They look fragile but actually they are far from it. They are one of my most stable models in the recent years Yep, neck brackets. I tried to add 1x1 studs but it looks way too bulky at this tiny scale in my opinion. You are welcome :) I made 15 or so different designs but these are the ones I like most. Looking forward to yours then Thank you Merry Christmas!

Thanks, guys!

Every year our Christmas tree gets decorated with LEGO baubles. This year my mother asked me if I could design some new ones so I came up with these: Cute Disney Princesses (Yes, Leia is one, too), in their setting with a second character. Disney Princess Christmas Ornaments by rolli, on Flickr From left to right: - Leia and R2-D2 - Ariel, Flounder and Sebastian - Snow White and a deer - Tiana and Naveen (The Princess and the Frog) - Elsa and Anna (Frozen) Let me know what you think! Merry Christmas :) Best Markus

Your minifigure is the Zombie Bride from the set 9465 The Zombies which was part of the Monster Fighters range. On average it currently sells for about 70€ / 76$ on Bricklink so it is pretty rare, yes.

My mom is totally happy with your proposal :) Thanks, Boney!

Will certainly do that, looking forward to seeing you again! :)

V-Galactic Racing: Midnight Bolt X by rolli A couple of weeks ago I posted my Crimson Hornet 3000 and my Scarlet Hare 20x, part of my fictitious space racing game V-Galactic Racing: Now I 'unlocked' the third racer: Its delicate front wings make it easy to handle and the low shaping with its long tail provide perfect aerodynamics. The Midnight Bolt X is a great choice for the crater hopping tracks! This was my attempt at a Vic Viper, although I'm a bit late to the game. It wasn't easy sticking to all the VV regulations but I'm quite happy with the final result. Loooove the medium azure As I mentioned when posting the first racer: I will add more racers in the coming months, whenever I feel like I need to build one or need another break - after all I need to unlock them all This time I just felt like building something inorganic and angled. Looking forward to what you think - let me know! Best Markus

Signing up myself and my mom! I need one space in a chalet for her, I myself am covered and staying in Cecilie's cabin. Does anyone have a space for her? PS: Cecilie is an ambassador, too ;) -
Our Christmas tree this year is going to be full of baubles containing tiny Disney Princesses (and other characters, too). Snow White and Bambi will do the honours for this years raffle - thank you for organising it again, Mike! I'll post all the figures closer to Christmas :)

Hi guys! I'm usually not madly into computer games but tomorrow Fallout 4 is going to be released, a game I've been looking forward to for months. When the game studio Bethesda Softworks unveiled some images for promotion earlier in the year I totally fell in love with a concept art of a rundown gas station. I right away knew that I had to build it. Fast forward to last week: The last brick was put down, I was finished. A day later I unveiled it at the Bricking Bavaria in Munich, Germany, receiving a ton of great feedback, something I'm really grateful for. Now I'm back home and I can finally post it here. Fallout 4: Red Rocket Refuelling Station by rolli, on Flickr I hope you like it just as much as I do - let me know, feedback in any way is appreciated :) Best Markus / rolli

Kingfisher by rolli, on Flickr For a contest I spontaneously built this kingfisher over the last weekend. I always loved the vibrant colour combination of its feathering. Both dark orange as well as medium azure have quite a limited parts availability but I think it worked out nicely Here's a small picture of its back: Let me know what you think! Best Markus / rolli

Book II - Avalonia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Rolli replied to Rogue Angel's topic in Guilds of Historica
AvalonIA MitgardIA Someone seems to have an issue with these two vocals in combination.. Or was it something like "Who in his right mind uses the same letters twice in a word"? I'll have to change guilds to one that doesn't have letters that are getting omitted -
Monkey Wizard Wu (70734 Master Wu Dragon Alternate Build)
Rolli replied to Rolli's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Yes, as I mentioned in my description I only used parts from the Master Wu Dragon set for this. The fusion uses parts of two sets. -
Monkey Wizard Wu by rolli, on Flickr He is a wise and old creature, wandering the wild lands, offering help and guidance to those in need. But don’t mistake him, if need be, his elemental powers will eradicate the enemy. Some say he’s a descendant of the old dragons that once ruled these lands with wisdom. Tonight his elemental powers will lead you the way, with a dim, green light he’s guiding you through the mist, making sure you’ll reach your destination. My friend Legopard and I both got us a 70734 Master Wu Dragon in the end of September. We both built the set - quite amazing in its own right - and then proceeded to create something new out of its contents. This creation was only built with parts from this set. Legopard created the imposing Master Wutos Zealot - and I delivered Monkey Wizard Wu. Both creations are also able to merge, creating a fused warrior: Fusion by rolli, on Flickr Anybody wanting to come up with a cool name for the fused creature? We were kinda stumped. Suggestions welcome! What do you guys think? Best Markus PS: I figured it fit best in here, being an alternate build to an awesome Ninjago set. Please move it, if you feel it doesn't fit :)

Lovely and so unique! I really like the concept Well done! Lots of other nice mocs in your flickr stream, too, I just had to follow you

It has an unfortunate confrontation with a missile of some sort and explodes. Bond then uses the remains to cut a hole into a frozen lake to sink a chasing car before he extends the yellow and black striped outriggers / skis to support the damaged car. As I wanted to include the famous outriggers the wheel had to go

007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage by rolli From James Bond 007: The Living Daylights (1987) Built for the fbtb.net's "MOC the 80s!" contest. I've been talking about doing James Bond related MOCs for a while now, always putting them off for something else. This years fbtb.net contest left me without an excuse and I decided to finally build one of my favourite cars from the franchise. It was quite a quick build, just two evenings in early September. And then I had to wait for those lovely striped tiles that are incredibly hard to get. And now its the last day to enter ;) My thanks and credits go to Calin for the wheel technique - and for Cecilie for providing me with wheels I didn't own - cause why would I own any? :P Intact side with 007 (out of camera): Back (out of camera): Real car for comparison: Looking forward to your opinions on it! I'd be happy about any feedback whatsoever, it being my first car. Best Markus

The Decadence - Class IV Fleet Carrier by rolli The Decadence is a Class IV Fleet Carrier and the home to hundreds of small star fighters, ten MK6 troop carriers and one SX Destroyer. Its unique shape allows for a big turbine on the side that, together with the array of thrusters on the back, provide the propelling power that make The Decadence one of the fastest fleet carriers out there. ----- A ton of saxophones, dark blue and orange and small star fighters and bombers entertained me throughout the last weeks. And yes, this SHIP is "sideways" - I wanted to break with the usual conventions. I had a blast building this and showing it in Skaerbaek last weekend. Hope you like it, let me know what you think! Best Markus

Gosh, I must sound complicated, sorry - I have friends over for dinner on Friday night so I don't think I could make it. Plus there's usually something going on in Cabin 1, not sure if that time is that great.
-
Sounds like a good idea. I'll be around from Thursday evening until Tuesday morning. I won't be there Friday afternoon since I'm picking up a friend in Billund and I'm also attending most of the workshops/talks/etc.

Only 6 arms and no paint. I explained it above.
