"The Dragon is immune to effects, including Stunned." -
Not in my quests; the battles always end too quickly in my quests.

OoC: Use a Water Bomb instead of doing nothing if there's no one who needs healing. OoC: Also, posades, you can't roll Aim with the Precision Bow, but you can with the Hand Cannon. With all your multipliers, the difference between Aim and Hit is significant. (12+26)*3*2=228 normal Damage on a Precision Bow Hit/Aim, (9*2*3*2=108 Lightning-elemental Damage on a Handcannon Aim. Not sure if I missed something there in the calculations, but I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to stick with the Precision Bow or use one Turn to equip the Electro Gear and then attack with the Precision Bow. (456 Lightning-elemental Damage on a Hit/Aim) -

"Master Carvenhall, the three Lucky heroes can easily deal more than the 252 Damage per Round we need to deal in order to take the dragon down before the point where it's guaranteed to use its second Special. In fact, Master Unth'or can get close to that mark on one of his normal Hits alone. At this point at the beginning of the battle, there's no need for you to risk attacking." -

"Okay, looks like this is going to be a brute force kind of battle. Master Unth'or, Master Emorith, Master Nihai: you three are Lucky, so go ahead and attack. Stick to the Back Row. "Master Carvenhall, we don't want to risk rolling Special Damage, so we might as well get in what little Damage we can." On both Turns, if Althior, Thormanil or Xander rolls Damage, I give him a Grand Potion. Otherwise, I use a Water Bomb. OoC: We'll deal with the Flare when we get there. I have a couple ideas. Sorry, I'm on mobile right now and can't type up anything more elaborate. -

OoC: Only one enemy? Can't say I expected that. Once the second Special is used, does the countdown reset to 5/5? -
I don't think this is their way around the inability to sell licensed single figures, because the magnet 'figs that weren't glued to the magnet brick didn't make it around that, either. (No idea about the original magnet 'figs with the magnets in the figure; I don't know if those were discontinued because of legal issues, because of the small magnets that could come loose and be swallowed; or a combination of both.) Anyways, my guess is that they're glued to those discs behind the minifigs with the environment print on them. Looking at the ones in the bottom row and on the far left and right in that photo, one can clearly see that the 'fig and the environment picture are in front of/on top of a black disc.

OoC: K-nut needs: Mead Doc needs: Mead Flare needs: Smelling Salts, Deadly Venom swils needs: Nostrum posades needs: nothing! Cross out consumables and update the list in your post when you've given them. -
Goblet of Wine in Front of Me (suitable for Rogues; accessory) - Ensures that Iocane will take effect even if the hit is not successful.
-
Iocane - Odorless. Tasteless. When applied to a weapon, that weapon will instantly Knock Out the target on a successful hit. Applying Iocane to a weapon causes all enemies to monologue for four Rounds and all heroes to be Confused by their enemies' dizzying intellects.

I tried to give Pie Insanely Overpowered Venom during Grogmas, but Sandy didn't let that happen.

"I would switch to the Marksman's Hat. Most enemies against whom you would be protected by the Electro Gear are also immune to Lightning-elemental Damage, anyways. As for the Deadly Venom, we have a higher chance of getting someone poisoned if we all have it on our weapons, and I'd rather waste a Deadly Venom than find out halfway through the battle that a Deadly Venom could've taken out the enemy that's about to Knock someone Out." -
It was, thanks. Slightly different mechanic proposal, then, but you are correct: giving a weapon a special effect is just like merging it with another weapon with that effect.

"I think we're going with everyone takes Smelling Salts, everyone takes Mead, everyone except Master Emorith applies Deadly Venom, Master Emorith takes Mulled Wine, everyone except myself and Master Carvenhall takes Nostrum." I use my Smelling Salts and apply Deadly Venom to my Darksteel Crossbow. OoC: We should have enough consumables for that. Everyone, use only the consumables meant for you that are already in your inventory, first. Then we can get a stats update before using consumables on each other to ensure that we don't accidentally waste one on someone who already has the effect. -
It's some sort of hologram arm on a clone(?) from TLG's animated series, The Yoda Chronicles.

"I suggest that at least for now, Master Emorith get two Phoenix Essences and I get the other three, and then that Master Carvenhall give a Phoenix Essence to Master Unth'or. Spread them out more to give us more flexibility if we have to use them, with the heroes with more SP holding more of them." I hand Benji his Quiver of Poisoning for my Cobweb Cowl, and equip my Dread Hat in my fourth artifact slot. -
I thought I remembered Sandy saying that if a player wanted to be able to deal multiple effects, he should have to maintain and choose from multiple weapons. Can't find the post, either, though.
-
Pretty sure Sandy said no to it.

Unless someone takes my offer to sell my Mythril Shield, I'm not that interested in Adamantite. It's going to be a while before enough of them are found to make an impact, and I don't have the Gold to buy Adamantite Shards for what I expect the price to be, let alone upgrade a second shield to the SP: 25 or so that I'd want it at before applying the Adamantite.
-
Mythril and its +10 P is usually worth 1000-1200 Gold. If the increase in price is proportionate to the increase in P, then Adamantite would would be worth 2500-3000 Gold (625-750 per shard). But considering that this is a new item and one that'll probably never be found as a whole piece, and if it becomes a sort of trophy item due to nobody ever finding all four shards as Flare said, then I think players will pay more for it (Assuming there is someone interested in buying it, of course.).
-
Right, but I'm surprised that no one tried it anyways.
-
On that note, I'm surprised that none of the heroes in Quest 63 tried just smashing the chest to open it.
