know there are Killer Teuthisal Butchers, so it's not that farfetched...
  9. The Arena rules are kind of outdated and a lot of them don't reflect the class's strength or give the class the appropriate advantages.
  10. OoC: Doesn't the Dread Hat affect the Adder? It's half my Level, at Level 12 while I'm Level 24.
  11. So it turns out posades didn't have to take 1 Damage from Free Hits - I'm embarrassed, I completely forgot about my most powerful artifact, the one I'd built my character around!
  12. I think Sandy mistook you for John Paul.
  13. OoC: I completely forgot about the Dread Hat! It's been too long since you've given me enemies to use it against. "Master Unth'or, take the other Dryad. Now that I remember I have this..." I tap my Dread Hat. "...it makes sense for me to try to get the Adder Poisoned, and then I can take hits from the Creepers." I attack the Black Adder from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow. Order of Actions: Bartholomew Docken Xander Unth'or Dyric Rone Althior Emorith.
  14. As a spectator, Quest 47 did seem a little slow, but I think that was caused by the one-on-one battles. The participants might not have been playing slowly (I didn't actually check the timestamps), but their actions in the one-on-one battles were at times so predictable because there was only one enemy (see also Docken's comments in the first duel of Quest 7) that updates didn't seem to add much to the quest. I did like the concept, though, and I think everyone in Quest 47 kept the quest moving at a good pace. I would've added some sort of extra mechanic to the jousts, to make the actions less predictable and less reliant on lucky rolls of the die. Quest 44, on the other hand, seemed to move along quickly, even if it was actually taking a while, which I think was because there was simply so much going on. I will admit that, at times, the sheer amount of actions caused me to just skim the summaries of Rounds instead of paying close attention to the results of each die roll, but at the same time, all that action made it feel like there was a lot more happening than in normal quests. (which there was) I really enjoyed every bit of the story and the information about Eubric and the Veterans that was revealed, and the quest didn't seem like a series of giant brawls despite the number of heroes. Great job by Sandy to handle such a huge party. You mean life doesn't revolve around LEGO and RPGs?
  15. Regulator Note: I had merged this with General Questions, which is where it belongs, but Linux_Man_85 can't use the PM system, so I couldn't alert him as to where his topic had gone. Once the question is answered and he sees it or he reaches ten posts and unlocks the PM system, I'll merge the topics.
  16. OoC: Awesome, thanks, Sandy.
  17. OoC: Didn't K-nut heal posades and me when we were in the Sanctuary? "Okay, nine enemies. Master Rone, take the Unicorn. Master Unth'or, see if you can take down Creeper A. Master Emorith, take Dryad A." I attack Dryad B from the Back Row with my Darksteel Crossbow.] "That'll leave the Adder and four Creepers. I'll take the four Free Hits from the Creeper and Master Unth'or can absorb the Free Hit of the Adder." OoC: That's how the Creeper Free Hits work, right, Sandy? Just want to make sure they aren't going to make four Free Hits of 40 Damage instead of one. Order of Actions: Xander Unth'or Bartholomew Docken Dyric Rone Althoir Emorith OoC: Ah, took too long to post and got beaten. Yeah, that's what we'll do. (assuming I understand the Creepers' Free Hits mechanic correctly)
  18. There are no enemies at the areas we've cleared.
  19. I'm not familiar with Spongbob, but maybe he looks like he belongs in the sea because he looks like he's wearing a life jacket...
  20. Wait, what? I thought the entire point of player knowledge was to use it to your character's advantage.
  21. Yeah, that's what I was thinking... On that note, why does the Copper Fox get to be the Jack of all Trades while we get a class named 'Mime'?
  22. Well, he doesn't look undead... Or is this a different character than the one I'm thinking of?
  23. Hurray! The chances of getting the Quest 1 team together for a run at the Fields just went up.
  24. Stop posting quality roleplaying advice like this! Disputes should be settled with stats only! I want to see some good ol' PvP!
  25. Now wouldn't that be a hilarious death for Atramor, Badly Poisoned by a Rat?
